Good fast food, as you would expect of any Burger King. This restaurant has a full time security guard, and there are signs saying only 10 students at a time and no backpacks allowed. There must be some bad kids in a nearby school. Overall the restaurant is clean, and has a modern feel.

Burgers are always fresh and filling. Love their new siracha chicken burger but was told it's for a limited time only. Must try gor spice lovers👍

Looking for an affordable alternative to fast food breakfast? Burger King has been around since 1954. This location is located in a busy plaza which includes a grocery store and drug store. We had a 2 can dine breakfast coupon for $6.99. Can't find a better deal than that! The croissant was delicious and unlike the Big M chain, they did not make any cost cutting like smaller egg, sausage or croissant. The sausage was juicy and massive. The egg was the scramble style made in a round mold. The hashbrowns were bite size full of potato goodness. I don't usually big up fast food but this one hit the spot. The dining room is modern, clean and spacious. This location did go through a brand refresh to make it look more appealing. Overall I would recommend this place and if you get the coupons in the mail then don't forget to bring them. You can also order from their app and there are coupon offers in the app.

The place used to be the spot for cheap and quick food. Last visit, there were 3 people waiting for a pretty long period of time, my wait time for food was just shy of 15 minutes... they crazy considering an actual restaurant is about the same. The guy at the counter was wearing a mask, and behind plexiglass, I couldn't hear a word he was saying. This place has also become very grey and dull, lol.. not the owners fault, im sure. It's just a weird thing corporate decided would be better.

I had the worst experience going through the drive-through tonight at 2 a.m. The Lady who was taking my order had no customs service skills. I went to Burger King to get my pregnant wife food, and this lady was giving me attitude every time I asked her a question and or asked my wife what she wanted. The Lady kept telling me I couldn't use my mobile app and could not order certain things. She told me the milkshake machine was broken. Finally, after 2 minutes of dealing with one of the most unprofessional people I've encountered in a very long time, I got upset because she was being rude for no reason; she then refused to serve me and told me to drive off. So I drove to the window and asked to have someone else in the establishment take my order; and everyone inside was looking at me and laughing, then they proceeded to turn their backs and walk off. Corporate needs to follow up, because I've read reviews with similar complaints about this location at night. Where do they get off-treating customers like this? Without customers, that location would be nonexistent, and they'd all be out of work. This is by far the worse burger king experience I've ever had.

Tried the new whopper melt and the bread was so soft and floppy even though the picture shows its toasted and we told the cashier about this and he said it's supposed to be like that which is very obviously a lie. Be aware.

Wrong order, again. Ordered the Ch’King Sandwich, got this garbage in a burger bun. Disappointed as usual, and the fries are saltier than my nuts after a 12 hour shift.

Had the worst experience at the drive thru with the Asian Guy ( shawn ) he gave us the old food and said u never asked for fresh food. The guy was rude as well the girl working with him. She was aggressively shutting the window and thinking they haven't done anything wrong. I would like to make a formal complaint to the owner of the store. Either remove the asian guy or train him

Don't eat here. They give old food. Got chicken nuggets that looks like it's been fried or baked more than 3 times. Taste nasty.

Nice venue with a kids play area (which gets WAY TOO HOT being all glass - its like a glass house in there during the summer, you cant stay in there for long!) - The staff are friendly and very helpful doing the best they can with the headcount they have. The washrooms are clean, but not always stocked up with tissues.

I thought I ordered strawberry lemonade, not a glass of ice. This is not 60% lemonade! This is 80% ICE. When we received the drink, we questioned it and the employee said this is how it is supposed to be.

Pretty good food 🥘 but forgot my sauce when I requested it for my Mozzo sticks. Always check your bag !!! Other than that good service and food.

I don't know what these other reviews are on about, this location stands on business. They are a quintessential Burger King location, you know exactly what you're getting and they make it the best they can. Its packaged nicely, it's hot, it's ready to eat and tastes like every other Burger King, if not better. I have gotten delivery, take out, and eaten in, and never had an issue with customer service, quality or price. Mistakes happen sometimes, and these one star reviews are just bitter people who can't understand that.

This is one of the best locations I've been to. I prefer to go here over the one closest to my home. The food is always fresh at this location and made upon arrival yet the wait times are not long at all. I go different times of the day each time and I've never had to wait for significant amounts of time. I've never had an issue with my food either.

Ordered 3 burger combos and chicken nuggets. Absolutely horrible, the nuggets were dehydrated ,hard, and stale. The burger patties were the same . Will definitely not be going there again. Will not recommend this Burger King location !!

I wish I could give zero for this store’s customer service. I only go there when I have to for uber order. A guy who works in drive thru at midnight usually is extremely rude. I haven’t seen any rude person like him in my life. Without any reason he always treat delivery person in a rude manner. He doesn’t know what the customer service and professionalism is. I wonder why he works there if he doesn’t like to serve? Owner should look into it as it’s not once or twice. It’s everyday story.

