September 1, 2023 ⭐️ We stopped by McDonald's for a quick meal and used the drive-through to order a 20-piece nuggets. As we approached the first window, we noticed an unpleasant odor in the air, which was quite off-putting as we were about to eat. The employee, Het, was friendly and took our payment. At the second window, we received our order. However, we were disappointed that we were not given any napkins, and since we didn't have any extras in the truck, we had to resort to using the paper bag to wipe our hands. Additionally, the drive-through layout seemed inadequate for larger vehicles, as a truck in the waiting area caused other vehicles to perform a two-point turn to exit safely. Trucks asked to wait should be directed away from the stream of drive-through traffic.

Whether you look at the cup half empty or half full. My morning drinks never come out fully full. Just pour a little bit more!!!

Maybe it's because it was too early? There just after 5am, about 8 cars in drive through going out onto the road. Short staffed? Dunno, but distance from box to window would've made it easier to just take damn orders and then hold the line. Someone would order, drive up to window be fully served before next order was even taken. Almost like same person doing everything!

Food was good nothing specific but service was poor, under staffed...

Constantly screwing up take-out/Uber orders. Have the staff trained to properly follow what was placed before randomly throwing things together. This happens way too often. Figure it out

Seems like Drive thru and Skip the dishes take precedence over the inside orders now. Waited forever! One guy (employee) in there was always worried about the timing of the orders against how his team was doing. I mean that's great that ur applauding your team for good work. But do some work yourself buddy.

Hands Down or Hands Up, doesn't matter, this is the best McDonald's location I have ever been to!!!! The food is great, the service is awesome, the place is clean. When you have ordered Mickey D's a couple times in your life, you might notice that your sandwich and other menu items are assembled differently. Fries can be tossed in the bag and the box thrown in and the burger can have random order of ingredients with the piece of cheese on the side of the box. Here, the order is always prepared with precision. It's a McDonald's which truly delivers 5 star service. iIwish this was a little bit closer to Toronto but when I travel east I always stop by this location.
