They deny patients entry when they are clearly open. The Jamaican lady behind the desk is unprofessional and needs to be replaced. she's dismissive, rude and terrible at her job. Don't waste your time and just choose somewhere else. 0 stars

Doctor was completely dismissive and rude. I went to this facility for the first time and can confidently say I will never be back. The women at the front desk were very warm, kind, and organized - I had been optimistic that I would have a positive experience here. I had been experiencing a very sore throat and noticed redness as well as a big white spot forming on the back of my throat (I have had strep multiple times, usually this is a first sign, so I figured I would be proactive and get it checked out before it got worse). Doctor took one look at my throat and said it looked completely normal - there were no spots, and no redness. Luckily, I had taken a photo that morning so I was able to show him what I was referring to. Miraculously, in the hour I'd spent in the waiting room the spot had disappeared, according to doc! He condescendingly/mockingly asked if I would like him to take a photo to show me the proof. I checked for myself upon leaving, after being GASLIT, and of course the spot was still there (along with the pain). For anyone who has ever had to advocate for themselves in healthcare settings, I'm sure you can imagine how belittling and defeating these remarks felt. While my singular experience with one doctor is not representative of the entire clinic, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I am not usually one to leave reviews like this - I have immense appreciation for healthcare workers and I recognize that a lot of our healthcare issues in ON are beyond the control of the actual practitioners, doctors, healthcare workers in general. However, the way doctors speak to patients, how they personally make them feel, is completely within their control. I left CPC feeling completely belittled after having my health concerns mocked and minimized; I am simply sharing so other can avoid this experience.

Rudest receptionist ever. I walked in asked for an appointment - they said I can see a doctor in 3 weeks. There was 1 person in the waiting room. Have I confused the definition of a walk-in clinic?

This is the worst walk in to go to! The receptionist with a bad attitude said the doctor would call me, which they never did. The next day she didn’t even have the courtesy to apologize and instead she said she’ll put me on the end of the list. We got into an argument and the doctor said that us people of the community don’t understand how it feels to be a healthcare worker at this time because it’s been a year since they’ve gone on vacation. That’s very tragic for them because apparently us people of the community go on vacation during a pandemic. If you cannot handle being a doctor or working, kindly quit ur job so u can go on vacation. People are dying and she’s concerned about not going on vacation. What a doctor.

Getting a hold of this walk-in was awful. The receptionist needs to be fired. I tried calling this place numerous times with no answer. Very frustrating especially during a pandemic.

Was the first to arrive, waited 30 minutes in the cold just to be told it would open an hour later. The staff saw me and others through the window and decided to say nothing. Went back 39 minutes later and told the line was long and i’d have to wait. Must be nice to have a job with zero accountability

The receptionist not very friendly. She asked me if I have an appt I said no. I asked if you can make appt to this walk in then she said NO. So why did she asked ne if I have an appt. Doh.

They have refused to share the report of my Lab test with me since September, 2022. I went to the clinic to get the reports, I was told the Dr would call me. Today is 3rd of November 2022. No call nor any message from them. Terrible experience!

Reception is not friendly and not helpful. When I attempted to go for an app't I was told the doctor wasn't even in the building and there were several people ahead of me. When I asked for a rough estimate of wait time, she said over an hour but could be more. When I said ok, but you are open until 7 so perhaps I'll come back she said nope, we might close at 5:30 today (their sign says open until 7). She clearly did not want me to stay to get help. So I left. Won't go back!

This is one of the best care clinic's that I have attended. The receptionist was supportive and worked with me to find a time that would help my young nephew who had injured his hand The Nurse Practitioner was empathetic, and provided exceptional service and was able to engage my nephew (not an easy task) in the process. Eight months later I had the same experience when I brought my niece to be seen, receptionist advised of the best time to come, met with the same Nurse Practitioner and my niece received prompt and proper medical attention. From first interaction to last the staff - I was treated in a respectful and professional manner and received consistent and excellent service. Thank you.

Avoid Dr. GHOBREYAL, SAMY. Basically avoid this whole establishment. Bad impression with the Black receptionist as well. The dr was rude and he made me feel uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Attended today patient of dr Tirmizi seen a lovely nurse practitioner Tara she had manners and brilliant bedside manner! Ten out of ten Tara! Long wait but worth it to be treated with care and kindness. Best wishes Marie

The practical nurse, Andrea, is amazing. I've had to use the clinic a couple of times since the pandemic started and have found them to be completely professional and caring. So glad they are there to take care of us. The receptionist called back quickly as well. Thanks Andrea!

Five members of my household had covid 19 tests here 6 days ago. There has been no results on the Ontario Covid website, which promised results up to 4 days. Other friends and relatives had the covid 19 tests on the same day or after we did at other locations, and they had their results two days ago. They do not answer the phone nor return messages. This has put my family and anyone in contact with us in a stressful, and unnecessary position. Unprofessional and zero accountability for their duties and medical obligations during this pandemic. Please use any facility other than this one. I cannot imagine how they run their clinic during normal times.

This clinic moves to a new place in the plaza. Newly renovated, very nice environment. However, the doctor is very unprofessional. Screamed “oh my god!” when checking my 8 year old girl’s ear. Then said she never seen an ear like this. The ear drum is going to blast! It scarred the hell of my 8 year girl and me! My girl thought her ear going to explode and she will be deaf. I appreciated she told us the case is bad and serious, but please tell us in a calm way especially in front of a little girl. Horrible experience.

I did end up coming back to revisit this CLINIC the receptionist is very professional and polite and so helpful with mothers that have babies and kids and the nurse practitioner she is amazing she’s so informative professional and she double checks on your family to see how you’re doing I would love for them to be my family doctor great job

I visited the clinic this week for an injured knee and the service was average. What really blew me away was when I had to go back today to revise my doctors note for my employer. The woman at the front desk (I didn't catch her name) went above and beyond to run upstairs to the doctor's office to have it edited, so I didn't have to wait and pay for another note. I really appreciated the extra effort here and it didn't go unnoticed. Thanks again!

The previous reviews scared me and I thought I will not go to this place at all but then for an urgent stuff I had to take my son there, it's not bad at all. The front desk, the doctor, the environment everything felt normal like any other medical place. Wait time was a little bit around an hour but I have waited more than this before at many locations so this did not feel that much to me and off course I would go again if I need to. (They do stop taking patient after 5.30pm to make sure the doctor can check every one before 7 pm)

I’ve been going to this doctors office since I was born around, 2001 and out of all the years that I’ve been going there I will never complain….the ladies and gentlemen that operate this doctors office have seen me as a infant, toddler, teenager, young adult and now mother…..now they look after my daughter and boy, they do one hell of an Amazing job!

The doctor was friendly and professional and very quick service. The reception could be more pleasant.

Thank you for seeing me on what felt like my last waking hours... The receptionist I dealt with today was very professional and friendly. Even when the clinic was closed she took two additional patients that knocked on the door that was looking for medical care. I'm a returning patient, my family doctor is in the same building. This was the first time visiting the new space after the move. Clinic looks great, clean, spacious, modern, bright and very welcoming!

I found the receptionists to be friendly and helpful. Also doctor was good and prescribed 2 types of medication. Took me no time at all to get my medication from pharmacy next door. Better than other places I've been to lately.

In the past (before covid), I had some very poor experiences with receptionist staff at this location and occasionally service from the doctors. However, more recently the service was excellent. The doctor was extremely responsive and thorough and the new receptionist is very kind and helpful.
