    Bad customer service. Sold me a bracelet and suggested I wear it out of the store on my wrist. Got home and realized I couldn’t put the clasp on without assistance. Attempted to exchange for another bracelet at the Oshawa location within 30 days and they told me no because I wore it out of the store and wasn’t given a box. Why didn’t Pickering tell me that at the time of my purchase? I would have opted NOT to wear it out of the store if I had known I’d be forfeiting the return policy. I finally went to the Pickering location again to take this matter up with them today. The manager was snarky and stand-off-ish but did finally agree to allow me to exchange but only on the condition that the new bracelet would be final sale. What a hassle over some tarnishing silver. This brand is totally not worth the hype.

    The WORST customer service.. especially during this holiday season. I recently went in to pick-up a previously purchased order (1day later) and was greeted with a ribbon across the door - understandably so, during the busy season. Unfortunately, I stood at the ribbon actively making myself look interested in going in.. I watched 7 staff walk around with 1 customer in the store for easily 10minutes before I was acknowledged.. in that interaction I expressed that I was waiting to which the lady said ‘we’re all busy, isn’t the ribbon self explanatory’ EXCUSE ME.. I said ‘did you really just say that to the paying customer? Perhaps an inside thought’… UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I gathered my order and walked out after I was given my items wrapped in tissue before asking for a bag/further packaging (also filled with undeserved rudeness) with no escort unlike other customers.. Happy Holidays, Pickering Pandora.. do better!

    I recentIy went here while traveling and had a great time. Everything was easily accessible. Nerissa was a true treasure! She greeted me warmIy and answered all of my inquiries patiently and enthusiastically while I perused the store. She helped me select the ideal jewelry for myself and my family by making good recommendations based on my interests. My day was truly made by her great customer service, and I appreciate everything she did.

    December 10th 2:30 pm - All the staff I encountered were very helpful, very congenial and patient over the phone and when I was in the store. The process of itemizing each one of my four items' product numbers, writing them on a form seems tedious, tiring, time consuming for the associates and also prone to errors. It must be really difficult for all the exhausted and overwhelmed sales staff to be 100% friendly and patient throughout their shift.     Was just at a store today around 2 pm, as soon as I said exchange of an item the tall blonde lady dismissed me immediately and I was told to go to the store where it was originally purchased It was a gift for f**! sake! I had a gift receipt!! I told her it says on receipt exchange can be made at any Pandora store and was informed that due to COVID they have not updated that. Bulls**t even pandora website was updated about covid Poor customer service she should be trained properly how to do her job!!! She doesn’t even deserve one star. Will be definitely emailing head office about this!

    Went in here a few weeks ago and talk about poor customer service. Two people waiting on two customers, one person ahead of us. We wait at least twenty minutes, another woman walks in the store, employee acts like she cannot remember who was already present. Quickly correct her, we were there to get our Pandora bracelets cleaned and they said “Oh we don’t do that here, you have to go to Scarborough Town Center and call before you go to make an appointment.” I asked how hard would it be to put up a sign that says that in the store so people would not waste their time. They gave me the bewildered look. Was in the mall this week, still no sign, so beware if that is what you are going there for, do not waste your time.

    Visited the store a couple weeks ago to do an exchange, Alexia was able to stay patient with me through my complicated exchange process and provide me the ring I wanted at the right size! Very exceptional customer service especially considering it was the last few minutes of the day before closing!

    This was one of the most uncomfortable experience I have ever had at pandora. The store manager Tania is the most unprofessional manager I have ever seen. However the sales associate I had Muskaan was great she apologized multiple times for the behaviour of the store manager who would constantly interrupt her while speaking and constantly belittled her. This is not my first encounter with the store manager and I have been witness to many times when she speaks down to her staff. The PTC location is the most convenient for me however I will not tolerate the manager speaking down to not only her staff but customers as well. The store manager also questioned my purchases that I was purchasing with my money for my family - typically the input and opinions of the store manager is to promote and encourage sales and the staff but I was appalled to see how negatively she was behaving. I did leave happy with what I purchased because of the sales associate I had. You can clearly see how miserable the staff is because of this poor management. On days when I have come when she is not present and the other managers are on duty (there are a couple of them) are much more pleasant and helpful. I strongly advise looking into this, customers do notice!

