I experienced deplorable and racist customer service from Maria Kantor. When I called to complain, they told me that she had "had a bad day." Excuse me?! I advise all visible minorities to never shop at this store, spend your money at stores that respect all people. **Edit: I see other reviews which appear to allude to Maria's behaviour as well. She is the elderly woman with large glasses.

I went in to the store today and asked an older lady with glasses for my ring size and she refused to help me unless I purchased something from the store. She didn’t even take a minute to find out what I was looking for. Very unfriendly and horrible customer service.

Kasandra is one of the worst individuals I have ever come across in the retail space. She had no manners, customer service skills or etiquette. She waited until we cashed out to tell me that I was “abrasive”, for a comment I made about the jewelry and insensitivity of individuals these days. She referred to me as rude for saying that the colour of the box was “ridiculous”. I wasn’t sure a customer couldn’t have an opinion about a product they are purchasing. I will be reaching out to corporate to take further action against this rude and unprofessional employee. I expect an apology!

Had a bracelet to exchange and bought a ring. The associates Tamina and Hara were so so kind and helpful and went absolutely above and beyond. Amazing girls

My pen was defective and broke in half.. even though I did not purchase a warrenty on it, they made an acception as it had only been a month of gentle use and I had my receipt. They were very sympathetic and did not question me or make me feel bad for trying to do a return that they could have refused as per their policy. I was exceptionally grateful that they did this for me this one time. The staff were additionally very friendly and professional, as well as resourceful - they even called other stores to have my favourite colour shipped to them, free of cost. I could not have had a better experience as a customer! Thank you to their team!

Well peoples legit just left me at the door. Guess based on who was in the store, I looked like I didn't belong. But anyways, great pieces here. Can't lie. There's a nice look to their stuff. They use rhodium as a base, stronger than sterling silver, most other places coat their sterling silver with rhodium. 18 karat plantings. I mean you're not here to break the bank(unless you want to), a nice piece thats beautiful, and timely. And not lying, i didnt do the guy thing where you try to hide the shock of prices. Lol.

I went into pandora knowing what I wanted to get for my mom but the customer service was so terrible that I left with nothing. I went into Swarovski not knowing what I wanted at all and left with matching earrings and a necklace! The customer service was amazing, Zara was so helpful, patient and kind. The staff at the Pickering Town centre is amazing. And for forget to see Maria Kantor. She is a very pleasant lady that works there and will help you find a what you need till you are happy with your purchase. She should be the manager in my opinion.

I went into Swarovski on June 17th in order to see if an earring that had become detached in one area could be repaired. I was looked after by Melissa (the store's manager) and in large part due to the wonderful customer service she provided, I didn't only drop off the earring for repair, but, ended up buying earrings and a bracelet that day. Today, I learned that Swarovski was not able to repair the earring, however, Melissa went the extra mile and located a replacement at the Swarovski outlet. It is meant to arrive in a few days and I will be notified when it does. Sadly, good customer service is a rarity nowadays, but, thankfully it can be found in abundance in Melissa at Swarovski (Pickering Town Centre). Thank you Melissa.