Not a fan of fast food but once in a while when tommy starts complaining and time is limited, I am forced to go thru a drive-tru and get something. So, that day around 2:00 PM, I was driving that area and felt hungry / starving! Went to this place and order their combo #1 - some kind of good looking (photoshopped) cheeseburger, fries and a coke! I expected something “mushy” like 9 out of 10 similar fast food restaurants but when I opened the bag, I saw this extra big and chubby burger. Opened up the bag and I was even more impressed - and finally in heaven taking the 1st big bite. Hot & fresh fries and cold drink made things absolutely perfect! I went back and told the manager, this was the first and only Burger King order that truly looked like its pictures and tasted like real home-made burger! Check it out if you ever pass that area. You won’t be disappointed. Super friendly staffs too.

Fresh food, get two whopper for $10 + fries n drink for $16.50 good deal

Cooking oil needs to be changed, some bitter taste after eating the burger and apple turnover was not fresh. Tables not cleaned. Was not busy when I arrived. Staff was pleasant. I was at the Harwood location last week and had a very good experience.

Very clean, girl behind the counter was very nice and I could understand her for once. Pop machine had no ice and my coke was warm and flat though.

Overall abhorrent experience. The place was filthy and they did not care to clean it up. The tables were visibly dirty and the washroom floor had toilet paper everywhere. Started with the wrong order but then got the worst customer service on top of it. They said they were going to replace it but took them an unnecessarily long time because the staff were just loudly chatting in the back while they can see me waiting too. When they finally gave me the right order, I asked for the manager to complain about how mismanaged her store is but all I got was an apathetic ‘sorry’. It wasn’t worth getting mad over so I just asked for my order to go. She then proceeded to aggressively pack my order while giggling with the other employees. I get it, it’s fast food but professionalism is still primary in any service industry. Everyone was so rude because the manager sets the worst example. Never going back to this store.

Showed up for a huge order 2 minutes before closing. Everything was fresh and exactly how burger king is supposed to taste. The staff who served me was super cheerful, considering it was the end of a shift and a massive order too. Got home and found some free pies in my bag!

Been here 4 times overall. A soso BK. Asked for extra ketchup less mayo, ordered two one was ok the other without ketchup and regular mayo. Not sure if there was a miscommunication I thought about this the second did not have ketchup at all. Thoughts?

I would want to take this time and give this Specific Burger king location zero star. Worst place ever to be. I went there for the first time yesterday in the evening around 7:30 PM to pickup order from as a SKIP delivery guy and this Asian guy didnt give me the order which I had to deliver just because I asked him to give me the order while standing in the Queue. I came to pick up the order from Scarborough and the staff made it my worst experience by saying it might take around an hour to prepare the order. I have not seen such rude staff ever and I dont think somebody deserve’s to work with customers if they dont know how to treat others and after I noticed there was another skip order which came in and one of the other staff members asked this Asian to prepare that and he was like I dont care about Skip orders. I too had to cancel the SKIP order from my end. I would just request the Managing team for this Burger king joint to either train this Asian or should remove him(specific) before he makes it worse for others. Couldnt have been more disappointed!!

This review goes out to Sean and his team, I've had the pleasure of being treated very well from 3 different managers at this location - I cannot thank the staff and management for constantly being wonderful and understanding when it comes to orders. I know it's a pain in the rear, but ordering the new vegan burger although it "may" be on the same grill, it's quite considerate of them to have a clean spot that doesn't come in contact with the meat burgers. As for the mozza-sticks, that's where the best part is! Thank you for being the one of the best BK between Toronto, Pickering, Bowmanville that takes care of customers.

I like this place a lot. The food is good and taste and the people are very nice. The price on the value means is awesome. Better than McDonalds for sure. We drive out from Morningside to go there.

This is a newly renovated location. The interior is nice and clean. My burger and fries were good. However I don't recommend the mozza sticks. They were cold and hard. The impossible whopper was a bit dry. Staff was ok. Not super friendly but not mean either.

It's faster to drive to Ajax BK and return to Pickering location and the car in front of you when you left is still there. I've seen molasses flow faster in January...

Hit or miss. Ordered my usual mix and match plain whopper plus double whopper (charged extra patty); No toppings and No sauce on Both. Just simply PLAIN. Simple instructions weren't properly followed. It happened at least 5 times to me at this location.

This has to be the worst Burger King Ive been too when it comes to getting orders served quickly. There were two cars ahead of me at the takeout lane, it literally took 15 min for me to order. Then it took 25 min to finally get my order.

Food is mediocre but the service is exceptionally subpar. The customer service staff never thanks you for coming or says any words at all, they just stick the tray out without a word. On the rare occasion you get someone who actually says hello, thanks and have a great day which comes as quite a surprise.
