Firstly,
I
enjoy
Chucks
Roadhouse.
I
go
there
when
I
want
to
get
a
decent
steak
and
half
price
apps
after
9pm
and
watch
some
sports.
Great
value
and
bang
for
your
buck….
Usually.
Tonight,
I
wanted
to
enjoy
a
steak
after
a
round
of
golf
and
enjoy
the
all
star
game.
Everything
was
normal.
Good
vibe,
wings
were
good,
crowd
was
good
our
servers
were
nice.
Everything
was
good
until
the
steak
came.
It
was
a
bit
dark,
so
it
took
a
few
bites
to
realize
my
ribeye
steak
wasn’t
medium
rare
like
I
always
get.
My
friend’s
ribeye
was
perfect:
slightly
charred
and
a
nice
bright
pink
in
the
middle.
Mine
was
not
charred
much
at
all
and
the
middle
was
an
even
greyish-pink
throughout.
I
asked
our
server
to
confirm
if
she
saw
what
I
saw.
To
my
disappointment
she
didnt
really
seem
to
see
the
difference.
She
awkwardly
checked
to
see
what
she
punched
in
for
the
order
but
didn’t
say
much
after
checking.
To
be
honest
I
started
to
feel
bad
that
my
order
was
cooked
incorrectly.
I’m
not
sure
if
servers
get
in
trouble
for
incorrect
orders
but
it
almost
seemed
like
she
didn’t
want
to
correct
my
order.
Or
even
worse,
I
wondered
if
Chucks
Roadhouse
doesn’t
train
their
servers
to
immediately
correct
any
incorrect
meals
for
fear
of
having
to
write
off
and
“waste”
a
steak
from
their
inventory.
Most
decent
restaurants
usually
have
a
policy
if
your
order
is
incorrect
in
any
way
they
will
fix
it
no
questions
asked.
I
didn’t
feel
like
trying
to
push
our
server
to
want
to
correct
the
mistake
and
offer
a
new
steak
any
longer
and
she
promptly
walked
away
once
I
said
never
mind
forget
about
it.
Needless
to
say
I
was
disappointed
through
the
remainder
of
my
meal
and
we
left
before
the
all
star
game
was
over.
She
was
a
nice
server,
still
left
a
tip
but
was
left
feeling
like
Chuck’s
Roadhouse
should
implement
a
policy
that
if
your
meal
is
incorrect
in
any
way
they
will
replace
it
no
problem.
I
had
to
give
a
rare
1-star
for
this
visit.
UPDATE:
I
have
been
contacted
by
the
Chuck’s
Roadhouse
customer
service
office
and
they
asked
for
information
to
investigate.
They
promptly
rectified
the
situation
and
reassured
me
this
would
not
happen
again.
