My first visit to this place and I knew that I have come to a "real" health store. Every product in this store was all natural no secret ingredients. I didn't know what I wanted and after spending 20 minutes walking around and asking what every product was and what it was good for (probably a bit annoying). However my every question was understood and answered with the most sincere responses, the staff really cared more about my needs than my wallet. I really enjoyed gaining the knowledge i did on every product I had a question about. Will definitely be back here for more of the healthy pasta and other cooking ingredients and spices. Herbal teas and straight steel cut oats. Thanks a lot guys.

Herbal Pathway is my favourite shop to stock up on all my vitamins & supplements! John and the girls are super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They always know exactly what to recommend and always give good advice! They also carry beautiful crystals and salt lamps!

I love this store. Everyone is so helpful, and they have a wonderful points program. I went in when I had an awful painful sore in my mouth. One of the ladies suggested oregano oil and explained how to use it. After a week of this sore growing and growing I tried the oregano oil and it has gone away dramatically within 3 days. Thanks so much!

I'm a regular customer here and I've always loved this business. Let me tell you, my family and I have covid and I was running really low on all of our immune boosting supplements needed to fight this thing off, i called the store half hour before they closed and explained my situation, they were so so kind to drop it off at my doorstep. So happy we have this awesome business in the Amberlea community. They genuinely care and always have helpful advice.

The only place I go to to stock up on vitamins and supplements. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I especially want to give a huge thank you to the Reflexologist, Monica. Thank you so much for your caring wonderful session. If you have not booked a reflexology session yet- do it! I feel wonderful after this session and will be booking every month!!

I have been purchasing any supplement needs from John and his team for years now, and they are excellent with ordering anything in that they don't have in stock. I really try to buy from them instead of some of the bigger chain retailers.

They educate me when I am unsure about something and they offer a wide variety of products as well as services such as yoga, meditation, massage etc... I would highly recommend!
