Great place to visit, chill and hike with friends and family. It's small but it feels really cozy and intimate. One person helped us out with directions and suggestions; he was the best. We will definitely come back when the weather is warmer. My kids enjoyed the beach, scenery and watching a few wind surfers performing tricks and all. A place to see and decide for yourself. There are great spots to take great pics

Frenchman's Bay is a great place to visit and spend your day, chill and hike with friends and family. It is a small place with not many parking spaces. Once the parking lot is full, they close the main entrance at W Shore Blvd and then strictly follow “vehicle-out, vehicle-in” policy. There are plenty of picnic tables around the trail. Kids will definitely enjoy the beach, scenery and watching the wind surfers and paddle boarders. Perfect place for kayaking, paddle boarding, hiking and fishing. Portable Toilets “Johnny on the Spot” are available. They were very clean and smelt good compared to the other on-site washrooms. Maintain physical distance and follow all safety protocols!

Amazing waterfront Beach area! It was recently renovated and so even though this was my first time there it was beautiful and obviously well maintained. There are picnic benches there and it is paved for biking and walking trails. There are also more rugged hiking trails where people were walking their dogs as well. The actual Beach area is relatively clean considering there was recent construction done. There was no garbage, just some leftover construction materials. Perfect place to hang out with family in the summertime and bring food or just go on a quick walk to enjoy the scenery. Me and my girlfriend went here on a Sunday afternoon and it was great. A couple of guys came out and played some live music by the water and we had an amazing time. Also there was a lot of free parking so driving there is not an issue.

The beach itself is a bit rocky but it is a great place to visit specially is so close to Toronto. The parking is robbery, 5 dollar an hour and most of the side street near by us block off for parking.

Fantastic beach, can get very busy in summer, no connection to east side of bay, good fishing spot. Parking available, walking trails, portable bathrooms may till October. No restaurants on West side.

Great place to take the family can get very busy limited parking. Great shallow Sandy Beach . Fishing off the pier . Kayaking. Lots of dog walkers . Some picnic tables and shelter . Can be a very dirty Beach people do not pick up their trash and take home or put in the provided bins.. If you do go please be kind and take home what you bring. Could get a fine for littering

Recently, It is very crowded in the evening. The atmosphere is fresh and beautiful. You could spend a whole day to go picnicking near the beach or in the park. There is a sign warning the quality of water here. Be careful when go swimming or let your pets drink water.

Beautiful, peaceful area (went on a cloudy, fogging day). Enjoyed watching the swans and running along the beach.

Outdoor recreational space. For walking, cycling, rollerblading, picnicking, close to the lake and Bay. Lots of birds, fisherman. Fairly good parking lot. Very busy on the weekends. What you bring in please take out:-)

Beautiful park with plenty of space, kids play area, kids water area, trail for walkers, beautiful but short beach area for water sports or swimming lovers. Highly recommended for all age groups, bbq, plan games, enjoy the greenery or just lay-down and relax with family and friends. Very less spots for parking near the park, but plenty of space outside the park around the road. Come with tents, games, ball games or bicycles or kites etc to enjoy more. Its just a park and dont have alot of monitored activities here, bring your stuff to get busy. Best spot for summer fun. I wonder how it looks like in winters. Just great experience always. Toilets for kids, gents and ladies available only at main entrance, near parking. Wheelchair accessible park and toilets. You can buy snakes or ice-cream in the only shop. Don’t expect alot they might not have everything available all the time. It doesnt have alot of shaded spots near kids play areas, bring tents, chairs and sheet to sit under the shaded trees.

Lovely spot with a low key beach that makes you forget you are close to the city. The new renovations to the trail are wonderful for kayakers and anglers who like to fish off shore. A great place to take your dog on a short walk. As a resident I am privileged to have this so close to home. PLEASE DONT LITTER

Lovely and quiet during the week. People walking their dogs, going on nature walks. The new washroom building looks amazing from the outside. Did not use facilities, so can't comment. Unfortunately the east trail was closed, but had a lovely picnic with toddlers on the beach.

Nice area for viewing the lake, getting fresh air, and having a casual stroll on flat ground. There’s also a sandy beach for nicer days. The other side of the bay isn’t connected, so there’s no access to the marina from this side. There’s a decent amount of parking from what I can see (although probably gets very busy in the summer), and at the time of writing this, it looks as if they’re building some kind of cafe, shop, or permanent kiosk. Try to ignore the concrete eyesore in the distance that is the Pickering Nuclear Power Plant 😂

Not much parking and no washroom facilities but the walk to the water is very short. Clean beaches and lots of trees for shade.

Lovely spot to spend time with the family. We had access to the washroom, which is a plus. Paid parking on-site. No free parking. They patrol every hour. Clean space and paths to view along the beach. Long walks and bicycle rides access for your pace to tackle the challenge ahead. This is a spot on my beach list for sure.

Nice and clean. Love the atmosphere here. Not too crowded too

We used to like to come to this park very much, interesting place to walk, but greedy Pickering's city council cancelled free parking from spring to fall... And the amount you have to pay for the parking is far from reasonable, especially for the people on fixed income, retired people... For us Scarborough bluffs parking arrangement is an example. Yes, we understand that parks need some money to maintain it, but from Monday to Friday, mornings and afternoons are free for parking there, the whole year...

Great beach area for picnicking and BBQ. As well for campfire at night.

Beautiful place for a walk. Beach has sand. Pebbles on beach are smooth. Benches to sit. Area to clean feet. Public washroom.

It's such a beautiful place for outdoor activities, having strolls at the beach, going for a picnic or a bicycle ride, it has calming vibes to itself, a must visit in summers .

Beautiful Beach. Busy on a Sunny day with lots of families. Many cooking food on the beach. Street parking. Spots close to the beach fill up fast. Great view of the nuclear power plant.
