Horrible place. Rude staff. Went in with my son at 3:30, they close at 7, and were no longer taking patients. 2 people in the waiting room. The only doctor on staff was also doing family practice. Then don't call yourself an urgent care walk-in. Some people don't have a family doctor and need urgent care.

The wait sucked. I expect that. They were SUPER busy. My son had some respiratory issues that required a puffer. We were a bit confused about dosages so I visited the pharmacist to ask questions. She answered my questions on the spot and called me an hour later to let me know she confirmed everything with the doctor and I was good to go. 3 hours later at 8pm, the doctor called to check in as well. That was a pleasant surprise to get that level of service.

This was my go-to clinic up until a couple of years ago. Everything was fine before. However, for the last year or so, something has changed. It is absolutely the worst customer care facility. Not sure why they still call it a “walk in”, when they NEVER accept walk in patients. I have tried at least 10 times on different occasions/times. The staff has zero manners. And, of course, they NEVER answer their phone. Do not waste your time going here. Trust me, I never leave negative reviews. However, this particular facility compelled me to do so.

While the clinic is by no means "large," they're very efficient in how they operate. Add the fact that the doctor who attended to me was quite professional and knowledgeable; and it's easy to see why so many people go there. I usually try to go without any prescriptions, unless absolutely necessary. This turned out to be one of the necessary moments; and it was exactly what I needed.

On Monday evening I had a virtual appointment with a doctor from this clinic who went absolutely above and beyond for us. After frantically explaining how ill my 4 year old son was and saying that I thought he had an ear infection with a mound of other symptoms she asked if there was a walk-in around us that could examine his ear before prescribing medication without knowing. I told her that none of the clinics would even touch him as he also had flu symptoms (but tested negative for covid) she instantly asked for him to come in to her clinic even though she was already running a virtual clinic of her own just so that she could ensure our baby boy was being treated properly. I absolutely hail this doctor for going above and beyond in a world where your just thrown medication in hope that it fixes the potential issue especially dealing with our child. She was so thorough and so kind for taking him on-on top of her already over filled plate. I do not know her name but if someone at the clinic could let me know so I can add it to my review. She definitely deserves the recognition. I believe she’s Trinidadian and my sons name is Anand.

For starters, I went in for a heart concern on November 28. The receptionist was extremely friendly and kind, the nicest I've met in a long time! I feel for her as she was handeling walk in patients , a phone constantly ringing and complaints from guests but she handled it with a calm collected manner. I would warn to go in early as they only have room for a certain amount of patients a day, which is completely understandable for the amazing service they provide. The doctor actually showed care for my concerns, went through all my symptoms and got a detailed medical history. He tooks things seriously and was an amazing help! I did not feel rushed out and my concerns were listened to. I have tried other walk ins in the area and all have been extremely dissapointing and unwilling to help, blaming issues on anxiety without investigating or asking further questions. If I could give this walk in more stars I would! Extremely pleased.

The staff and doctor were so lovely and helpful. Took my toddler in to check his ear and he was very being difficult, but the doctor was so patient and kind. I’m very glad I visited this urgent care clinic. Highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible! My toddler was not properly looked at after waiting for an hour and a half. My toddler not feeling well and cranky threw a massive tantrum. Which yes was absolutely terrible. They rushed us through to get the crying screaming child out of there! Once in the room my toddler continued to have her tantrum. While explaining to the doctor why we were there. The doctor didn’t even exam my child. Never laid one hand on her. As a nurse and the complaints as to why I brought her in, I expected at least and exam. Nope nothing asked me symptoms decided it could be this because she hasn’t had a uti prior probably yeast. I asked for urine test which wasn’t done in house which was fine. But I asked then for a prescription for the “yeast” told me I could get it over the counter. I truly am annoyed and outraged at no exam and yes my child is still crying. Trying to speak over her. Not even a hand laid on my child to make sure he was telling me to use on my child but didn’t even look at her. It’s an absolute joke. I am absolutely disgusted with the treatment. And shocked at this so called walk in clinic

Walked in at 3pm they state they open at 2pm was told they aren’t accepting anymore patients as the line was wrapped out the door(there was no line and only 2 people in the waiting room) absolutely useless place don’t go here go else where avoid this place like Covid

I visited this clinic and was greeted by the friendly front desk staff, who were very attentive and speedy service. The doctor personally spent the time to address all of my concerns and had a wealth of knowledge and insight as to the reason for my visit. I have already recommended all my friends and family. Thank you for making my experience so seamless and comfortable!

I was desperate to find somewhere that would allow me to be seen in person and I found so much more than that. The woman at reception was so pleasant and kind, and the doctor I saw was thorough and efficient. She answered all my questions and was young so I felt comfortable and at ease. I felt safe and they were definitely following all of the Covid protocols. Thank you! My visit was a pleasant one :)

The receptionist was very nice and professional. The doctor was delayed but she made sure to check on me and give me updates. The doctors were caring, both the one I saw at the clinic and the one who called me with the results. She made sure, 1) we could talk over the phone 2) that I understand the diagnostic 3) that I understood next steps 4) what to in case things changed. I would definitely recommend the clinic. Thanks

Is this doctors office still operational? I have been calling for over a week and there is never anyone to pick up. Also, online site vs Google vs front desk number all day different operating hours. This is my family doctor and it’s literally impossible to call to book an apt. What is happening?

