We
ordered
dinner
tonight
for
a
family
of
6
through
Uber
eats.
When
we
received
the
order,
we
were
missing
4
of
the
meals.
I
contacted
my
Uber
driver
who
advised
we
needed
to
contact
the
restaurant
as
they
only
handed
him
one
bag.
We
contacted
the
restaurant
and
they
told
us
to
call
the
Uber
driver.
Honestly
I
don’t
care
who
messed
up,
but
I
would
have
thought
the
restaurant
would
have
tried
to
make
it
right
given
we
always
order
from
them
and
I’m
a
loyal
customer.
When
we
called
back
to
say
we
needed
to
reorder
the
4
missing
meals
the
person
who
answered
the
phone
told
us
to
us
to
order
again
online.
Not
the
best
service
for
a
restaurant
to
direct
us
back
online
and
not
offer
to
take
the
order
over
the
phone!
Upon
picking
it
up,
no
one
from
the
restaurant
came
out
to
apologize
or
talk
to
us.
My
veggie
burger
was
burnt
on
the
bottom
however
the
other
3
meals
were
prepared
well.
Unfortunately
I
will
be
taking
my
business
to
another
restaurant
moving
forward
and
definitely
won’t
be
using
Uber
eats
anymore!
