I ordered party trays for Mother's Day. I was worried it wouldn't be enough for 6 people, and the owner Mohammed (who is the nicest, most polite person) assured me it would be more than enough. He also guaranteed me I would be back because it was so good. He was 1000% correct. We loved the food. Delicious, fresh, and so flavourful. Thank you so much to everyone there.

Chick Fiesta, Pickering branch has incredible taste of peri peri flaming grilled chicken. 10x times better than what expensive restaurants are selling on the name of grilled chicken!. Big room for dining in. Special deals with fairly good quantity. The quality of rice is another benefit that makes them different from others. I like how the representation of food, their honest customer service and very humble to their customers. My always go to place when I am looking for grilled chicken, ribs, platters. Must try!

I had food catered today and it was phenomenal! Our family of 40 really enjoyed the food and it was all super fresh. We had the peri chicken (Hot, medium and lemon), peri rice, peri fries, corn and Greek salad. The portions were more then I expected! Great service, highly highly recommend!

I tried this place by accident and I have to say it's one of my go-to places for chicken. My favorite is the grilled and fried chicken. Even my kids have no complain when I bring this home for dinner. I am not Muslim but damn, they make good food. So tasty, so fresh and always polite when I walk through the door. Will always return.

Rating over all low because they promised delivery of food in 10-15 mins and took them almost 35 minutes to hand over the order. Didn’t order like for a whole family. It was just 2 peri wraps with fries. People after me took their order and went out. Might change my mind for next time revisit but for now, honor the delivery of food on time as you promise.. Another reason for rating down was that when I asked why was it taking so long for order, I was advised that they are in a mess due to paint work going on. (Why run business with renovation?) I don’t intend to be mean but I was supposed to be somewhere on a specific time but got late because of the delay you folks did.

Couldn't decide between a zinger burger and the new smokehouse burger so I brought my daughter and we tried both! The smokehouse was truly the best burger I have ever had. Peri fries were great too and the prices are good! The two of us left completely stuffed for less then a person would pay at McDonalds.

On the first day I moved to this neighborhood, I had lunch at this restaurant, and from that moment on, it became my favorite place. Since then, at least once a week, I get food from here and I'm really satisfied. The staff is friendly, the food is amazing, and the prices are reasonable! What else could a customer want?

Ordered through Uber Eats, and got delivered a piping hot meal. We ordered fries, peri peri fries, lemon chicken and the mild chicken. Everything was juicy, well-seasoned and overall delicious. We loved the dipping sauces, and their portion sizes were great!

I recently had my wife's birthday here and the customer service was excellent. Seif and the lady at the front were very accommodating. They provided the best option for 10+ guests. The food was freshly cooked. Thanks guys and will visit again soon.

One of the hidden gems in pickering. Fast cooking, always smiling customer service and super tasty food. We took lemon and mild Peri Peri full chicken and they perfectly cooked in 20 minutes. No wonder why it became our favorite place. Must try

Food was a bit salty but wad OK. We Ordered a non spicy but the steak was spicy a bit. The chairs and sofas were a bit old and broken some part but totally functional. Stuff were friendly and helped a lot while choosing. Food prepared in a reasonable time. Their menu is all halal. Lots of parking spaces. Totally I recommend this restaurant.

So I did an Uber eats order for the BOGO peri chicken burger and I could not get past one bite. The grilled chicken breast was literally just an unseasoned grilled chicken breast with peri sauce slopped on top. I’m leaving this review so they improve on the burger by making sure the chicken breast is seasoned before grilling it so it doesn’t smell or taste weird which it did. The customer service and other items are usually great here and I do like chick fiesta but I was really disappointed with this one. Now I have 2 burgers gone to waste along with my money.

Great food with excellent service. They have excellent family deals. We went last weekend with our family. Shumail took order from us and also served the food in very pleasant manner to our tables. We were ordered again and again as we not estimated it correctly but he serve us with great smile and keep serving to our tables so we eat well . Worth to try and Recommended to all.

Was empty when we got there and were worried about the food quality. Took a while for our order to be ready. But it was worth the wait.

Chicken was dry and in some cases really charred. And everything had way to much sauce on it which there sauce was mainly mayo. Will not be returning

Ive been a regular customer here for a long time. Multiple times the chicken was undercooked & too hard to chew but i gave them the benefit of the doubt. After this most recent visit i will never be going back. I placed an order for pickup for the family & had some very specific instructions for the kids & asked for some extras. It was as if the employee over the phone was rushing through the entire call and didnt write anything down… I showed up and even asked the worker about what i asked for and he said “yaya”. He reassured me everything was right and inside the bag. I later got home to realize they didnt accommodate anything I asked for & my family was really disappointed. I then called them to break down the situation & rather than taking accountability about the mistake they made, 2 individuals decided to go back & forth with me without offering me any compensation. They spoke rudely and hung up the phone on me. How DISRESPECTFUL. I hate that it had to come to this, as I support and promote all halal restaurants but there is more times than not where i am left disappointed in either the customer service or the quality of the food. Never again. As a halal and muslim restaurant, DO BETTER. We pay high prices in this economy to support small businesses such as this one, but save your money and go elsewhere. Horrible experience.

Quality of the food has gone significantly down since management changed. They stinge out on the sauce, the chicken is always dry, and spice level is never right. Chicken is always chewy and rubbery...

The place could really use an update on its interior. We placed our order a few hours before hand for dine-in at a later time. Our food was out on the table ready to eat as soon as we got there. Overall the food was fresh and flavors were good.

Our take-out fried chicken from Chick Fiesta was a great experience! So tasty, savoury and crispy! The chicken was so juicy! I am a white meat eater, so I am quite discerning about juiciness. I gave this place 5/5 for atmosphere based on a take-out experience. Staff (thanks, Ali and all!) was super helpful and friendly, and I felt quite comfortable in the spacious waiting area. So, for take out, the atmosphere is great, and the fried chicken and service are excellent!! I'll be back!

The service was ok(not great), although no one else was there so how bad could it be? Ordered the peri steak sandwich. The sandwich was terrible. It tasted like it was cooked earlier and just sitting in a pot. I haven't tried anything else but if you do end up here, do not order the peri steak sandwich.

We ordered catering for 25 people, and the owner ensured we had more than enough for everyone. They even provided extra complimentary rice for two people. The team went above and beyond to make sure our food was well-prepared, accommodating a last-minute change in pickup time. The food was a hit with everyone at the party!

My friend recommended the restaurant, we went for lunch. We ordered periperi chicken and fries each. The chicken was tasty and the fries were fresh. And before we left I ordered chicken liver and gizzard to take home, it was delicious. The staff Manik and Rehana, were very professional and polite.
