Worst location. Just got back from there and was so disgusted. I stopped going because of all the bad experiences I've had at this location in the past (over a year ago)but I was in a hurry as I was having family over. Line was busy and drive through was insane. I get that so it didn't bother me but when you get my orders wrong, that bothers me. Ordered donuts but told the girl I wanted to pick out which ones. Ordered a combo with a breakfast sandwich with both bacon and sausage and drinks. Paid and was told to wait a moment. Fine. Another lady shows up with a boxed dozen donuts. I looked at her and said that wasn't mine since I asked to pick them out myself. She said ok and which ones did I want. She started taking out the ones she picked out as I told her the ones I wanted( yes I am picky but I am paying, so not sorry). Turns out I should have checked the box because she added ones I didn't ask for... Anyway I also checked the breakfast sandwich and it was wrong as well. I know it's busy but it's always busy so no excuse, they need to be more careful. The guy who ordered after us got the wrong coffee as well. The thing that disgusted me the most is that I when I requested a bag so I could carry the items out, the lady handed me what looked like a used dirty bag. SO GROSS. Could've been a garbage bag! I left it there, picked up my stuff and left. I will NEVER return there. I have so much better experiences at other locations where yes they are busy, but they take a moment to make sure all is well. Such a shame.

I swung by Tims to grab my usual morning coffee. This particular location has become a familiar stop for me over time, and it's known for consistently smooth transactions. Among the various spots in my vicinity, this one stands out. While the drive-thru line can occasionally get lengthy, the management of the queue is commendable. They ensure that the cars are directed in a manner that doesn't overcrowd the parking lot, maintaining an organized flow. What's even more impressive is how efficiently the line progresses. During today's visit, I found myself quite content. My coffee was prepared just the way I prefer it, and I decided to enhance my breakfast experience by ordering two sandwiches to take home. Having a hassle-free experience with my morning coffee truly lightens the load on my already busy schedule, and I greatly appreciate that.

Every time I go to this one location and ask for a cheese croissant, I always get a no, or they don't have any. So I asked to speak to the manager on the advice of another manager from another location and what she told me is, as one of the products they carry, cheese croissants are the only thing they don't have in there product line up. Of all Tim Hortons around, it's the only one that doesn't sell cheese croissants. Isn't that strange, so I think your atmosphere is pleasant but everything else is not that great for this location.

Took a coffee late night from the drive thru and the coffee was plain water with sugar. The attendant was friendly but the coffee spoiled the review.

I notice lately that everything toasted at this location is pretty much burnt. How do they expect people to eat burnt food, let alone pay for it?? It’s horrible!!! I wish they would turn down the setting on their toaster. Also, whenever I order coffee with one cream, they end up dousing so much cream that the coffee looks like milk. Taste so darn horrible. I honestly don’t think I’ll be ordering from this location again even though it’s conveniently located in my neighbourhood. I’m always being served burnt food and the coffee is never up to standard. This is totally unacceptable. You’re losing a good customer.

I just went through drive thru 5 minutes ago, bad service. Employees are talking about vacation, not focusing on customers at all. I was waiting for the total amount, they are talking about butter fly garden she went on the weekend.

Wether you go in or go thru the drive thru they still can’t get your order right. They charge you for something then they don’t add it to your order.

What’s wrong with your foreign workers? They do not know how to say good morning? Or they are bringing their culture here and being discriminatory? Please train them correctly as this is Canada not a third world country. Please train particular a lady who was working Thursday June 15 ‘23 at 8:30am and took my order on the speaker drive thru. There was another lady who was very nice but this one foreign lady needs training on manner’s immediately. Don’t ruin your reputation like this as I won’t be spending money at this location anymore

I asked for tap water, she charged for it. It was first I Canada a food place charge for tap water.Every single day I m going there but I m very surprised. This is not about money, this is just about being rude. …..

