    Ordered for pick up. Waited 20 minutes for our order despite pre-ordering and paying. I asked why it took so long to fill our order and was told they didn’t make enough fries and gave our fries to a different customer to complete their order instead. The waiting wasn’t the part that lead me to write this review but the state my burger was in when I opened the wrappings. Everything was extremely sloppy. That’s the last time I visit Harvey’s

    Always i like their onion rings 🧅 - signup for harveys rewards program (burger club) online, and Get started with your first deal; Free Frings when you purchase any adult Burger or Sandwich. And its not valid on delivery or on the mobile app or web ordering.

    This is my fourth time dining here with my family. The atmosphere is calm and clean The staff are polite, patient and friendly, which is great especially if you arent quite sure what to order or place on it. I had the 1/4 Angus and it was great.

    Just ordered a premium poutine. Drive-through attendant couldn't hear us very well and started getting snippy. Got half a bowl full of fries, and when I asked for more, was told that was standard. I reccomend getting smaller bowls in that case, so customers don't feel like they're getting ripped off. Never had this problem @ other Harvey's. S'pose I should add that it was delicious though.

    I never thought I’d ever put in a review for a Harvey’s location, but todays the day. Every time I come to this Harvey’s location, the level of customer service never ceases to amaze me. This Harvey’s team really goes above and beyond with their service. I’ve been to many Harvey’s locations and this location is levels above the rest. Huge shoutouts and thank you to the amazing staff!

    The worst harveys ever. The waitress was so rude. I queried about the delay in serving food and the waitress showed a lot of tantrums. She was acting like a princess. You cannot ask them why the delay in serving food. What does she think of herself? And wooden doll manager was just standing there without taking any action.

    Got the 2 can dine Angus burger combo $16.99 with medium onion rings and fountain drink. Service was friendly and fast. There's a small dining area with tables and chairs. There's a drive thru as well. The mobile pick-up area is right when you walk in. The onion rings weren't too fresh they were stuck together and may have been sitting there for a while. Next time, I hope to get a fresh batch of onion rings. The angus is pretty good, and it was easy to order ahead on the Harvey's app. The burgers here are much better than the other big chain M. They have a value menu and lots of options, including grilled chicken, veggie burgers, and poutines. They have a late night deal classic poutine and medium fountain drink $5.99 + tax after 8pm. Great burgers, but please give me some fresh onion rings and fries next time.

    Super friendly customer experience! I felt welcomed and appreciated... Not deservedly but the way things used to be. Love customizing my burgers and the onion rings were just right. I docked 1 star for atmosphere because it's so setup for drive thru and the parking lot/restaurant entrance is a bit meh.

    I went to drive thru and ordered veggie burger asked them to pay from scene points, the staff doesn’t listen properly and they don’t have training on it at the end they tell me we cannot do anything you have to pay full, I told them to cancel the order the lady or manger was rude she just banged the window… worst location to go.. they need more better staff or manger, kindly never go to this location.

    Harveys pickering is probably the most disrespectful burger joint I have been too. I spend over 200 bucks a week woth harveys. The customer service is extremely rude. They will not serve you anything after 11:30pm. False advertising for the pickering location.

    Stopped by this location in Pickering Ontario.. Service was quick and efficient and the girl was helpful when asking a bunch of questions about sauces etc. I had Veggie burger ,fries and a brisk lemon ice tea ..the Chipotle sauce had a nice kick to it ..fries are the best! My friend had the Angus burger , fries and 7up ..we enjoyed our meals, and I will drop by here again when next going to Ajax..

    My son just brought home what I ordered it means Angus burger with lettuce, 2 slices of tomatoes, 2 slices of pickles. At least what he asked for. Instead he got nothing, just very bad tasting burned burger with a drop of ketchup and mustard. This is the first and last time I will go or order from that Pickering @ Bayly St. location. Not worth the money.

    Harvey's makes the best burgers of all the fast food places -- because they are grilled to order and feature a huge choice of toppings and sauces. Fries and onion rings are great too.

