The new brown girl with glasses keeps messing up my order, I understand that she's new, but learn faster or stop screwing up my orders. It's happened twice now, the owner or manager needs to read this

Went in for a hot and ready tonight, waited for 2-3 minutes and no staff came to the front nor could I see anyone else behind in the kitchen. Yelled out for service a few times but no response. Is anyone even on site????

Ordered the meaty pizza today at 8.35pm from this location for the first time. The pizza was so cold upon delivery and received at 9.20pm. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from this location again for sure.

Slow service when the manager/owner is around and refused to make my pizza the way I like it without charging extra for it, meanwhile the staff had no problem doing so. Other locations don't charge extra, try a different location. I was ordering 8 pizza's a week sometimes, none anymore!

Never ready! The signs of hot n ready at this location are just for decoration. Don’t bother, their quality is poor and service is slow. Defeats the whole consept of being able to pick up when you’re in a rush. All other little Caesar’s locations in Pickering have all been ready to go and excellent quality. Brock location needs to step it up. Not impressed. I will defensively never go back there needless to say..

Always a reliable Little Caesars experience, however on this particular day a) the gentleman (older with white hair) made me fresh/piping hot food and b) refused to accept a tip and instead asked me to donate to someone in need. Fantastic values and a place I will continue to visit. Five stars!

I got cheese bread from there, and I end up throwing out whole. They used too much rose mery and salt , therefore we could not eat a single piece at all. I do not recommend.

I substitute tomato sauce for creamy garlic sauce. The guy didn’t even know that it’s possible. He told me I can’t change the base sauce. When I told him I’d ordered here before and they were able to do that he went and ask another girl. She came and showed him how to change the sauce. But instead of substituting the sauce they charge me twice for creamy garlic sauce. The girl said if I’m changing the base sauce I have to pay. Wth! I go to pizza pizza and change the base sauce to creamy garlic (both my kids don’t like tomato base) and they never charged to change the base. They have a variety of sauces to choose from. I would never go to this place and won’t recommend to my family. What a ripoff 🙄. I will be ordering pizza tonight and it won’t be from you guys, happy to go to pizza pizza @Whites/Hwy2.

One of the WORST Little Caesars locations...they never answer their phones. Customer service is horrible. The manager doesn't know how to speak with people. They have limited options at this location.

I had placed a big order. Nina made our pizzas to perfection. Hot, fresh and delicious. The cheese pizza actually had an appropriate amount of cheese on it as well. Well worth the money. I would recommend purchasing from this store. Customer service is great! Positive experience.