They don't answer their phone, don't take messages. If you go during open hours they aren't open sometimes and if they are, they won't make eye contact. And when they take the time to look at you, they are unpleasant. I got called in to discuss my results to a test and they couldn't figure out why when I got there. Just awful.

Wanted us to pay $100 to see a doctor even though we had a valid BC health card. I've never experienced this in my life. My wife was visibly sick with a infection and after seeing her BC card told us a lie that her card expired even though she JUST got it. She left n broke down crying in the car and when I went back in to ask, they said something else and told us to pay 100, take the recipt back to BC and get a refund from the government. That's YOUR job. It's obvious the doctor is lazy to do the paperwork. So disappointed. Just be honest instead of lieing about it. Beware they don't try to scam you too. I'm never coming back

Only visited a few times over the years, but the staff is always courteous. I didn't have to wait very long. The doctor was very insightful and gave good advice.

Entered at 3:47 on Tuesday when they are open until 7, the latest time of the 3 days they are open, only to be greeted by a sign that they were not taking any more patients for the day. There were only 3 people in the waiting room. How on earth is any employed person expected to see anyone here?

I took my child to the walk-in and we were seen by Dr Keshavjee, he took the time to answer our questions and address our concerns. We appreciate the compassion and understanding we were shown by Dr Keshavjee and his staff at the clinic.

Last time there had to wait quite a bit for the doctor to come into the room, then I don't feel like he really listened to what I was telling him as he gave me a prescription for something not even close to what I was asling for. Don't waste your time, go somewhere else

Dr Tirmizi is an amazing Dr. Very reasonable wait time, Very friendly staff. Be kind to your health care workers. They are doing the best they can with what they are given and mandated to do. Take it out on the government not the Heath care workers.

My family doctor recently moved here from another clinic. This place is fine WHEN THEY ANSWER THE PHONE, but unfortunately it's really difficult to make contact with the staff at this clinic, and speaking to someone on the phone seems to be the only way to make an appointment. Most times, it just rings and rings when trying to get through to reception, then eventually a "please call back later" message. Lately, I often get a "the office is now closed" message even during operating hours, and there's no option to even *try* to reach reception. Edit: At this point I'm going to say it's basically impossible to contact this clinic by telephone. I've been trying for two full months to make an appointment with my doctor to follow up on some tests he ordered. TWO. ENTIRE. MONTHS.

Amazing clinic! If I could rate higher I would. The people that work there are some awesome individuals. I accidentally cut my finger at work and couldn’t decide if stitches were needed or not. I got to the clinic pretty much as they were closing and the lady saw me and took me in (most clinics would of told me to go to the hospital if it was an emergency) but they allowed me in and the doctor said he would just do a quick evaluation on my finger. After seeing me he decided to do the stitches! The manager of the clinic (wish I got her name!) came in the room to help distract me while he did his magic. The doctor was amazing and I am so grateful for all who worked with me and took me in on such short notice! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I showed up at opening 0900am ( important) Minimal wait time, had my diagnosis and script all done by 10am. So good!

Had a great experience here when I got my stitches taken off so would definitely go here again if anything.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The doctor I saw was very professional and knowledgeable. Got back to me with results in a timely manner, which I appreciated and is unusual at other clinics. Would definitely recommend this place.

Called in am to talk with Dr. got call back a couple of hours later. Was prescribed meds that were faxed to drug store and ready for pickup an hour after getting off the phone. Great people and great Drs.

Anna the secretary was amazing, I was able to see Dr. Abdallah she was so attentive to my situation great service & great Dr😊feel alot better the next day 😊

Very appreciative, Doctor Abdallah has done more for me in 3-4 visits than other family doctor's I've had in the last 15 years.. I've been signed up with a diabetes center, a nutritionist, physiotherapist and back with a sleep clinic... And yes it's been a busy year.. Wish she was a family physician as my one retired but outside of that she and the clinic has been great during this pandemic. Beyond Amazed...

When you call them, the automated msg says they're open Mon-Sat but online it says they're closed all those days...as well the operating hours aren't the same as online but it was updated 4 days ago. I called again to hit the number to speak to the receptionist and double check but the automated msg changed and didn't give me the option to do so. Can someone please clear this up? I'm supposed to go in at 2 on Monday but wanna make sure they'll be open ..

Don’t take walks in even when the waiting room is empty. Terrible front desk staff. The paciente is an inconvenience for them.

I seen a very nice Dr, the front desk and nurses were patient and nice, the wait was an hr or alittle more, but the wait was worth it with a understanding Dr. TY
