Amazing customer service. They not only fitted me with 2 pairs of glasses I love, but fixed a cheap pair i got online free of cost. The lady who helped me was so kind, and down to earth. Highly reccomend!

I went here for an eye check-up and the secretary/optometrist had to do the eye puffer machine about fifteen times and kept complaining along the way that my “eyes were too small”. Made me extremely uncomfortable. Did not expect to be racially profiled today.

The ladies at Pearle Vision are phenomenal. I have been going to the same location at PTC since I was in elementary school. They are kind, friendly and attentive. They help a lot when it comes to choosing the perfect pair of glasses, they tell it how it is. I love going to Pearle Vision for my glasses.

I had an excellent experience at the Pickering Pearle Vision location. Lynn, the store manager, was very helpful selecting frames that suited me perfectly. Although I tried on several frames, I ended up choosing the first ones she selected. Lynn also helped me pick out a pair of sunglasses, suitable for my prescription. I couldn’t be happier!

We visited this location today and I’m very pleased with their service. We didn’t wait at all and the optometrist was very knowledgeable . Hooman helped us with picking the right glasses. He was very friendly and had extensive knowledge of eyewear. I would recommend this location and specially Hooman to all my friends and family members.

Beverly at the Pickering Town Centre was a joy to work with.. Personable..professional and most importanly seem to genuinely care about the outcome of my experience. I went to my eye doctor for an examination and was given a prescription but the cost of glasses there was really high. I went to Pearl Vision and was delighted to find I could get two pairs for the same price as the eye doctors. So I filled my bi-focal prescription at Pearle Vision but shortly after taking them home found that I had blurry distances from the about 2 to 4 ft range which became very frustrating. I couldn't see clearly while doing tasks unless I held them close to my face. I returned to the store after about a month of trying to get used to them which was fruitless. Beverly worked with me to explain the issue which was the focal point the eye doctor had recommended and even though it was not PV's doing, she offered to send the glasses back to the factory to have them adjusted. And when i got them back I couldn't be happier .. what a great experience.. Thank you Beverly.. and thank you Pearl Vision.. SS

Purchased two pairs of prescription eye glasses went extremely smoothly especially when it’s my first time purchasing prescription glasses. Customer service is excellent and very professional. I would definitely recommend pestle vision for your next prescription glasses.

The staff at Peal Vision was very friendly and extremely helpful. Having to make an appointment to go into the store was a nice thing because it helps with social distancing.
