I
had
an
emergency
and
lost
track
of
time
of
my
appointment.
This
never
happens
to
me.
I’ve
never
missed
an
appointment
or
at
least
not
called.
I
also
never
have
a
massage
appointment
so
late
in
the
afternoon
on
a
Sunday.
But
I
felt
like
I
had
no
choice
I
really
wanted
the
massage
(cause
I
have
a
pinched
nerve)
that
was
delayed
so
many
times
but
due
to
unforeseen
circumstances
couldn’t
make
it.
They
had
the
audacity
to
tell
me
that
as
a
“warning”
next
time
I’d
be
charged
$25,
after
they
were
the
ones
who
kept
rescheduling
my
appointment
NUMEROUS
times
in
the
first
place.
The
appointment
time
wasn’t
ideal,
there
weren’t
many
options
each
time
they
called,
and
never
was
I
offered
to
see
another
RMT.
The
first
time
I
had
an
appointment
it
got
rescheduled,
the
second
time
I
made
an
appointment
it
got
rescheduled
more
times.
Overall
my
appointments
have
been
rescheduled
4
times
and
I’ve
only
been
to
this
clinic
once.
It’s
basically
been
two
months
since
my
last
massage
because
I’ve
been
waiting
on
this
place,
as
the
location
was
ideal.
I
thought
that
was
rather
funny
she
would
tell
me
about
this
policy
as
if
I
am
some
kind
of
repeat
offender
&
considering
my
experience
there
thus
far,
I
was
very
annoyed.
I
am
not
taking
this
type
of
disrespect
when
there’s
lots
of
other
clinics
out
there.
I
will
not
return.
