My massage therapist was Josie who was great and all the staff I met were extremely kind, warm and friendly. The centre is a in a new building so everything feels very clean and new. My only feedback to the clinic and management would be to elevate the massage experience in the rooms through dimmer lighting, maybe some calming music and a warmer temperature. I found the lighting way too bright for a massage, the lack of any spa like music didn't help and I was pretty cold the whole time! There was a heating pad on me but not enough to warm me up and the sheets were really thin. The whole experience just felt really bland. I am someone who gets frequent massages and other centers I've been to all keep the lighting dim, there's calming music and its warm and cozy. I hope management can take my feedback and improve those small amenities of the centre. Otherwise, the place itself is great and again Josie was also really great (no complaints there!). I just wanted to feel more relaxed and have a spa feel as opposed to such a clinical feel.

The staff at the Seaton physio clinic are so caring and my experience has been nothing short of great. From the moment I walked in they took care of me. The front desk was welcoming, the staff are very knowledgeable and professional. Have had issues with my back for some time now and I have finally found the perfect team to help me on my road to recovery. I would highly recommend this clinic !!!!

I’m from Mississauga so this clinic is quite a drive for me but well worth it. I’ve had about 5 sessions now and can feel a difference already. I love that they offer exercises that I can do from home until I can make another appointment. Staff is so amazing and friendly they don’t hesitate to answer any questions you have. This clinic is spacious, clean, and you can easily maintain social distancing. For people looking for a physio clinic, I would definitely suggest Seaton!

Would definitely recommend Seaton Physio. I had a stiff neck and I was able to book an appointment right away. As I arrived to the clinic I was greeted by the lovely receptionist and entered a clean, bright and comfortable space. After seeing the therapist I was very happy with the results of the appointment. I could tell the therapist is very knowledge and confident with the work he does. After doing various stretching and exercises, I was able to resolve the pain in the next a couple days after the appointment. Thanks to the Seaton Physio team I am able to resume back to work without the terrible neck pain I was getting.

I had a great experience at Seaton Physio! It was my first massage ever, and every aspect of my visit was great from the friendly reception, clean facility as well as the massage therapist who took their time to ensure I had a comfortable experience, and definitely helped relieve a lot of tension in my muscles! They were also able to process my payment through my insurance without any fuss, so that’s another win! :)

She is extremely devoted to her clients, loves her craft, and shows it through her meticulous work on my two decades of computer work muscles. Beyond that, she is so welcoming and such a positive human being. I'm reluctant to post this review because I want to keep Josie to myself as she is already difficult to book. The clinic itself is clean, modern and located on the 2nd floor of a newly built plaza in the Seaton area (mid/west) Pickering. Plenty of parking and ample choices for food before or after your service.

My experience with Pam at Seaton Physio has been nothing short of remarkable. She takes her time to understand your needs and tailors her techniques accordingly. I have been looking for a good RMT, for years and finally found Jasmine here at Seaton. She is not good but the best! She’s able to target my deep tight muscles that I had been having problems with. I am her regular patient going forward right after my first visit. She’s well deserved of this review❤️

Terrible clinic; they ask you 100 questions. By the time you go in for your massage, 10 minutes have gone by. They have hired staff that are very disrespectful; younger entitled Gen Z who don’t know how to respect the client. If I had talked to a client the way I had, I would have been fired. Don’t go here. I had to go back to my old place; they changed ownership but never a complaint. Even when I went back they didn’t waste my time. Look up my name and fire the minion who spoke to me in the most unprofessional way! I will be witting a report with the The College of Massage Therapists of Ontario's (CMTO's)

Wow! I can’t put into words how amazing this place is. I’ve been to so many different rehab facilities and they do not compare to this place. The staff here are phenomenal, they are friendly, and very knowledgeable. They all come with tons of experience and are so diverse. I wish I knew about this place before. I booked a last minute massage due to back pain and an upcoming 60 km canoe trip. Nitya was amazing! After my session with her I felt relaxed and ready to paddle! I already booked my next session with her upon my return. Everyone in the office was super friendly and welcoming.

I have been seeing Pam for10 years due to my back and shoulder problem. Today is the first day I came to this wellness center and I am very surprised when I walk into the clinic. It is so clean and nice.

I have been having very bad back pain and a friend of mine recommended this clinic. Best thing I ever did! Don’t get me wrong work in progress but 4 sessions in I feel almost 100 percent. Very clean environment, great staff, too bad they don’t have a location on the west end. A bit of a drive but definitely worth it!

Seaton Physio is definitely a hidden gem. The staff are all extremely friendly, supportive and knowledgeable at what they do. I have used their massage therapy services with Eric and if your looking for a real massage Seaton Physio is the place to go. I’ve also had physio done with Jonathan and my results and experience have been nothing but positive. Jonathan is professional and extremely knowledgeable and ensures you are well taken care of. Reception staff is organized and friendly. My physio treatment is still ongoing but so far - a very positive experience with Pam. She is very knowledgeable and actively listens to my concerns at each session. Facility is new and clean.

Eric Wu is amazing!!! He is very knowledgeable of each muscle in the body and knows how to treat them. I have been to a lot of massage therapist and he is the best one!! I highly recommend him. Book and appointment with him and you will not be disappointed!

I had an emergency and lost track of time of my appointment. This never happens to me. I’ve never missed an appointment or at least not called. I also never have a massage appointment so late in the afternoon on a Sunday. But I felt like I had no choice I really wanted the massage (cause I have a pinched nerve) that was delayed so many times but due to unforeseen circumstances couldn’t make it. They had the audacity to tell me that as a “warning” next time I’d be charged $25, after they were the ones who kept rescheduling my appointment NUMEROUS times in the first place. The appointment time wasn’t ideal, there weren’t many options each time they called, and never was I offered to see another RMT. The first time I had an appointment it got rescheduled, the second time I made an appointment it got rescheduled more times. Overall my appointments have been rescheduled 4 times and I’ve only been to this clinic once. It’s basically been two months since my last massage because I’ve been waiting on this place, as the location was ideal. I thought that was rather funny she would tell me about this policy as if I am some kind of repeat offender & considering my experience there thus far, I was very annoyed. I am not taking this type of disrespect when there’s lots of other clinics out there. I will not return.

They did good job with that. My husband, son and myself have also been using massage therapy at the clinic. My husband and son just love Eric for their massages (lol). Jasmine is very friendly and truly cares about her clients!!!! Overall we LOVE going their and highly recommend this place.

Yesterday, I went there for a massage of my shoulders; it was my first time at the clinic. Mr. Eric Wuu treated me and provided the required therapy, he is a knowledgeable and experienced professional, and I am happy and satisfied with the treatment provided. Moreover, the front desk customer service staff were very friendly and supportive as well, during treatment, you feel like you’re cared for.
