I thank God that we have great doctors like Dr Asgharali. A pleasant doctor who would NOT rush his patients. He listens very carefully and tries his best to resolve the medical issue or give you the right treatment. I've been suffering through mouth burning syndrome, and while I came across some horrible doctors/ staff too at other locations, however Dr Asgharali and his great, very efficient, very pleasant staff has always gone above and beyond taking care of their patients like myself. This clinic sure is making a huge difference in our lives and has certainly revived my faith that we do have good doctors/staff amongst us that truly care about the health and well being of their patients!!! God bless Dr Asgharali and their entire staff with a long healthy life. Can't thank them enough!!!!

I was originally scheduled for an appointment on Thursday, June 10th at 11:15am with Dr. Chan. On Monday, June 7th i received a call from the office asking if they can reschedule my appointment to Wednesday, June 9th at 2:30pm. I said this was not an issue and gladly took the new appointment time. I was still supposed to be seeing Dr. Chan as i was never told otherwise. On Wednesday, June 9th, at 2:27pm, as I was in the medical office building, literally in the elevator, going up to the correct floor for my appointment, i received a phone call from the receptionist telling me that my appointment was canceled because Dr Chan was not even in today. She then proceeded to tell me that the reason i was booked for a day that Dr Chan wasn’t in, was because when they rescheduled my appointment back on Monday, June 7th, they put me in the schedule for Dr. Asgarali. I said that’s fine and I don’t mind seeing Dr Asgarali, she then said i was unable to see Dr Asgarali because he was not aware of the issue that i was coming in for. I told her he could read my chart and that i would explain the issue i was having when i arrived in 30 seconds. She then said that i could not see Dr Asgarali because he had other patients in the office. Which is odd considering she said that I was in his schedule. How could he have other patients when I had a time slot booked in his schedule. Unfortunately, even though this was an error on their part, they made no accommodation to allow me to see the doctor that i was scheduled to see. Unfortunately, now i am having a major surgical procedure at the end of this week, and will be unable to reschedule my appointment for awhile as i am recovering.I had to leave work early for this appointment, and make accommodations with my employer to find coverage for me at work. This disrupted not only my day, but my workplaces day as well. The few reviews seem great, but very disappointed in the way this practice is run. They knew that morning that Dr Chan was not in, and chose to wait 3 minutes prior to my appointment to notify me that my appointment was not even happening. Very disappointed with the administration of this clinic.

Dr. Asgarali is the best. My first appointment was scheduled on my birthday. I didn't mention it once to him and after my appt was finished he brought out flowers and a cupcake for me. It made my day!

Dr.Asgarali is the best ENT DR......the most knowledgeable, the most courteous the BEST

Sweet Dr Asgarali, not sure where to start. Firstly, he is the most down to earth doctor I have ever met. Does not rush you or make you feel uncomfortable and his staff although not the best for contacting are friendly and informative. He also has a great sense of humour. I had my tonsillectomy performed by him, he was very attentive sweet and helpful. Highly recommend him as you won't meet such a modest doctor.

I found a lump in my jaw area and Dr. Asgarali was very quick in making sure I got all the tests done necessary to diagnose it. Thank you Dr.

Dr. Asgarali is a friendly doctor who is great with children. He doesn't rush and cares about the person. His staff are wonderful and make every effort to be accommodating and have great communication. As this is a busy specialist office and the doctors also do surgeries, hours can vary and the responsibilities of the staff are more than you would see with a walk in clinic for example. Sometimes you may need to pack your patience, but the care here is excellent. Please be kind to your fellow humans.

My husband was referred to Dr S Asgarali by our family doctor on Thursday and on Friday he had an appointment for that following Monday. Yesterday Dr S Asgarali called to ask if he could come in tomorrow which was is today (Sunday, October 16, 2022). Dr S Asgarali was very pleasant, he welcomed us into office early for his appointment. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Once you find a great Doctor like Dr. S Asgarali you want everyone around you to know. He was professional and yet very funny. Five stars for sure. I hear the difference in my husband’s speaking and he had something lodged in his ears and due to that he was speaking very loudly. Thanks again Dr. S Asgarali for fixing my husband’s hearing! His birthday week is starting off great!

