The staff at this location is very careless. Time and time again. I am not getting anything for free, I am paying for me food. I would like to have it handle with care atleast. I ordered two soups, and it comes with breads, give me the bread, but atleast cut it properly.

Service needs major improvement , they could’ve just said no hasbrown , the guy who picked up the phone said come back for fresh one not one apology, Richa fix your staff I’ll Be making a complaint to head office.

Best Tim's ever!! they always have my order right I've never seen a bee there in my life . The girl in drive thru her name is Maira with the mask on is really nice and sweet she should be promoted !! Best time to go is between 7-9pm 👍

If you value your time and money avoid this location at all cost. This is the closest location to me so I frequent it often, yesterday was the last time that I will ever waste my time and money there. The people working there are rude and unprofessional nine times out of ten I can guarantee my tea/coffee will be warm and not hot. I believe they have their teas/coffees made and sitting there to had out to speed up the drive thru line. Whether you are there in the morning, afternoon or evening expect this location to be out of something and what they do have, don’t expect it to be made with the same quality as other Tim’s locations. If you are looking for a Tim’s location where your coffee/tea is warm, where there is limitations to the menu, where the people working there are rude/unprofessional and condescending this location is the perfect place for you. However, if you are hardworking and you value your money avoid this place!!!

Been at this location a number of times. Each time they have been out of most items I order. Felt I had to leave this review as it’s now gotten to a point where it’s ridiculous. Seems as those the franchise owners are constantly cutting corners. I ordered a honey crueller, “sorry we are all out.” Okay can I get a plain bagel, “Sorry we are all out”. Okay can you please get me a jelly filled donut then. “Sorry we are all out of jelly filled donuts except for coconut”. I just drove up to window without ordering any food for myself and asked the worker. She confessed that they tend to not bake much on certain days. Well today it was Sunday and it was about 6pm. What’s the point of having a lit up menu in the drive through with all the options but a large percentage is not available. Very disappointed with the lack of accommodation and feel this wouldn’t happen with other restaurant brands out there. Tim Horton’s really needs to have a better system of making sure their franchise owners are representing their brand properly and not cheaping out in certain areas.

A nice place, service is good but not great, a little slow actually maybe because they are always so busy.. this is in the corner and parking is challenging.

Was there around closing time Sunday Oct 22nd ,around 10:30 PM I found the staff was really nice and helpful very quick and efficient, girl working in the kitchen was really fast Special thanks to "ARJUN "who took the order at drive through, very polite helpful and amazing guest service with lots of patience, Keep up the good work 👏

Watch out for the troll Drove through this location on August 27th 2023 at around 6:20 a.m. I've never been so trolled so hard in a drive through in my life as I was by this gentleman behind the microphone. Ordered a three cream one sweetener he tells me two cream. I tell him three cream again he says two again we go through this a third time and then he finally gets the first coffee right and we move on to the second one. I order just a large three cream. He says steeped tea. I tell him no tea just a three cream coffee, he says two cream. I tell him again no three cream he says three cream finally. Arrive at work they gave me the steep tea. Absolute troll on the drive-thru just not giving a care in the world about the customer. I have no idea why it would go out of their way to ruin a guy's morning caffeine I'll try to make a point of skipping that Tim Hortons whenever possible

Generally poor service even when not busy. My food order is incorrect every time there is an additional instruction. If I ask for ketchup in the bag it's on the sandwich... No cheese then there is extra... It has gotten to the point of absurdity. I live right next door and will go out of my way to avoid this location in the future.

Arrived a little late, about an hour and a half to closing according to the open/close time on google. Tried to walk in, doors are locked. Not a big deal, I can go through the drive through. Pull up to the drive through, and start to order a few things. Everything that I tried to order they were sold out. Why are you even open? Waste of my time and gas money.

This location advertises lattes and drinks with espresso etc. You wait in the long drive thru lane to place your order and when you get to the front they tell you the machine isn't working. This has been the case for over a month now. If a major item used for numerous drinks is out of order it would be nice to be advised prior, maybe put up a sign? Instead of making customers wait In a long line up to be disappointed? And then have to drive to another location. Not ideal at all and frustrating from a customers point of view.

I liked it. Has plenty seats inside. The service was fast. Staff were friendly. Washroom was clean. Definitely recommend it to others. Actually it was one of the Tim Hortons that meets my expectations.

Good for a Tim Hortons. Some staff are efficient and friendly. Some not so much. I've personally never gotten a wrong order from them. Usually I do take out. Entrance and exits are difficult but manageable.

It takes about 15mins to order when you have 2-4 people in front of you. There's plenty of staff, just moving in slow motion and seem confused.

Unfortunately this timmies has gone down hill in service. Constantly messing up orders or completely missing items ordered all together. Then it's a fight to get what you paid for. Parking lot is always crowded and just a general disaster. Food is okay....

