Came
here
at

pm
for
lunch
today.
I
was
hoping
to
get
a
good
meal.
I
wanted
to
know
about
the
deals.
I
asked
“Is
there
a
combo
deal
for
fries
and
and
hotdog”.
I
meant
a
discounted
price.
Cashier
didn’t
understand
because
she
wasn’t
even
staring
me
in
the
eye
because
she
was
talking
to
her
friend
in
another
language
and
they
were
conversating
about
something
completely
different.
While
I
understand
it’s
harmless
to
have
fun
at
work
while
you’re
not
busy
and
once
the
customer
has
placed
their
order
but
talking
while
a
customer
is
trying
to
order
and
not
taking
them
seriously
is
not
only
rude
but
unacceptable.
It
is
a
big
deal
because
some
people
come
to
the
food
court
to
enjoy.
I
noticed
they
left
my
fork
at
the
bottom
of
the
bag
which
was
ok
but
I
wasn’t
able
to
find
it
as
it
was
all
the
way
at
the
bottom
under
the
tissue
paper.
I
went
back
and
told
them
the
fork
was
missing
which
was
my
mistake
but
I
was
so
annoyed
of
how
bad
my
veggie
fries
tasted
and
how
sloppy
the
presentation
was,
I
told
them
they
were
so
distracted
they
forgot
my
fork
(later
realizing
they
didn’t),
but
it
didn’t
matter
cause
they
were
distracted
and
also
showing
an
attitude.
Very
poor
customer
service.
I
also
threw
out
my
fries
cause
there
was
barely
any
cheese
and
sour
cream.
I
don’t
think
I’ll
be
returning
too
often
unless
the
owner
wants
to
compensate
me
for
my
meal.
I
don’t
wish
for
them
to
lose
their
job
but
cmon!
Have
some
respect
and
customer
service
skills
of
you’ll
be
out
of
a
job
when
this
place
shuts
down.
Considering
I
paid
$16
for
just
a
hotdog
and
some
sloppy
fries,
at
least
wait
to
conversate
after
I’ve
placed
my
order.
The
girl
at
cash
was
so
unorganized
and
inefficient
in
her
work.
I
asked
her
for
toppings
that
were
included
and
free
that
I
can
put
on
and
she
said
“ITS
RIGHT
THERE”.
I
hope
the
owner
views
this
and
gives
them
a
lesson
on
professionalism
and
organization.
