This trail was absolutely beautiful and serene. I love nature and going hiking. It was a little bit on the icy side but that is to be expected cause they can't put salt down during the winter on hiking trails. You just need to be extra careful. My daughters loved it cause the one trail we walked along, went underneath a bridge and along side a river. The trees were covered in snow and it just looked amazing. We didn't go down the entire trail cause it was already mid afternoon. Next time we go, we will walk the full trail. I would definitely recommend this trail to anyone that enjoys hiking during any season.

Really fun trail. Came here with a couple friends and we were amazed with how pretty, calming, and fun this trail was. Lots of nature, rivers, a mini waterfall, bridges and even staircases. Wouldn't recommend brining children because the pathways can be very narrow and steep. Wear good shoes because you can easily slip and fall trying to go up some of the hills and also because of the amount of mini sticks on the floor. This is a great place to for some peace and quiet. Will be back for sure!

Great trail, not stroller friendly. The parking lot not big size, limited spots. There are not public washrooms here. If you like nature, it’s good choice. This trail can be messy after rainy days.

Great trail! Lots of shaded areas. We chose the parking close to highway 7. Take bug spray! I was being eaten alive. Also, in certain areas if you stand still for too long, ants will climb up your legs. Eek. We took our two dogs because they like swimming. 5 stars because our dogs enjoyed it immensely! The water looked really clean too!

About 13 to 15 km hike for the whole but it's your choice to cut short if you like. Great place with wild flowers( please do not pick the flowers as they are already struggle for the diminishing land and invasive plants.

Mid June 2023, weekday. Drop by parking incidentally on the way. There was a car key fob hung by the notice board. Would take chances to enjoy the walk south.

Great trail. I’d done the southern part in the winter snowshoeing with my partner right on the frozen river and the part in the summer is really pretty.

Nice trail, but LOTS OF MOSQUITOES! Please make sure you apply insect repellent, got lots of mosquitoes bites and ant bites. But it nice before you can walk beside a small river with small fishes and tadpoles.

The trail has severe tree falls after the 2022 storms. This has made the trail much more rugged than in previous years. The foot traffic is also much lower as a result and so the path is getting hard to judge at areas. Long pants are highly recommended due to increased tick dangers. New signs have been added to this northern trail head stating it is an unassum trail...

I entered in the north entrance and it was great for about 500 meters but then the path was completely overgrown. The middle entrance doesn't seem overgrown but I did not fully explore it.

We start from whitevale Park to white road north around 5 hours excursion whit some stop to eat and take photos. Nice trail, lot of mud for me was a moderate trail. We see a beaver, fish and a variety of birds. A bit noisy close to the highway. Unfortunately was Sunday and was crowded of people that's made my expirience not the best.

In Fall or during rainy days bring your high waterproof boots and enjoy walking through the shallow puddles of overflowing creek on the Seaton Trail. A washroom would be welcome at the north end parking lot (not sure if there is any around).

Delightful autumn walk. Beware, there are lots of fallen trees and rotten wood planks along the way because this trail is not maintained.

This is an enjoyable trail *when* (1) trees haven't been blown over on the path (2) recent rain hasn't created mud pits on the path (3) summer growth hasn't entirely obscured the path and NEW (4) ticks haven't been found all over the path. Other than those minor inconveniences, it's great!

Lovely trail for a half day hiking. Easy to moderate trail with beautiful scenery. We started from Highway 7 entrance towards the south section. The dam is a nice place to take photos.

Great hike but when wet the clay base trail can be a bit slippery. If you hike from #7 @ Green River to Whitevale you will find washroom and some business open. Returning is about 7 k. With pictures setting and a wonderful river flowing most of the way. U fortunate our Ont Government is issuing a large portion to development.
