Very bad service, filthy washrooms, workers take forever to come to the counter to serve a single customer. Food made bad, poutine was half cooked fries with no gravy. Shame. Please shut this place down. Editing to add more details to owner’s response: Your employee said “Hey” and then threw our pizza down on the counter and walked away. When I asked for napkins (which should be out and available by the way), he took ONE from under the counter with his wet fingers, which left a wet mark on the ONE napkin. Of course I didn’t use it

I don't order Pizza Pizza very often, but when I do, this location is always a good bet. We ordered online and it was a quick and easy process. The staff at this location are always friendly and do their best to make sure your items are correct. The only drawback to Pizza Pizza in general, is that the pizzas are ALWAYS lightly done, which some may like, it's just not my preference. We ordered two large pizzas, both two topping, and the total came out to $30. A tad bit pricey compared to other pizza restaurants in the area. We decided to try out their new Dairy Free Cheese Option on one of the pizzas and unfortunately it was just okkk. The Dairy Free Cheese did not melt all the way, even when we put it in the toaster oven at home. It also had such a gooey consistency, that it kind of stuck to the roof of your mouth. Props to Pizza Pizza for including a Dairy Free Cheese option on their menu though!

Worst customer service I have ever seen in my life the guy who is wearing glasses very rude me and my boyfriend order extra large pizza when we said can you please drizzle creamy garlic on the top the guy said you have to pay when we said we can pay for that and I was going to pay then suddenly he said I printed the receipt now I cant do anything even he can charge us in extra by doing another transaction its the matter of understanding but they literally behave weird and rude. I will not recommend this to anyone if you want to use your money wisely.

I never seen a store dirty like this pizza pizza location. The washroom looks like they never clean it 🤢🤢🤢🤢 . Bad customer service. Not going to this location at all, don't want to get sick.

Ordered the pizza by calling 416967111. They told me 20 min. I arrived a bit early. The employee wasn't friendly. The way he spoke to me, I almost left the restaurant. But I was hungry so I waited. Pizza was ready in time. Paid for the pizza. The employee seemed angry. Anyways I took the pizza home. Pizza was a 4.5 out of 5. Probably one of the best pizza pizza I ever had. Kudos Ordered a large pepperoni pizza with a dipping sauce. Total $13.09 Great pizza and a great price.

I’ve been attending this Pizza Pizza location for about 20 years now. It hasn’t been good nor has it been bad. It’s been consistent. Today I used the 50% off to order these two pizzas. Thin crust with pesto sauce, cheese, tomato, sun dried tomato, spinach. Surprisingly it was really good and didn’t taste like cardboard like other pizzas from pizza pizza. The second is thin crust with cheese, jalapeños, red onion, bacon, Chili flakes. This was the best of the two. 3/5 rating. It’s better than other Pizza Pizzas and taste better than the cardboard box it came in.

Awful pizza with questionable cheese. Not sure if entire brand changed the receipt but this is NOT pizza pizza quality. Washrooms are filfy and no toilet paper.

Jalapeno poppers had mold on it, did not add extra cheese to order even though we paid for it. Did pickup so we couldn't tell until we got all the way home. Poor quality, wont eat here again, the dominos nearby never disappointed like this. Going there from now on for pizza.

I'm not one to write reviews but this needs to change! This is not the first time I've seen this gentleman do this but the cashier or whoever is unhygienic! He rubs his nose (idk if he's sick or has allergies) then proceeds to use the SAME hand to touch your food and boxes. It not appropriate, clean your hands when handling people's food! I'm very turned off from eating here.

Ordered half moon garlic bread ended up getting half a box of burnt cheese pizza

So I ordered poutine at 2:40 on Thursday they said we don’t have it then changed it to Panziroti. I drove 15 minutes to the store, they said “we are closing we didn’t made your order, its customers service fault that they took orders 15 minutes before closing” If they couldn’t make it Atleast should have informed me? Wasted my gas, time and I end up with empty stomach. What a ***** service

I went to this location at 1:30am to place an order, clearly when I walked in they weren't very happy that I was placing an order since they had already cleaned up the store ready for closing. They simply answered they don't have any of the toppings I requested. It was a bit frustrating, I had to walk away with a veggie pizza and a cheese pizza since they 'didn't' have it. I understand placing an order 30 mins before closing is a pain but why advertise you are open till 2 am if that's the case. Not the best customer service at all. Just hoping the pizza will taste average since they will be rushing things.

Was there(for the last time) Sunday April 24th. Ordered fries,was told 5 minutes. 20 minutes later still no fries. Asked was told 5minutes. I then watched them drop my fries. Asked if thise were mine she said 2minutes. 27minutes later I walked out. STILL NO FRIES.. I did notice that they pay no attention whatsoever to people waiting. Every person I saw waiting had to keep asking when food be ready. More interested in taking your $ and then your on your own

Ordered today for the second time, I ordered regular wings they sent me breaded, in addition to being uncooked driver forgot my drinks and said he will come back later to drop them, he hasn’t come back yet it’s been 4 hours. Order was delivered in good time but wouldn’t order again for uncooked chicken, breaded instead of regular that I ordered and missing my drinks.

