Location always clean, the drive through is always busy so be prepared to wait to get your food/drinks if you dine in. Staff always friendly and helpful. Always go early to get the soup and other speciality items before it runs out in the day.

And here's what you get when you ask for double toasted, burnt. If you ask for toasted it's not even warm throughout. Keep getting celebrities to promote your slumping business Tim's, when all you really need to do care about the quality of your food, not the quantity. Rush, rush, rush your customers away.

worst tims ever. seriously, no exaggeration this place is my LAST RESORT the workers are disrespectful every single time i go. the food tastes terrible every time. waited 30 mins for 2 coffees this morning - when we asked the staff multiple times for help they kept brushing us off and only did something about it when we had to resort to causing a scene. i work in the food industry i understand being under pressure, but i would never dare treat my customers the way this place does every single day. idk if it’s poor management or just poor choice of staff but i haven’t had a good experience at this place since 2015.

This is a good Tim’s. The drive through is a bit strange to get into and can be challenging when it’s backed up. The parking lot is plenty big since it’s part of a larger shopping center. They have a good stock of donuts and the dining area is clean. My double double was good.

I ordered a double double steep tea and toasted bagel, but employees there are so caring that they decided that sugar is not good for me so they gave me a cold tea without sugar And for some reason they thought i don't have teeth in my mouth so they crushed the bagel and didn't even toast that. I never expected so much love all at once Thank you for such a beautiful first meal of the day

The standard, cleanliness and freshness of food has gone downhill. I bought couple of Herb & Garlic pastry and after paying for it, noticed there were flies on the food. I had to tell the staff that there were flies and cancel the order. The steep tea was also cold and I had to throw it away. It’s unfortunate that this place is close to my home. The standard is gone as this place is run by kids. See picture that clearly shows flies on food. Stay away!

I would have given zero star in there was an option. Such a worst experience. I was the only customer in dine in and I waited more than 10 minutes to order. All the employees we not interested in helping. I waited to see if Someone will notice. But all employees were ingnoring as if they have not seen the customer. Seems like they are least interested to serve. I never put any reviews even though it’s worst experience. This experience in this store will never forget. I would request manager to look into employees, ask them their issue. If they are not interested to work, please advise them to get some other job.

Visited this location couple days ago and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich at the Drive-thru. Only 1 piece of chicken was inside the sandwich instead of the standard 2 pieces. The outer edges of the bun was extremely burnt and the lettuce was rotten….absolutely horrible and disgusting (the pics speak for themselves). Staff were unfriendly and moving lazily as well. Ended up speaking to a supervisor who seemed to lack experience and social skills and came off as non-caring. I will definitely not order from this location again. Please do the same and avoid this place!!

Jazzy the girl who made my bagel did a terrible job. I only asked that the creme cheese be spread evenly on both sides of the bagel, she said id have to pay extra, and because i did not want to pay extra, she put even less cream cheese than normal. Great job you saved the company a few cents, but you suck at your job and should be fired. Stop hiring international students who come from countries that have no sense of customer service. I have never had this problem at tim hortons before

I think that the manager of this store should evaluate what is happening with his employees, they work dissatisfied, without wanting to help or be there. I'm not saying that everyone is like that, but several times it has happened to me, even when you smile and you treat them with respect. I think they could do something about it, this is a great location!

This place is horrible, you go inside and people are always loitering, and if they are not giving you the wrong order, they are over-pricing your order. They do not even bag your items; you have to ask. It is simple if the person is not staying, bag their order so they can leave. I rate this place a 0 out of 10. do not get me started on the staff; smile and leave; it is not worth arguing with people that hate their jobs.

I would never give one rate to this Tim Hortons but I have too. The manager Sue is very very rude. The service at this Tim Hortons is very dirty! They do not care about the customers at all. It’s such a dirty place the bathrooms and the floors in the Tim Hortons are very dirty. She told me to get out of the Tim Hortons and never come back!! This Tim Hortons should be closed, it’s not worth it! I’ve never been this disappointed and insulted before!

