This clinic is my go to for massages and basically any care I need! I see Sheryl on a regular and I have to say how amazing she is at what she does. Sheryl is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and exceptional at giving massages. I love that she knows to give the right pressure when massaging, where to give extra attention to help correct my problem areas and educates me on stretches, exercises and self-care. Sheryl is simply wonderful and knows and does her job extremely well. I always leaving feeling like I received the best massage ever. Overall the clinic is great and the staff at the clinic are great, friendly and welcoming!! I actually recommend this clinic to family and friends!

Sheryl is a fantastic massage therapist. She is highly skilled, and it shows through her work. She gets booked fast but it is worth the wait.

I am a healthcare worker and at the time I had a lower back injury and both rotator cuffs causing extreme pain. Rochelle performed touch manipulation at every appointment where some physios would only do the Tens machine and battery operated massage. She is amazing with her hands and very knowledgeable of the muscles and tissues. Thank you Rochelle for all that you do!

My colleague referred me to this clinic when I hurt my ankle. From the moment I stepped inside I felt the warmth welcoming atmosphere. Rhonda was the physiotherapist I had and she is excellent. Super kind and knowledgable. Definitely a thumbs up for this clinic! You won’t regret trying them out.

Dr Steve Cho has helped me so much with my back pain I was having from a bulged disk in my lower back. He doesn’t just help give relief but gives you the steps you need to take care of yourself and make you pain free long term. :)

The employees at the Medrehab group are excellent. Their compassion and attention to details goes way beyond anyones expectations. They were excellent in rehabbing my knee replacement. I will definitely be going back if need be.

Pretty decent place. Friendly staff in most cases. Massages, Accupunture is quality service. They have direct billing which is really helpful for me. I have noticed a difference having these assorted treatments over the last approximately six months in my body, it does help overall. Some days i just wanna go home and relax after work but getting treatments done overall is beneficial! Okay so after receiving a hot stone massage for 90 minutes. I only received an hour and ten minute massage. Which they only told me after i paid for it. After it was paid for. Not before. Otherwise I would have told them no way, not a chance. The hot stone massage itself was only mediocre. I can accomplish this mostly by having a hot bath at home. Mostly I am changing my review/rating as I asked over three weeks ago to be contacted by the manager who was on holidays. I have spoken with over three staff requesting this. Each time promising me and my wife that a manager would contact me. I wanted to give them a chance to redeem themselves before posting this on Google. That time is over. Their services are only just mediocre, as well they recently in Jsnuary raised their prices to where my coverage that used to be enough isn't anymore. So each visit I have to pay more. To receive mediocre services despite the friendliness of the front desk staff with somewhat successful physiotherpist, chiropractor, massage therapists as well as acupuncturist with increased prices with manager that doesn't follow up on a timely manner. I do not recommend going to this business for its services. I am quite dissaponted. I will not be returning.

This place was the beginning of the end of 2 years of chronic back pain. Rhoda is very gentle and skilled with working with the body. I still do stretches and core exercises on the regular to maintain the work we did but I think that's expected since some environmental factors I couldn't completely get rid of. I get better every week!

This clinic is great for massage therapy. The front staff are very friendly and are very knowledgeable about insurance billing. Cheryl is the best massage therapist I have ever had !

Everyone here is amazing and super helpful from front desk to RMT. The day of the crazy snow storm I woke up with sharp pain. I called about 25 places and this place was the one that went above and beyond. My amazing RMT Sharon stayed late just so she can help me. Thank you ladies ☺️

Lorie and Ivy at the reception are the best!! So friendly and always greet you by your name and with a smile! Rochelle is my Physiotherapist and I've been to at least six other locations and none can compare!! She is so attentive, works with you the entire duration of your appointment. I had a wonderful first time experience getting a massage today from Janice Chan. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and made me feel comfortable during the entire time. I left feeling relaxed and zen - the perfect combo for self care and that post massage feeling. The reception staff are amazing, super friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend this place!

I am very happy with my experience at MedRehab Group. Rhoda as physiotherapist is the best. She’s friendly and polite. I can attest to her professionalism because when I first visited MedRehab I was in extreme pain, only took 6 weeks under her care now I'm back to normal. And i took weekly massage too with Janice (sorry if i didn't spell it right). She's the best!!! I definitely recommend this place!!! Very friendly staff in MedRehab!!!

I’ve had an amazing experience at this location, Rochelle the physiotherapist helped me 100% with my recovery after being injured at work. They gave me a dirty gown during the treatment. The ladies at the front desk were not polite and they were not at all focused. Private papers are left on the counter. In front of me they told the insurance company that I was there for other procedures than physiotherapy. The treatment was ok. The physiotherapist was knowledgeable and I hope she will help me to get better. This location is not clean.
