Can more people be like the great person behind the counter when I went today? She made suggestions about different products available (lactose free) and a multi pack would be a better price. The whole time she was smiling and busy, with one customer after another. The pandemic just made their drive thru busier and this location can handle it. Congrats to a great DQ location. Why not park and go inside? Most of the time the drive thru is great too, but it can get busy!

Yummy fries - chicken strip and wrap was soo fresh and tasty 😋 had banana split ice cream. Everything was soo delicious ty for the service DQ.

I’ve been coming here for years and the blizzards are always good. Just had their seasonal pumpkin pie blizzard and it’s a good one. Unfortunately the cost for a medium is over $7 now… and it doesn’t seem that it was that long ago it was around $5. So we’re not going as often as we once did. But it’s a fun treat nonetheless!

Absolutely disgusting. The drive thru kid served ice cream that fell on the floor. I was like excuse me? He made a new one. Health and safety 🚩 Just imagine what these pigs do when customers aren’t looking with your food and ice cream… Disgusting!

Very poor service. Ordered via mobile and stood waiting for 20 minutes while staff ran around ignoring customers. Manager on duty ignored our existence until my partner asked her about our order. She stated “I’ve been waiting for you” as if we weren’t in the store waiting already (please check your cameras to see how long we waited for any type of acknowledgment - just absurd)!! Blizzards we ordered were sold out and she was unable to provide a refund. Be cautious when using the Mobile Order App. DQ clearly has a poor policy in place for refunds using the Mobile App (i.e. You won't be given one) and customer service is terrible at this location so you will be on your own to figure it out. Store was also beyond filthy.

First time trying the food here and quality taste was ok . One star because i ordered kids meal and chicken strip basket. When I got home there was no apple juice given to me and no dipping sauce for either of the meals, also there was only 3 chicken strips instead of being 4 . Called and no answer

Placed a last min custom order on an ice cream cake here,after the bakery I wanted to go with never responded to my inquiry. The cake was delicious and beautiful.I ordered 2 more cakes that week. Thx guys🩷

Hello fellow viewers, at this DQ the bigger and smaller woman’s bathrooms stalls don’t lock and someone walked in on me while I was using the toilet. I hope this can be fixed ASAP, because I have no choice but to leave this review. have a good day or night, but I recommend not using the women’s restroom at this location.

Good place for having desserts (ice cream mostly). Nice spacious area for families. Sometimes their Turtle ice cream has pralines that are stale. Most other items are nice Would love to see some simple milk shakes included in the menu

Huge shoutout to Aiden at the front counter. Super friendly and he got through a line (completing orders and serving desserts) of 13 people in under 4 minutes by himself! You’re doing great Aiden!

Drive further then I need to for this Dairy Queen. They used the mobile app which is generous with points. Staff is all attentive and seem to like being there, Karens are dealt with away from the ordering area (there are alot of them). Never had an issue with an order They do make Pumpkin Pie Blizzards a seasonal item which is unforgivable , but not this locations fault

I’ve had dairy queens from other locations. This is hands-down, the worst location I’ve been to I bought a blizzard and there was a piece of string in my blizzard at first I thought it was a worm but then the closer I looked at it I realize it was literally like a thick piece of string. Disgusting honestly

Suzy at the cash register was extremely kind and professional; offered great customer service that stands out from the typical employee! Service at the location was also very quick, definitely my best Dairy Queen experience yet!

Jan 23rd at 3:10pm we visited. We saw a 1.99$ blizzard deal online. Of course we MUST download the stupid app in order to get the deal. So we sat in drive-thru downloading the app. She's like "are you downloading it now?" We said ya, there's no one behind us and we saw your ad.. so here we are :) And then she's like you can't get the coupon for 24 hours after downloading the app. And guess what.. we got the coupon immediately. I hope the other location is a different franchisee.... stupid employees wasting out time and are lazy at this location!!!!