Terrible, terrible service. I would give zero stars if I could. 3:30 pm on Sunday Nov 12th. We stood at the counter, no one came to take our order --for five minutes - no one was even in that area. Was a group of employees standing by the drive thru window, talking about photos on their phones. Asked them for help, and they said they were busy - which they weren't. They were in a group, chatting and laughing and NOT taking window orders. A man was waiting to the side for his order, which wasn't coming. A female customer who had gone to the washroom came back and her order hadn't even been started. A male employee who was moving like a sloth finally appeared and started processing the two orders - and then we finally got to order. The female customer mentioned that the washroom was disgusting, and one female employee said they would attend to it. Then the employee group proceeded to start discussing loudly how no one wanted to clean the washroom, one girl said it would make her sick if she did it - NOT appetizing to overhear them discuss it while you're ordering food. We made the comment to one employee (shorter, dark haired female) that the service was very slow, and she replied in a snotty manner "We're just teenagers trying to do our best." to which I replied "I don't think being teenagers is your problem, I know teenagers who do a great job." We sat down and asked for the manager. The employee we asked went away and then came back and told us: "If you want to speak to the manager, you have to go to the counter." That was the icing on the cake. The manager couldn't even be bothered to come to the table to speak to us. The employees -- and the manager -- need to be taught what customer service is: I've worked in the food service industry -- if you're standing around, and someone needs help, you help them. If you ask for a manager, the manager should come to you and find out what the problem is -- if someone says they are dissatisfied, you apologize and ask about the problem (you don't give them a snotty reply) -- that's customer service. Will never go back to this Tim's again. Lots of other ones around with better attitudes and service.

I have handful of bad experiences at this location, unfortunately it's the closest one to my place but I am trying to find another location that offers better customer service and delivers correct order. Most recent experience when I ordered egg and cheese wrap and this is what I found when I got home. Terrible!

Tim Hortons quality of food has gone way down. Also the presentation of it just slapped together to get it out quick to you rather then wait an extra few minutes and have the quality that used to be there set a standard. Don't waste your money!

So slow, 0 customer service and the workers blatantly lie to your face. I placed a large order in the drive thru today and asked this young female worker that was working today around 1:30pm if I got everything and hesitatingly she said yes. She LIED because my coke bottle was missing that I PAID for. Unbelieve, the workers are literally stealing your money at this location.

I went to drive-thru this morning @ 8:40am and this old lady over the mic who is taking orders had some bad attitude towards the customer. She got bad manners and she speaks disrespectfully over the mic towards her customer. She will ruin your day if you encounter her on the drive thru.

They take your order and expect you guess where they put it. 5 minutes after when you enquire, which was difficult cause they were all chatting LOUD amongst themselfs, including the manager, she was are rude and keep telling you you are wrong and stupid and yell at you. Not going back here this place has literally hit rock bottom as many of the other reviews say. I echo the others in saying that they chatter a lot among themselves get distracted and get the orders wrong they have a nasty attitude and low self esteem which they want to project to customers that have already paid. Staff do not direct the traffic flow and pay more attention to their monkey chatter than customers, sorry I’m NOT having that. What got me mad was while I was placing the order the girl was distracted by chatter coming from another staff and I had to repeat it. Really? I should have just gotten a refund and went to any of the other Tim Hortons or McDonalds on Brock road. Do not go here it is a trap once you hand over your money they think they can treat you like the dirt they are.

This is my favorite Tim Hortons. The staff are always friendly and polite and all cultures are represented in that one spot. Also, they never mess-up my order, and if there is an issue, the manager always steps in immediately to rectify the problem. Cheers to friendly and polite staff and to diversity. This location gets 5 stars🥂

First off, customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve worked Mcdonald’s before & just because your jobs horrible doesn’t mean You have to be horrible. Second, I ordered breakfast. Made my order very clear over the machine…Tell me why my food was completely unfinished. My bagel had no cream cheese im basically eating bread. On top of that I ordered hash brows, mind you this is in the morning at 8am so it’s still breakfast till 11. My hash browns were completely stale like they’ve been sitting there for hours. The woman was utterly rude, giving me attitude like i’m the reason you’re working a depressing job. Tim Hortons will never be like how it was back in the day. Horrible HORRIBLE Tims.

The slowest Tim Hortons I've been. Server was rude. I asked for butter on the side but didn't give me a knife. When I asked her for a knife, her tone was rude and said that she didn't do the order and sound defensive. But she's at the window so I think it's her responsibility to check the order too! Will give 0 Star if there's one!

Literally never have anything in stock, drive through workers sound like they’re serving community service and would rather be anywhere having you repeat yourself at least three times per item you’re trying to order. The Tim Hortons 15 mins away on 3rd concession literally has 0 problems avoiding all this lol

Took 40 min to pick up an order I placed in advance. Clearly understaffed. Avoid at all costs. *I did what the reply below advised and got no response after a week. But that's the speed of service I expected.

