It's probably been at least fifteen years since I've been to Mr. Sub, or it certainly feels that way. I've been to other sandwich shops but I'm not sure what kept me away, especially from supporting a Canadian company. This location was on the corner of the building and was quite spacious, with high ceiling and ample seating available. It was also very clean. It took me a while to choose which sandwich to get but in the end I ordered the original Assorted Sub on the Mediterranean Greek bun. I also had it toasted. The ingredients were fresh, with good portions. I really enjoyed it! 4/5.0 The sandwich was really good, better than I remembered but there was some odd ( suspicious) behavior from the lone clerk. When I arrived, there was a lone gentleman just finishing his meal at one of the tables. He and the clerk appeared to know each other and were quite chatty, speaking plain English. A family came in while I was still deciding what to have so I let them go ahead. After greeting them and answering a few basic questions, the clerk never said another word. None. Not to the family nor to me. He just pointed at things and grunted. Very odd. Even stranger, he entered their order in the cash register and pointed to the total. He refused their credit card and indicated that he wanted cash, which they paid, reluctantly. Once they left, he appeared to erase their order out of the cash register. Hmmm... He didn't even enter my order in the register. He just showed me the total on a calculator and indicated he wanted cash. Hmmm... While I was eating, the phones (cell and landline) rang several times and he didn't answer any calls. Hmmm... I have no idea if this clerk was the owner/franchiser, manager, or hired help but his behaviour was noticeably odd and very suspicious. Very odd. Very suspicious. 2/5.0 I will definitely return to Mr. Sub but maybe not this location.

Very happy with my sandwich. After leaving the Subway across the street because they fussed over sandwich ingredients, and refused to add the ingredients I wanted, even for a premium-priced sandwich. I refused their half-made sandwich, and went to this Mr Sub right across the street. Mr Sub happily made my sandwich the way I ordered it. Thank you Mr Sub, my new favourite sub shop. I will gladly be a repeat customer because of your classic menu options. I much prefer this over Subways new forced topping options. Staff at Mr Sub was very friendly and personable, I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s a Feel-At-Home restaurant.

The guy working there possibly the owner was extremely arrogant and rude in regard to my topping choices. Was extremely triggered when I referred to my bread selection as Italian herbs and cheese. I asked for Thai dressing and he corrected me and asked if I wanted Sweet and Spicy Thai. The most disturbing thing was when I looked behind the counter and the guy had sandals on. Pretty sure that goes against the health code lol. Definitely won’t return which is a shame because I love Mr. Sub. :(

Thank you for a fast and tasty meal. Good deals with coupons. Better tasting subs than Subway for sure. Highly recommend!

Wow wada a differance this is compared to Kingston rd and Sheppard (horrible rude owner and no toppings cried the cost of everything has gone up so lousy subs worsts in the east end)the pickering at Brock and Bailey sub actually looks like the pictures great service and fresh our new go to sub spot thank you Pickering Mr.Sub !!!!

This is one of the freshest food Mr. Sub restaurants around. The service is always nice because every time I visit there is a very happy and upbeat gentleman who is serving. He makes it nice. I only criticize the atmosphere because of the very loud fridges that have been installed for the new sweet counter. Other than that I would highly recommend this sub shop.

Decent sandwich. Tasted like every other Mr Sub sandwich I’ve had anywhere else. Friendly staff. Filthy location. Doesn’t appear hygiene is their top concern.

Great food. Fast service; food is very fresh. I was on my way to see a client and was able to stop in for a six inch. Only fault was mine. I should’ve ordered a foot long!

My family went there for ice cream and cheese cake. Worst ice cream and cheese cake that I've ever had. The mango cheese was frozen, and my kid gave the ice cream a 6 out of 10. For a kid to say that tells you something. Why a Mr. Sub store is selling ice cream, which is unbelievable to me. If you're looking for ice cream, go somewhere else.

So this Location is supposed to open at 10 AM. Many times I drive out of my way to try to grab a sandwich before I head to work. Every single time I will wait over 20 minutes for them to open their doors and nobody goes to work. Change your time of operation If you don't plan on showing up on time because people are trying to support your business and They can't. I'm better off going elsewhere I will no longer try to come and give you guys my money before work. By the way there's also many people waiting outside the doors at 10 AM.

I’m always satisfied when I come to this specific Mr. Sub! I like the way I’m treated & service is important. They also carry my fave type of sub sandwich… the seafood sub. It’s very fresh & delicious. In Pickering THIS is the BEST Mr. Sub to come to. For dine in or take out, I’d highly recommend this place. And they carry dessert too. I was able to have the raspberry sorbet bar on the spot which I thoroughly enjoyed. Yum.

Good lunch. Service is almost always friendly, but they appeared to have a new employee over this past weekend that I had to remind to change their gloves after handling money. She was busy, working alone and apologized, promptly changing her gloves. I will still continue to be a patron.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! Was there today, 1 person in front of me ordering, I walk over to look at the sub of the day menu and the man working behind the counter says what would you like before I could see the sub of the day menu. I turn around and I hear the man who came in behind me say, this guy (myself) is in front of me. The employee then says he can wait, what do you want. The man says no he can order first. So I ask the employee what is the sub of the day and in the rudest of manor he says "didn't you just look at the menu, you should know it" In shock I asked him what he just said to me. He says "you heard me, you looked at the menu so you should know it" I told him that that's the worst way to speak to a paying customer. He said he didn't care. I walked out and told him I would never buy a sub here again. He said theres the door you can leave and never come back. I have filed a complaint along with the other customers present to Corporate office. I have been told this is the owner of this Mr. SUB. He told me his name is Jeff.

The individual working here was rude, lacked any sense of urgency and had little care that two people waiting in line left. He was incredibly slow and failed to take anyone else’s order despite waiting 10min for him. I would NOT recommend this location at all.

Pineapple. They have pineapple. Hot peppers and pineapple on an assorted sub. You have to try it.

Beer here! This is a hard working family here. They stay up late and start early and never falter in their quality of serious service. Serving up good food and great personality, this has to by my favourite mr.sub. They have beer here as well which is an added plus in long work day or after you have missed the beer or liquor store! And is much needed after a hard days work. I like the rib sub and philly cheese steak but really all their food is pretty.good. try new keto buns. Or beyond beef meat!