Weekday staff are great, weekend staff are sometimes rude and get your order wrong. Like all tim hortons over the past few years, hashbrowns are usually overcooked and hard. Also, digital roll up the rim is not the way to go..

Line up was moving along pretty quick. Ordered a small ice coffee at drive thru and got a extra small portion.

The friendliest staff! Always serving with positive attitudes and you can tell in the drive through. My food comes out correct every time and they make sure my order is correct. They ask questions and patient. Shoutout to the ones making the food too!

A big shout out to YALEM! She always greets us with a smile and a positive “can do” attitude towards serving Tim Hortons customers. Being quick and efficient, she effortlessly combines taking our orders but adding in that special human touch which so often has gone missing these days. Always a pleasure to see her at the counter. Please pass on our thanks and gratitude from the regular Wednesday ladies. We very much appreciate her kindness.

This is the worst Tim Hortons location with the worst staff. Extremely rude to customers. Need to be trained better in customer service. The old Filipino lady with glasses was yelling at a customer today for no reason. There are ways to talk to people that don't involve yelling, obviously she does not know how to communicate without being rude and condescending. She should be fired after what I witnessed today. Extremely unprofessional. Will not return to this location and would recommend others go elsewhere. Unfortunately the rest of the staff does tend to have a bad attitude here but any other Tim Hortons in Pickering you are greeted with kindness so obviously there's an underlying issue at this particular location that needs to be resolved. Staff need a reality check, you're in customer service and you can't be yelling at people for no reason. This is a place of business not your home.

Very rude and unprofessional supervisor named Nigel. I’m new in Pickering area and went into their drive-through from the wrong entrance as there are 2 entrances. Nigel refused to serve me my coffee after he already took my order and told me to go around and enter from the other entrance. we said sorry and said since we are here can you just give my coffee and he refused. And said he would call the police if I didn’t move. He took is way out of line and I will never come to this Tim Hortons ever again.

Had a great breakfast Maple bacon cheese and egg on a English muffin double toasted and of course Tim's coffee yummy

This is hands down best Tim hortons I’ve ever been to in my life, the bowls are always cooked to perfection and the portion size is great, the sandwiches are tasty and the vegetables are always fresh unlike other tim hortons I’ve been to. 👏🏻

This location has the best staff!! They are so friendly and cheery and go out of their way for customers, especially through the drive-thru. I travel out of my way to go to this location, usually on a daily basis ☺️

The staff here is nice but my experience was less than perfect. I have two major issues: 1. Somehow my mobile pickup order was completely missed and not noticed until I was standing inside the restaurant waiting. It wasn't really busy at the time so it was simply a matter of someone dropping the ball 2. After they noticed my order I had my new buffalo chicken wrap in my hands in less than a minute. After a couple of bites I felt some of the chicken has a very weird texture and it was very unevenly warm/hot/cold I simply cannot give this place more than an average rating after those two things.

Lines r out of control. Slow service. Girl at the window today around 1pm was so rude. NO customer service at all. Didn't say 1 word no hi no thanks nothing only a Rude expression n basically just threw me my food n shut the window. Also bagel was completely covered in cream cheese all over the outside. Gross. Not worth waiting in a long line for zero customer service and food made wrong. Its funny ppl taking customer service jobs but dnt wanna interact with customers. Rather go somewhere else.

As always, with the Tim Hortons franchise, the food is delicious & comforting. However, the service and the organization of the staff seems to be on the decline. Today, I even witnessed a staff member (who appeared to be the manager) berating a customer who was awaiting his order, then continued to make inappropriate comments aloud about said customer, after he had left the location

Food was really fresh! Service was friendly, I didn't feel rushed at all.

This was my go-to location for years. Stopped going because the coffee is so bad. I take mine with cream and not sure if the cream’s gone bad or the dispenser needs cleaning, but the coffee with cream always tastes bad. Went there in a rush after months of staying away and nothings changed. Had to throw the coffee away for the same reason. The other locations make much better coffee. Will definitely not return.