My son has been seeing Dr. Asgarali since he was about two years old for issues with fluid build up and wax in his ears. He is now six, and we have continued to have good service from Dr. Asgarali and his staff. I have recommended him to others.

Terrible experience with this doctor, who bedside manner leaves much to be improved. I felt like like my concerns were not taken seriously, and multiple times during the appointment he left mid conversation to deal with another person. He blamed my weight and "being fat" on the swelling in my neck. I do understand weight issues can push on the throat, HOWEVER, I am not medically overweight and work out twice a week, yet my non-existing fat is apparently causing my breathing issues. After speaking to another doctor, who actually listened to me, we realized my thyroid was swollen and causing my issues. Find yourself a doctor who won't blame in it on your weight first.

What a horrible experience. Called this doctors office to follow up on an appointment for my kid that I have been waiting for months. The person that answered the phone scored 10/10 in being rude, unprofessional and unreasonable.

Not a very organized place. They don’t take phone calls, even if you need to cancel. Beside reaching before appointment time people have to wait for 1 to 1.5 hours to see the doctor. A tipical answer would be….doctor is running behind.

Answering machine is always full...nobody calls you after family doctor refers you...four months have passed after referral and still have not visited the clinic

Consulted Dr.Asgarali as my son was referred by our GP. Dr.Asgarali is one of the kindest and most compassionate doctors I was able to meet. He spent time with my 5 year old to listen and understand his concern. He was playful but very thorough and extremely sweet. I had to wait for sometime to be able to meet the Dr. but in my recent experience is the case everywhere. Can't judge them on that.

Dr Asgarali Such a kind and down to earth person. He always takes care of his patients. My daughter whose 5 years old had surgery at the hospital and he brought her Barbie Car. Every-time we visit him the staff always welcoming.

This was my second appointment with Dr Asgarali and I must admit this man is kind, compassionate and has a great sense of humour. The office staff have been nothing short of amazing!!! I truly have read each and every review and I can honestly say.. he has been nothing more than a “relief “ for me!!!

My mum had an appointment to get her ear wax cleared and was a bit nervous. Dr. Asgarali made her feel safe and I have to say he is one of the nicest doctors I have had the pleasure of dealing with! He was very kind and patient and jovial. I would highly recommend this man!

I found the receptionist to be friendly. Dr Asgarali sympathetic, and efficient. I have a problem the has become chronic so feel it will take time to solve. I have missed two follow up phone calls. If I had a better idea when to expect a call I would stay home.

No stars at all if it was an option. I have had enough with this place! I’ve had an incredibly disappointing experience with Dr Asgharali the ENT specialist and receptionists at this office. My mother's appointment was rescheduled not once, not twice, but FIVE times without any explanation or consideration for our time and inconvenience. Finally, when we were able to make it to the office for her appointment at 11:15, we ended up waiting for a staggering 2 hours, only to be told to come back on another date. This level of disregard for patients is truly unacceptable. To make matters worse, I live in a city that is 3 cities away from this office, and the constant rescheduling has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. It is utterly disgusting to witness such incompetence and lack of commitment to their role as healthcare providers. If they cannot fulfill their responsibilities, they should not be working as an ENT specialist. The receptionist's behavior was equally appalling. They repeatedly hung up on patients and displayed disrespectful and rude behavior. As a patient, I found their treatment to be completely unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with the board of Ontario against this office, particularly the employees and staff, including the receptionists, for their unprofessionalism and lack of consideration for patients. In conclusion, my experience with this ENT specialist and their receptionist has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their constant rescheduling, excessive wait times, and rude behavior have left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I would not recommend this office to anyone seeking quality medical care. Oh and by the way, the staff and receptionists here post fake Google reviews posing as patients of asgharali. If THAT doesn’t scare you from this place, I don’t know what will. Disgusting behaviour.