    This is the worst experience I've ever had. The manager is rude and very condescending. I will never ever be shopping with you again. I will take you to social media. Even your customer service representative is disgusting, no one knows what they are doing and rules I guess don't apply to this company

    3/5 because I was able to get what I wanted done (a return and purchase of something else). 2/5 stars are missing because of the way they handle their items. Items are brought from the store itself to a smaller “checkout area” to finish the transactional process. The jewelry is transported from the store to this checkout area via a small plastic container. Employees needed the container, thus an employee abruptly emptied out the jewelry out of it’s container and hit the glass table pretty hard.

    DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR A MANAGER. I have shopped for multiple items from Pandora @ Pickering Town Centre, one item was a gift,since I wasn't sure of the person ring size, I was assured by the sales person,once unused the ring can definitely be exchange. Today Feb 27th 2021, I went to have the ring size changed and the manager stopped me at the door, looked at the ring and told me she can't exchange it because it looks yellow and scratched and she refused to look at it under better lighting inside the store. Although, this ring has NEVER been used not even once. This is a disgrace to have such a manager representing a store.

    Is this store still run by the LEE Family? This is THEE worst Pandora I've ever been too. I went in the other day and not one person acknowledged me. Three of them speaking in a huddle in the middle of the floor. It's very sad that a family worked hard and a bunch of people are running it to the ground.

    I went there to exchange the charm from my online order as it came damaged. They exchanged it without even asking any questions and didn’t even see the invoice that I already had to show them. I would definitely go there for my next in store shopping. I went there after worst experience at Oshawa location who refused to exchange the charm right away.

    I had a tiara ring gifted to me, purchased at Pandora Pickering Town Centre with no proof of purchase in Pandora's system (usually you are asked to leave your email address for an electronic receipt and for warranty purposes). I still cannot understand how this was not inputted electronically. Months later, one gem stone fell off the ring and I called the supervisor named Shelby who was reluctant to exchange the ring due to no receipt. After having to pull teeth with her and threaten to call head office, she agreed to do a straight exchange. Which I was grateful for. As I walked out of the store she was bickering regarding my situation with one of her colleagues which I found to be extremely unprofessional for a manager to engage in, this left me feeling very uneasy and I assured myself that I personally would never shop at this location. Moving forward 2 months after the exchange 5 gemstones fell out. I called Shelby again and she remembered me and the time frame this ring had. She advised me that there is nothing else she can do because she had already gone "above and beyond" and "against Pandora's policy and procedures" for the first exchange and that the ring is now past the one year warranty basing the defect off of the first ring. I had asked Shelby what she suggests I do next only to be suggested the following: "To take the ring to any jeweller to have the diamonds glued on or saudered". She should know better. This would completely alter the ring and its warranty with Pandora. I then proceeded to call Regional head office who were extremely professional, apologized on behalf of the manager and assisted in such a fabulous way that I will now be shipping my ring directly to them. I will also have this ring accounted for in their system! The smirkiness and unprofessional attitude demonstrated by Shelby really did put a damper on this particular store, but regional flipped that around and made it happen! Can I suggest some additional customer service training as well as product knowledge training? As I was never aware that Pandora sold diamonds.

    Loved the Customer Service ...Christina was more then sweet..she was very welcoming and patient as I had to buy three bracelets. Wish they start the cleaning services for my old PANDORA jewelry soon. Will visit again for sure.

    I'm writing a review today because I herd this location is awful to their customer and also scammers. Charging them more than what their supposed to customer service doesn't care about their customers either might want to re-hire new people and train them better . So for this I won't be shopping at their location

    I am honestly disappointed and disgusted by the customer service l've received from this Pandora in Pickering town center. In my entire 40 years of life, this is the worst customer experience l've had. What a waste of my hard earned money and time. The store manager Tania has got to be the worst lying piece of work l've come across. l've contacted every customer service number this company has. EVERY LAST ONE!! Apparently Pandora are franchise stores and make their own rules. How the hell is a customer suppose to know this? To tell me you make your own rules! What! The most ridiculous answer to come up with. My ENTIRE FAMILY and FRIENDS will no longer shop at Pandora. Thiefing STORE MANAGER. Worse customer service. I hope people read this and choose to shop at another company. Still waiting for the store owner to give me a call or text. DISTRICT MANAGER Candice that you see on every review has no clue what she's doing. Do not call her. Her answer to me in an email is that their customer service gives out false information. What a joke! Pay more attention to your customers Store Owners. Train them better. Focus on customer service. Do better Pandora!