This location has always been fast and workers are friendly. No compliments and hope it stays open for the foreseeable future!

Service and management has gone downhill. Been coming here for years and the food tastes awful, tastes like cardboard, and the staff are not very friendly and all sit in the back and just talk. I assumed this was how all Pizza Pizzas were until I tried the one on Whites/Kingston, so much better food and service.

On the tip screen the guy entered a tip for me. I'm not sure if he gave himself a tip or not because he pressed so fast. I just find it a little weird. He was nice though.

I walked in and went to use the bathroom before I ordered and got out of there as soon as I could. I've never written a review just to talk about how disgusting BOTH of the bathrooms were but they didn't even have soap in either of them to wash my hands, or hand sanitizer in the front. If this is any indication of the cleanliness behind the counter I am never eating at this location.

Just went in to claim my Raptors slice and they just told me my coupon is expired, I showed them in the app that it expires tomorrow and they just said "not working, try another store". No offer to help, no troubleshooting, nothing, just a rude dismissal. I would even understand if I was holding up the line but the store was empty!! If you decide to order from pizza pizza for some reason, definitely go to a different location

Customer service is an issue here (you can read from other reviews as well) I walked in to grab a few quick slices for my children but the pizza on display looked more than a day old to say the least so I opted for a fresh small cheese. Within 10 seconds of paying for my order, I quickly asked to change it to a medium since it was literally like $0.50 more. The staff member, that was not friendly to begin with abruptly said, “no. It’s already printed” (not possible, I literally JUST payed and it would not have possibly printed by that time) I asked if he could just mention to the people (3 feet away from him) to make it a medium and I would, of course, pay the difference. He again said, “no, I give you what you asked for.” I suppose my initial order, 10 seconds before my correct order, was my fault, but there was no reasonable reason why he could not have changed my order. He was clearly in a bad mood and wanted to get back to stocking his chips. This location really needs some in-depth training in customer service.

Do NOT ORDER the popcorn chicken poutine. I placed an order for one classic poutine which is around $5 and one popcorn chicken poutine which is $7. Homie gave us 3 popcorn chicken in the poutine. Aint no way bruh

Hi I am very sad with pizza pizza I ordered food from there an hour before it closed and it’s been 2 hours and my food still hasn’t shown up very very disappointed in what is happening. We also have no way of contacting anyone because the store is closed.

Recieved an old pizza on which they heated up some cheese and almost burnt the pizza.

Went in for a pretty large order of three large pizzas with large box of fries and drinks, and the staff here was extremely helpful even offering to help me take my pizza to the car. Pizza was also hot and fresh and tasted delicious. 10/10 service

Ordered a Canadian style calzone with spicy sausage and received an oily mess of cheese and pepperoni with almost no mushrooms and barely any sausage. The dough was soggy and the filling was slightly cold in the middle. As I'm writing this my stomach feels very uneasy and I didn't even eat the whole calzone. I've never had food this awful from Pizza Pizza in my life. Very disappointed.

Just ordered Onion Rings and panzzaroti. Customer service was awful! The brown guy at the counter was very rude!!! I told him to add pineapple and mushroom in the panzzaroti and right before my hubby was about to pay, I quickly wanted to add in some black olives so when I asked the cashier to add that in as well, he made a very rude comment with an angry tone and look on his face. He said "why didn't you tell me the first time?! 😡" I did not hear this as the machinery in the background was a bit loud but my husband heard it and told me about it when we got into the car and I was furious! If I heard him say that, I would have just cancelled my order and walked out! What a waste of money for mediocre food and waste of time! I also work in the customer service industry and that is NOT how to talk to a customer!!! Unbelievable!

Wasn’t a clean table in site to sit at.all empty, just visibly dirty. Not busy. While staff were chilling and chatting wuIke every table in the restaurant was filthy and chairs were scattered everywhere. Brought it up to the man that served us and he blamed it on the ‘kids’ who made a mess earlier. I think he meant ‘guests’ and why is a guest expected to clean and wipe the table before they leave?? Pizza was good though.

Nasty veggie pizza and found a piece of pepperoni in the pizza. My son is allergic to it too!!!. They told me they can get the same pizza remade or $6 for it. Pizza Pizza have lost their touch. Disappointed.

I am a student that walked into pizza pizza for lunch, I was short on money and I asked this cashier if I can still get a pizza slice for $2 instead of $4. This kind man named Tariq was so kind about it and without hesitation, gladly gifted me a pizza slice and pop. This was so heartwarming knowing good people are still out here. Thank you!!!
