I originally came to see Dr. Chris for a chronic lower back issue. After a thorough diagnosis he suggested spinal decompression and patience. Sure enough given time my back problems are virtually gone. I see him monthly now for a 'tune-up' and find the staff and clinic welcoming and comfortable. His knowledge of the human body is incredible, and his calm and friendly manner makes the visits something I look forward to. He has many different specialists in the clinic and I worked with Crystal, one of the physiotherapists, on a vestibular (balance) issue with great results. I have recommended this clinic to friends with no reservations.

Chiro Shawn's hands-on approach and excellent acupuncture skills have significantly improved my experience. I came to Apex to have physio on a broken ankle, fractured elbow and other ankle and although I delayed starting physio Sean was amazing at doing the initial assessment and getting me started with exercises. He is very attentive and knowledgeable. Any questions that I had he has answered in a way that I can understand. I am progressing very well and I attribute this to Sean’s plan for my recovery. I have been a patient of Apex for a while. I love this clinics atmosphere and the staff are all great but this was my first time visiting for massage. I have been searching for a new massage therapist for some time now. I hadn’t really found the right fit until I saw Lydia. I had an hour deep tissue massage with her and it was by far my best massage ever. She has a really great technique and she’s very firm. She goes over your expectations at the beginning so you can really explain what you’d like to get out of your massage. On top of her skill and knowledge she was very friendly and really made the overall experience a great one for me. If you’re looking for a chiropractic clinic I highly recommend Apex. The staff are all super friendly and knowledgeable and the clinic itself is bright and clean and offers plenty of services.

I've been seeing Dr. Chris for a few years now. He is very knowledgeable, caring and absolutely the best bedside manner. Today he carved out time, outside of booking hours to see my son who had a sports-related foot injury. Dr. Chris took his time, examined the injury, made my son feel very comfortable and recommended the state of the art treatment available to him for speedy recovery - Class IV laser!! After this visit, my son felt so much more positive and confident about his recovery process. He said 'I will tell all my teammates about Dr. Chris'! Apex Physiotherapy and Chiropractic is a great place for physical therapy. The receptionists are incredibly polite and very helpful, booking future appointments was a very smooth experience. Coming in for an ankle sprain, the physical therapist Shirin in particular is very knowledgeable in the different areas of the human body and was able to identify problems quickly while also offering efficient solutions. Sessions with him are enjoyable and informative. I will definitely recommend this place to friends and family should they have any physical ailments.

I started visiting Dr.Drayton back in May for chronic back pain and he has helped me to drastically reduce the pain. I always look forward to my appointments and I will definitely continue going. I had been dealing with chronic neck and back pain for about a month. After one appointment with Dr. Allen, my pain decreased by 80%. I have never felt so much relief after being in pain for so long. Dr. Allen has such a gentle and calm presence and a very positive attitude. Through biweekly visits I am now pain-free. I see him now only for maintenance as I have a desk job and find I need an adjustment and acupuncture to relieve minor tension. Apex has direct billing to insurance which is very convenient as well.

Dr tenant gave me a very thorough initial exam and was able to start treatment right away. I knew I was in the hands of a professional yet he is very warm and friendly. I'm planning to continue my chiropractic treatment of my lower back and have some physiotherapy on my legs.

GREAT 1st session today with Dr. Cameron Trachell. I had my hip flexors and quad muscles worked on due to tight muscles from the gym and increased sedentary behaviour. He was very professional and well educated during our session. He first completed an assessment asking me questions then assessing my moments. He did acupuncture, body work and reviewed rehab exercises with me to work on. He worked in a timely manner and was well organized. I booked another session. I am hopefully of healing! I would highly recommend him if you are looking for body work, muscle tension, pain relief etc.

I had a dull ache in my lower back for weeks and couldn't get a hold of my normal chiropractor. I decided to go to Apex on the recommendation of my wife and I'm happy I did. Dr. Cam was incredibly personable and did a thorough job on my assessment. He made a few adjustments and did some work on the problem area and I felt immediate relief. A day after, the dull ache is pretty much gone. I think I'll be coming here from now on for my paramedical needs.

The Apex clinic is impressive, very clean. The office staff are friendly and very helpful . I met with Dr Tranchell regarding hip pain I was experiencing. He is extremely knowledgeable and took time to full understand my issues and come up with a treatment plan that would work for me. I would highly recommend this clinic.

The receptionists are very friendly and the clinic is clean and runs on schedule. I had several physiotherapy sessions and was treated mainly with shock therapy. I found that these sessions didn't help much in my recovery. After some google searches I found stretches and strengthening exercises that I've been doing on my own to be more helpful.

Truly an amazing facility!!! I have been seeing Corey for my knee and she has been nothing but wonderful. Maggie is super amazing and always accommodating. I wish I could remember other employees names as each and every one of them are outstanding and I would absolutely recommend this facility for any physiotherapy needed.