    From the moment I walked into the store until leaving I had the best experience! The girls, and I'm sorry I didn't get their names, were so accommodating and pleasant. They did not hurry me through my order and had the patience of an angel(s). It was really nice to get out and enjoy my time. Too many sales associates these days are pushy and just can't be bothered. Going to Pandora was the complete opposite! I'm sure you will also agree and will experience the same encounter as I did today.

    It’s always a hit or miss service in this location. There are good days when the associates are courteous and helpful, while there are days that they either take too long to get to you or they make you feel rushed and want you out of the store. I was looking around for gifts but one of the associates was quick to say “just go to our website” in a tone of trying to get me out of the store in a haste.

    This Pandora does not answer there phones. UPDATE: I called right after they commented on my review and they still didn’t answer. I have found the perfect ring for my girlfriend but nowhere has it in size (other locations have suggested I call because the online store keeps canceling orders and the online inventory is often wrong.) I have politely called several times and left messages but still no response and it has been over 2 weeks.

    Bought earrings today at this location, spent 80 bucks and I couldn’t even get one Measly cleaning cloth unless I spent another $6.00 like wow just wow. Do better pandora. Not impressed.

    Where do I start? This is the second time in five months (well with one year of purchase) that I had to return to this store. The issue is that the stone by the clasp is not secure, which may be a design flaw in the bracelet. I'm not sure what's worst, the fact that my partner cannot enjoy her bracelet for my than two months at a time, or the deplorable customer service I was subjected to. I will say that the first sales rep was very understanding and knowable re: exchanges. However, the second sales rep (the one with the hijab on) is quite the opposite. I'm astonished as how a person without knowledge of the company's policies and/or procedures is allow to misrepresent Pandora. In light of the previous reviews, I will consider this location a poor representation of Pandora, as my experiences at the Bramalea, Sherway, and Vaughan locations were pleasant.

    Worst customer service experience. I went in to return/exchange a charm bracelet for something else. Because it was a gift, I could only exchange or get store credit. A rep named Maryam assisted me and was very pushy and rude. She made me feel like I was a little girl and she was trying to tell me what to do. She wrote on the return receipt without telling me, and when I asked if I could get store credit and come back to decide what I want to get, she tells me that I can only come back to the Pandora in pickering because she wrote on the receipt. When I told her, she could have communicated that to me, she says oh it works both ways. I told her I wanted another bracelet and charm. Then she started pushing me to spend my credits on security band and locks for the charm bracelet. She could have been nicer and friendlier.

    I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, but shopping here makes me not even want to buy anymore. I was there for a return ($300 gold bracelet) I was well within my rights; had my receipt and the item was in perfect condition. I came on the 30TH day and the workers told me they couldn’t do anything for me; I was stuck with this bracelet I didn’t even like. I couldn’t do an exchange or anything. It was very unprofessional the way they dealt with my situation. I felt like I was being attacked by the store manager for coming on the 30TH day to do my return. I was just want customers to know that this location told me I had to come on the 29th day for a full refund, which is ridiculous because the receipt says within 30 days (just a heads up) . I was definitely not impressed; TERRIBLE customer service. They had no interest in helping me. This location is THE worst and the online customer service wasn’t good either. I hope they start treating customers with respect or should be shut down.

    Came in looking for a gift for a loved one, and was very pleased with the customer service and the assistance I received from Nerissa. She was very patient. I did not know exactly what I was looking for and helped the whole time, suggested several great products, and even helped cater to my budget. I was very satisfied with my gift and will definitely be coming back whenever I need a gift.

    Chelsea who says she’s the manger at Pickering location doesn’t know anything about working for Pandora & their policy’s. WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I would love to speak to higher management but Chelsea wouldn’t provide me with a direct contact.Chelsea wasted my time today because what I needed could’ve been done at that location but because she doesn’t know her job position or policy’s at her work place I couldn’t get any further help. Chelsea’s attitude was horrible and uncalled for.