    Always fresh and good customer service especially the younger white guy he's always so chipper! Only fault is when you order they never give you a chance to say what toppings on your sandwich.. its always what side what drink. So then after that I have to say what toppings I want. Always should ask what toppings before side and drink.

    3 out of the last 4 times we went to Harvey’s drive through the order was wrong. Today I had to repeat the entire order twice and they still got it wrong. I don’t like Harvey’s but my grandson unfortunately does so we went. I specifically said child’s meal cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard and ONE pickle slice. He got mustard and relish. He hates relish. I asked at the window does it have cheese. No, that was another $.085. ( I may have have said hamburger the second time I repeated the order). The cheese was paper thin and about the size of triangular toonie. Two other times my son got a large Pop but it was just carbonated water. Apparently if you’re lucky you may get there when the machine has been restocked with syrup (according the staff). I loved Harvey’s when I was a teenager. Not anymore. Prices just go up and the quality goes down.

    Typical of a Harvey's on, the food quality, which is good, but one guy that works there most days is one of the friendliest guys always asking how I'm doing, but never, ever holding up the line with chatter. Always very polite and never hesitates to respond with a thank you or you're welcome (unlike many drive throughs where you say thank you and they've already walked away from the window). Harvey's, keep this guy happy! Sorry, I don't know his name, but you probably already know who, he is.

    I went to have a nice burger and poutine, and when I asked for the premium poutine, I was just given a regular one. When I asked where my premium poutine was, they just made it a large regular... I wasn't about to get into it with the cashier. I just took it and left.

    I pre-ordered my pickup 45 minutes ago. I did order around 9:12pm & mentioned or choose pickup time as 10pm. But when I went in drive thru around 10:05pm they were still cooking few stuffs. We had to wait for 10-12 more minutes. It defeats the whole purpose of the reason we pre'ordered.. lol Taste is good 👍 my kids like the burgers but my son was complaining about the uncooked or partially cooked chicken strips. Nuggets were good though.

    We dined in and the dining room was extremely cold and our hot food got cold fast and so did we. Cold air was coming out of the heating vents. Very uncomfortable. We advised the worker so hopefully this get fix. The food and service was a 5 out of 5.

    Staff unable to take an order correctly. Unable to use company cashier. Cashier walked away while taking my order? Staff are not trained correctly. Unfamiliar the products they sell and respective sizes. Store requires significant Staff improvements. Food is typical Harvey's Food. Not really made "your way", more like their way.

    I work in the area and have lunch at 11am. Your drive-thru employee (always the same young man) is always courteous and efficient...a real breath of fresh air nowadays... A great representative of you restaurant.

    They messed up their doordash menu and it only lets you select a SINGLE topping for your burger. Really annoying. Not ordering until this is fixed. hopefully not intentional. I dont know who would want a burger with just one topping.

    I remember a time when you could get a hotdog for a buck twenty five at Harvey's. I have fond memories of my mother taking me to Harvey's after a doctor's appointment when I was a child.

    One of the best Harvey's in Durham! The staff is very friendly and has patience for every costumer. They do not skimp on the veggies and really know how to put sauces on the burgers rather than just putting a pile of it in the middle of the sandwich. The fries are served fresh. The store is clean and the tables get sanitized before anyone sits there. However, there are only 3 tables available to dine in and they only have one sanitizer bottle at the front. If they can increase the amount of bottles, it would be safer and great for those dining in.

    There is gentleman working the drive-thru speaker who is an absolute GEM. He always asks 'how is your day going' before you order, and is extremely friendly and kind. However, at the window, its a different person handling your payment and food. But whoever the sweet gentleman over the speaker is, kudos to you for having such good energy for those who are ordering.

    Was definitely not impressed today. We love to go to Harvey's and had never been to this one before so we stopped in and ordered. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich that tasted like it have been sitting there for four days was dry chewy and ended up in the garbage. The poutine was good, gravy was hot but there was very limited amount. One of the worst takeout meals I've had in a long time. I will say that the young man that served us was very polite and very efficient.