We ordered 2 farmers wrap with coffee. The wraps had no sause at all. When we went back to the counter every one was talking to each other, no one paying attention to our concern . After 10 mins someone came and then the girl who was making wraps starting yelling that I put sause, then I gave my wrap to her to see. Still her face was so irritated and annoying. After 10 more mins she made the wrap. Only one , the other one was still not changed . The coffee was already so cold. I literally had no more energy to argue with such staff. No apologies , inspite so much arrogance and attitude. Never coming back.

Supervisor jenel took my order then left to get stocks, while pushing in the crates she then noticed I was still waiting for my order, she ask another staff to make the soup which she did and set aside, the staff alerted jenel that order done. Jenel pass my order went and make orders for those customers who come after me. Very poor service

Poor customer service and bad attitude when you tell them the order was wrong and they messed up. We went through drive-through this morning and ordered a BELT with bacon WELL DONE CUT IN HALF, small DD coffee and a small chocolate milk. First they charged us wrong then they didn’t cut the BELT in half. And guess what bacon was COLD not well done. My husband and I parked in the parking lot and went inside. When we explained it to the cashier, she went to the deli area and told the lady who was making the orders. She was a tall fair skinned lady. Then she yelled across the deli table saying the bacon is room temperature and they don’t have well done bacon. Wth!!! That means they didn’t even cook the bacon fresh. They had it sitting in at room temperature for how long? When I got upset and told her off who’s fault is it for not cutting the sandwich in half and not explaining that they only have room temperature bacon? Why didn’t you tell me when I was ordering? Her reaction was ROLLED HER EYES at me. Then she said She can cut it in half and only put it in the toaster. Can’t make bacon well done. Melissa was the manager here and if you are still the manager please tell your staff especially that lady to be more professional. I don’t care whether you are a dishwasher or baker or a doctor but if you don’t have proper etiquette and how to treat your customers that leaves a bad remark on others who work with you and bad reviews for this location. Thanks!

Went there and after I ordered what I wanted in detail, a plain bagel with lettuce, tomato and mayo with 2 hash brown I was told they don't serve things like that as they are not subway. Moreover, it was coming from the manager. On top of that the food was not presentable so I returned it.

Note: stay in the drive thru line for the morning rush... They definitely prioritize the drive thru line. Even if the line is on to the street and your first in line to order your breakfast, it'll take you longer to go in and order than staying in the drive thru line. Poor service, I saw 3 breakfast food orders get served thru the drive thru after I had already ordered before receiving my food.

Very busy morning rush hour with a lot of steady and walk-ins. Needs to be better organized. Saw at least 2 staff members whose masks were not covering their noses. Need to better handle and manage the restaurant during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Ignorent, rude, entitled brats who don’t know customer service. Waited 45 minutes in line at the drive-thru, ordered a croissant sandwich. It was burnt to a crisp. Parked, went in store and waited for another 30 minutes just for the superviser to be completely ignorant and tell me if I don’t like it to “get lost” Completely classless and pathetic. Clearly, Tim’s has lowered their standards.

  • 1/5 Bille T. 1 year ago on Google
The manager at this location for day shift needs to be demoted. Inside is always long lines even when the drive-thru is slow. They will have 4 employees standing talking by the drive thru window while 3 others try serving customers. Why have 2 registers if u don't use them!! New manager needed at this location ASAP!!

  • 1/5 Nasik M. 1 year ago on Google
If you want to wait 15 minutes in a drive through while the server explains whatever stuff they were trying to explain to driver in front of me, then go ahead and come here. Worst experience of drive through to get a coffee. Never again coming here

Usually satisfied with the service here.....until today. My mother who is 76 yrs old went to buy their 2 can dine breakfast special with a friend this morning, only to be told by the cashier (Indian lady) she needs to scan her phone ( my mom has the card still but has used it before with no complications) apparently this is the 2nd time that this has happened with the same cashier. I find it appalling that Tim's treats their seniors this way.

I ordered a white hot chocolatev2 days ago and it tasted like like water. It it was they ran out and added hot water to what they had left ...barely white like cloudy water. Absolutely terrible ! However, I did go back and nice girl gave me a complimentary one and apologized for the issue
