I’ve been going to Brock North Dental for almost 15 years now. Prior to Dr. Fernandes I used to dread going to the dentist. Not here. They treat you well and Dr. Fernandes is great at putting you at ease about whatever procedure needs to be done. Today was a great example of my experience with Brock North Dental and why I decided to write up this review. 2 days ago I started feeling a pain in my bottom back right molar. I called the office this morning explaining my issues and they made every effort to find time to see me later this afternoon. Dr. Fernandes assessed the situation, explained to me what was causing the pain, and within 30 min, fixed me right up and I was out the door in a lot less pain. They take care of the insurance claims for you as well so it’s always a smooth transaction. Thanks again Dr. Fernandes and the entire team at Brock North Dental for marking every visit a pleasant one!

By far the best dentist I have had. When I moved to Pickering I found Brock North Dental and have since had several family members also join. The staff are amazing and very friendly. Dr. Fernandes is amazing and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I moved to Oshawa but will continue to make the drive just to see him! Whether looking for a new dentist or looking for a change, I would highly recommend Brock North Dental.

Dr. Fernandes and his whole team are super caring, efficient and professional. All the filling and the root canal treatments I received from Dr. Fernandes were exceptional!!! I never had issues after the treatments. And the hygienists are super patient and gentle to clean my teeth during every visit. I highly recommend Brock North Dental to everyone!

I've been going to Brock North Dental for several years and have consistently found front-office / reception staff to be helpful, friendly, and efficient. Setting up appointments is easy and quick, billing is clear, and reminder calls are always done by a real person rather than a machine - much appreciated! The hygienists and dentists do excellent work as well, always willing to listen to your concerns and offer helpful treatments and advice.

Just had a root canal done last week, Dr. Fernandes was very gentle, he made sure my mouth was fully numbed before start. There's no pain during and after the procedure, just some weird sensation from the freezing. Thank you Brock North Dental.

Brock North Dental is absolutely amazing, the dental administrators are so kind and inviting, all the dental assistants and hygienists are absolutely wonderful, special shout out to Denise and Donna who always take such special care of my family and I. Dr. Fernandes is fantastic! His bedside manor is like no other, he looks after my entire family and recently took on my nervous 3 year old nephew who he made so comfortable and made his visits so smooth, seamless and stress free! The office itself is always clean and tidy, and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes after I arrive to be seen. The front desk staff are incredibly patient and kind, quick to answer the phone, and are able to answer any questions you might have. Dr. Fernandes and the dental staff are gentle, take the time to explain what's going on, and are great about making sure you're as comfortable as possible. I wish I could give 10 stars! I'm new to Ajax and saw Donna for my cleaning this morning. It was the most pleasant cleaning experience I ever had. period. She is very caring, and execute her craft professionally to ensure minimal discomfort. What a fantastic hygienist that I will hopefully be seeing for years to come. I also had a chance to meet briefly with Dr. Fernandes who seemed very experienced, kind and provide practical feedback. The front desk, Jamie is also very prompt and professional in scheduling and was able to slot me in for last minute appointment. Great dental practice. Highly recommended. 10/10.

I am not paid nor do i work for Brock Dental. Im "grateful" to have had switched Dentists last year. I now know i made the "wise" choice. I had a root canal done yesterday..i was a nervous wreck, bugging Jamie and Irene. Man o man, Dr. Fernandez is the best so far i realize now. Pain that night? None. It seemed simple and not a long ordeal. So happy and so thankful i found the perfect dentist and team. Now i look forward to better mouth care and building a "genuine" relationship with all the Brock Dental staff. Im so happy and now i will go to work and tell all my friends etc and so on. Phenomenal!! My front tooth filling broke off so i had half a tooth and needed it fixed urgently! I called the office first thing Friday, during March break and found that Dr Fernandes was booked solid. Even though he didn’t have the actual time, he generously made a time slot to see me. I went in and he was able to fix my filling to perfection and even touched up a divet on the tooth beside it. Dr Fernandes is talented, generous, super helpful and just an amazing dentist. I’ve been going to this office for years as a patient of Dr Pacione who is phenomenal, but when need be, Dr Fernandes has always graciously stepped in to help me. If you need or just want amazing, talented and dependable dentists with fantastic hygienists, and receptionists, you need to go to Brock North Dental!! Best dental office in all aspects!!

0/0 stars - THEY ARE THE WORST The worst dental. Irene is the rudest and most unprofessional secretary I have ever dealt with. Fernandez (the dentist) did not even care to reply to our teeth concerns. The worst place I have ever been to. Not worth your time or money - avoid at all costs. Unbelievable how gullible people are and think that this place is worth visiting. They are really the worst. Save your time and money and go to someone that will be decent enough to treat you respectfully.

I have been using the practice of Dr. Fernandez and his staff members since 1999. Throughout all years I have never had a negative visit. Everyone is always very well mannered and patience. Dr. Fernandez is my dentist and Donna my hygienist. Both have treated me with kindness, courteousness and respect every visit! Lots of smiles all over the office! I recommend Brock North Dental to everyone! My son, daughter-in-law and grandchild attend Brock North Dental due to my referral.

Always a pleasant experience visiting Brock North, always efficient, on time, clean environment and very friendly staff. Brock North Dental is great! I have a serious, long-standing fear of dentists and dentistry, but the wonderful Dr. Fernandez and his amazing team of hygienists and receptionists have always been able to put me at ease, even with lengthier, and less comfortable procedures. My whole family loves their compassionate, knowledgeable and trustworthy care.

I was way overcharged for the procedures I had done, and they weren’t even done properly. I went to a second dentist to get it fixed because my experience here was so bad.

I’ve never written a google review in my life but this place clearly deserves 5 stars ⭐️, so I had to! Upon my first visit here, I made Dr. Fernandes aware of my fear of needles and he was able to put my mind at ease. He was so patient and gentle that I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else! The staff that work at Brock North Dental are absolutely wonderful. My family and I are always greeted with big smiles from all the staff and given the best care at each and every visit. Dr. Fernandes is professional, courteous and really cares about your health and happiness. He always takes the time to educate you and explain the treatment needed while answering all of your questions and you never feel rushed. I can’t say enough great things about this office. Fabulous ! I have avoided the dentist for a very long time due to covid and hating the dentist. Saw Dr Fernandes. He did a root canal on me yesterday and saw me last week for a well over due cleaning. I feel great today, hardly any pain. Himself and his team were fabulous and made me feel comfortable and not afraid of the dentist! I will never go anywhere else and will highly recommend them to my friends and family!

Brock North Dental is a great place to go to when it's concerning your teeth. As for me I'm not a fan of the dentist but the ladies who work at the front or the back are very helpful, courteous, kind, have a great sense of humor and smiles which is a great help to me. I'm very pleased with the work that they have given me and always so understanding when it comes to my medical situation. I would recommend this dentistry to anyone in need of a reliable dentist who will get the job done.

Dr. Pacione has been my family dentist for well over twenty years, and he has my full confidence after working with him for so long. I have only gone to a different dental office when Brock North is closed, and only if I absolutely have to. His staff is very friendly, and Rob himself is very attentive to what concerns you bring to him, and will go through all the options in a very straightforward manner. He is very direct and no nonsense, but is also very easy to talk to. I plan on staying with His practice until he retires