I was very disappointed with your snickerdoodle blizzard flavour. I was expecting bits of snickers chocolate bar in my blizzard but instead all I tasted was mouthfuls of extremely salty cookie dough! It was absolutely disgusting! My husband brought it home for me so I couldn't return it.

Asked for a medium strawberry milkshake, got a large instead. Asked for whip cream on 2 shakes, got none. I realize they were really busy, but stop and make sure the orders are filled correctly. This was my first time there. Also, the milkshake wasn't as tasty as at other Dairy Queens, very disappointed.

My wife ordered a birthday cake for pick up and when we arrived they couldn’t find it. They said this had happened several times today. After searching for 30 minutes they said that the upload of the image my wife wanted on the cake didn’t work so they said they’d make another one and it would take ten more minutes and offered a measly 10% discount. The cake was for my birthday and I would have rather not had a cake than wait 40+ minutes for this one. Would never come back to this DQ again.

My family and I have been visiting this location for over 20 years. Unfortunately, we experienced extremely rude service on our last visit - the staff member in question rolled her eyes when we asked for a tray and aggressively threw our sundaes into the holder, so much so, that it was effectively leaking out of the cup. If the staff working here don’t like their jobs, deal with it - rather than taking it out on patrons. Hesitant to visit again.

I’ve been coming here for multiple years. Recently I’ve noticed prices skyrocket. Quality has also done significantly downhill. Almost $16 for 2 medium blizzards. Ice cream was gritty and freezer burnt. Almost nothing in the blizzards either.

Good desserts! One person allowed in the lobby at a time to place orders, then wait outside for them to bring it to you. Entire indoor area is closed down, even the lineup and ordering area. Hopefully will change as of July 16th! Staff very friendly and accommodating. Plenty of park benches for outdoor eating, but no tents or umbrellas. Bring a towel to wipe down seats after a rainstorm. Overall, a pleasant dining experience!

The girl at the counter was very pleasant and happy to serve us. The chicken strips were a little dry, however, the ice cream sundays were great!

When did the height of Dairy Queen cakes shrink to 2 1/2 inches high……it’s now a one layer soft serve cake for $36…. Not sure if it’s just this location because they also shrunk the size of banana splits to one small bump of icecream….won’t be buying cakes from here anymore.

The service was great even though they were busy. I enjoyed my chicken strips and Strawberry cheesecake ice cream and the staff was very friendly.

Not happy with my food. Order two $8 chicken Strip meal deal one came with three strips one came with four mind you the price has gone up over the years and the quantity keeps on going down. The Strips keep on getting smaller there soon turn into nuggets. Was charged 40 cents extra for Sprinkles and a $1 extra for Oreo bits Oreo bits wasn’t aware till after when I ask for my bill. If I was told it was extra I would have stuck with the regular sundae toppings. Even for a $1 for Oreo and that’s all I got.

Food was so good - and fries were so fresh and just the right amount of salt. 10/10 👌

Usually dairy queen is consistently good, but for some reason, this location, we went through a drive through, got our three cones. Drove off and found that the dips were prematurely melting the ice-cream. We've never had that happen. Not sure if the machine that makes their soft serve was just starting as it was early in the day, but it's the first time that it was dripped all over me and I couldn't eat it fast enough before it melted.

This was actually only the second time I've had a burger from Dairy Queen and it was pretty good. I love that I was able to get onion rings instead of fries with the combo. Good meal!⁠

Always been a reliable staple for easy to access ice cream for many years. Now that I have a family of my own, it has become much more popular due to excited children. I enjoy sharing this excitement to my children; something I can remember fondly having been given to myself by my mother.

Perfect ice cream as always. Loved the banana split. We also ordered Oreo blizzard and turtle blizzard.

Amazing desserts and ice cream and they even have the patios open for sit down. Loved the blizzards and the triple chocolate brownie that we ordered 👍👍👍
