Everything about this place is perfect. I have social anxiety, *its pretty bad* and let me tell you, they are soft-spoken, accommodating and do not charge extra or make you do unnecessary things UNLESS needed. The prominent Dentist is very encouraging, and they have a super pretty dental assistance with beautiful eyes. Let us not forget the front desk manager; she takes the cake for customer service, she knows her stuff and goes through everything with you to make sure that individuals understand coherently. The bathroom was my favourite; they have mouth-wash in the bathroom and cute little blue cups. The place reminds me of a 5-star hotel downtown Toronto but in PICKERING.

I have had several procedures with Dr. Mark and the Esquire Dental staff. Cleanings are always thorough, gentle, friendly, and punctual. I've also had several fillings and wisdom teeth done with Dr. Mark and he's made those usually painful experiences much less torturous. The entire staff is knowledgeable and warm. Multiple locations makes it easy to keep your service consistent and familiar. Will continue with Esquire long term.

Very bad experience. 👎 I've been going there for so many years for dental hygiene. I had implant long time ago, when they did the X ray, he found out i lost the bones around the implant and the doctor suggestion was to do hygiene cleaning every 3 months instead of every six months. And this is what i did. Then I started noticing gap between the front teeth. He didn't even took XRay to know that I'm loosing the bones at the front. Heis suggested to do cosmetic filling because i had an old one. Just gave me the huge amount i have to pay for tgst. I left the clinic and never came back. Now after I'm seeing a professional dentist. I found out thst this old implant is almost reaching the nerve. They removed it immediately otherwise my haw would have been paralyzed. And this is not the whole story. Im not sure where he got the 5 stars.

Best dental experience I’ve had to date. There were zero wait times to get into my appointment. The receptionist, dental hygienist and dentist were all incredibly sweet, knowledgeable and accommodating. Making another appointment for the following week was no issue, they were able to provide me timing that fit into my schedule. The facility is clean and comfortable. 10/10 experience, I highly recommend their services.

I visited this clinic and from the start everyone was so welcoming. The dentists explained everything to me thoroughly and I felt safe in their hands. I was under the care of both Dr. Mina and Dr. Mark. They were awesome in every step!

Dr. Mina Ibrahim is a fantastic dentist who is patient-centered and always paying attention to every detail. He is kind, flexible and does his best to accommodate my wishes and attend to my concerns. The receptionists and technicians are all excellent and great to interact with.

Before coming here I needed nitrous for any dental work, even for cleanings. I was so afraid of the dentist that I put off going to one for many years, until my husband recommended Dr. Mark, and I am so glad he did. Dr Mark is quick, kind, calm, explains what he is doing and makes sure that I don’t feel anything. Shannon, the dental hygienist, was incredibly patient, kind, thorough and had a very positive attitude when I first started coming in for my cleanings and she was the reason I continued to come in for appointments with Dr. Mark. The receptionist (I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name) is amazing at working out payments with insurance, scheduling appointments and keeping everything running on time. They never seem to be running late, which I love. AND I haven’t needed nitrous once since going to Esquire. I’m motivated to keep up with my oral health and with regular visits because of how amazing they are. Thank you for everything you do!!!