Constantly out of things, during hours when they are supposed to have them. Have been going to this location for years and this is a loooong standing trend. Finally reviewing them! Service used to be more pleasant, but has declined in last year. Certain staff don’t even speak or make eye contact, just push items in your face or make you reach because they can’t be motivated to lift their arm out the window. Can get crazy long lines, during and outside of rush hour. Consider the alternative and go to the Starbucks across the street.

Never go there after 9 pm they are always closed ,but staff is sitting in the seating area , go to door they tell you they owner said to close because of no buisness. Frustrated the heck when there are so many cars waiting and no answer they drive away including me . The attitude from the staff , like it's inconvenient to answer a question or work .

The drive through is horrible. The staff is more interested in moving the line along than getting your order right. I have gotten coffee when I ordered tea and no bacon when I paid for bacon. Went back once to get them to correct the order and they tried to charge me again for the bacon that I already paid for.

Food is great . Fresh food and coffee was great as well . Overall worth the visit. ⭐️.. good job entire team and keep it up

Ordered a bacon grilled cheese melt in their drive thru today and didn’t get any bacon on it. This location cant ever get ANY orders right it’s ridiculous.

Worst Tim hortons to be in. The baristas dont even know how to make a cup of coffee where they just have to press the cream and sugar shots. Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would but this is like 7th time that I got my cup of coffee wrong. When u pay 3 dollars u exepct it to be not perfect atleast okay to drink. Pathetic servic

The drive through closes at 11pm but I got here at 10:50 pm and they didn't even talk to me or answer the phone when I tried to call them. All I wanted was a cup of tea and all I got was disappointment.

Fast and efficient service. Friendly staff. I had an inaccurate order and Dorothy fixed the issue right away. Definitely recommend this restaurant. Thank you Dorothy and staff.

It's better than other chain of coffee shop. Very reasonable prices and excellent taste. I love their Boston Creme donuts. I highly recommend Tim Hortons

They keep changing staff for the drive thru and the new staff are not well trained. We know that these young people are doing their best serving our neighborhood, but the management shouldn provide better system and training that helps both parties. Recently and for many times, food is not delivered as ordered, the quality of the chicken is not as good as it used to be, and most of the time there would be some misunderstanding with our order. Tim's management please fix these issues as we don't want to stop visiting our neighborhood favorite Tim's branch.

The girl behind the counter ignored me started talking to another employee whilst I was ordering my coffee then rudely asked me to repeat. Then to boot made it wrong....horrible customer service horrible

I always come here to get my Tim Hortons the drive thru service is amazing and fast and same goes for walking inside as well! However, their sweet vanilla cold brew tasted a bit off, I always get my cold brew from Starbucks but this Tasted nothing like cold brew, it might have just been my luck. However overall good location and will come her many times

Great place. Man are some people demanding based on reading reviews. Feel sorry for hospitality workers these days trying to "service#these entitled people. Keep up the good work guys.

This location is too small to effectively serve it's market and there is not enough room to adequately staff this location. Where it is designed to serve the go train parking lot traffic and motorized customers in general and does so adequately; it needs another 150 sq. ft. at least to adequately serve the foot and dine-in traffic that it attracts. That space would need to be balanced ~ 3/7 between staff and customer space with appropriate staff level increases. This store is frequently short of "walk-in" facing staff, with a focus on drive-through service. The staff at this location with whom I've treated are beyond reproach and very customer-focused but seem to be under-supported through additional, on-floor team members.

Drive thru is very slow and often inaccurate. Avoid this Tim's and hit upbthe next one along you way.

Last weekend early in the morning, a young, short, dark skinned employee wearing a roots zip up hoodie served me. She kept asking me to repeat my order, although I was very clear with what I would like. On top of that, she messed up my order, had an attitude and was very disrespectful. She was working at the front counter.

Drive tru need to listen to your order properly, you always have to ask them for napkins all the time .

To many young people in that don't know how to give correct change. I was short twice of $1.00 both times and had to ask for my correct change.

Mixed review: This morning was the fastest and nicest drive through in a long time. Fast service and all very good. 2 weeks ago, friend went there and as the power was out they would not take anything but credit.... offered to pay cash and attendant refused... so he would not sell my friend a lousy cup of coffee at 605 am... I hope they can get their staff to be more like this morning's team!

Went there on Saturday, September 24, 2022 at 10:30 am and was served by one of the rudest staff members. This lady who appeared to be African was condescending and was constantly telling me to repeat my order and tell me to wait and talk over me. She should be properly coached to be more respectful with patrons. I will definitely not return to this location. What a poor customer experience and tarnish to the Tim Hortons brand.

Not sure if it's lacking in the staff training by management, or a giant lack of care from staff in general, but this is a very poorly run location. Orders are constantly wrong, and the food quality is a lot lower than other Tim hortons locations. Step it up!

Worst service i have ever got in my life. Specially the manager in the drive through. And the washroom is so terrible like ever never cleaned for year…. If the toilet is not clean how we can trust the kitchen is clean? That was my last visit to that tim..
