Very disappointed in the management at this specific Pizza Nova. I had walked in with my fiancée to get a medium pizza with three toppings. Our usual go to is thick crust and chilli flakes in addition to the toppings we choose. When pizza was presented the pizza was thin like cardboard and made a remark immediately about it being thin crust. I had repeated my order more than three times verbally prior to finalizing the order so I was confident I would get the pizza I ordered. The manager/franchise owner came out and said next time show with your fingers what thick and thin crust is. I was very disappointed in hearing that response back. Owning very successful businesses myself that is not how you respond to a customer. You are a franchisee of a “pizza nova” if you make a human mistake with an order you should fix it rather than insult customers. Highly disappointed and will not return back.

This location is the best! The pizza is always amazing and they take excellent care to make the pizzas to perfection. I always request very lightly done and it's always done that way. When I request lightly done from other chains (Pizza Pizza), it comes out burned, so I'll spend a little extra 'dough' at The 'Nova to have to done right. Even after reheating (see picture) it is fantastic! Always appreciate the friendly staff and the excellent flavour of their food.

I Ordered from this store over a couple of days hoping I get the pizza nova quality I used to get by my old residence. This store makes the pizza very thin it crack like a cookie. It is also very well done and very dry the only good thing about it is the fresh ingredients. I'll never order from this location again

Ordered 3 sandwiches yesterday 2 veal and 1 chicken. Paid $35 dollars. Both veal sandwiches were burned all around on the edges. Was not happy and will not order nor recommend that sandwich from this location. Secondly I gave the delivery driver $40 cash and he didn't even have common courtesy to ask ask of I wanted change back he just assumed it was all his. My intent was to give him the $40 but he had no respect. This location and service was a lot better not sure if management has changed. Just lost a customer. Pretty sure they could care less nor will I get a response.

We enjoy supporting local businesses even if they’re national pizza chains… we’ve been in the neighborhood for years and haven’t gotten pizza here often but after getting a large pizza recently I wanted to make sure others know how positive it was. We really enjoyed the taste of the pizza and the experience of ordering here… and so want to recommend it to others. Enjoy!

Ordered pickup to avoid a 45min delivery wait time. Was told to pick up in 20. Showed up 30mins after my order placement and they were still building my pizza... Waited another 20 for it to bake. Not sure the point of pickup.... Be better pizza Nova!

Got a huge hair on my pizza .were talkin' a foot long . They always are skimpy with toppings u ask for xtra cheese and barley any cheese at all. I love pizzanova product but this location aint putting any love into the pizza . 30 bucks for a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese .u kinda expect more. I can get a large piiza with same toppings at dominoes for 13 bucks U pay more u expect superior product . Update : again reluctantly went here for pizza out of convenience and burned again . My gf and I where both really sick the next day also was the only thing I ate so I know it was the pizza never again do not eat here ! They are serving rotten food

Order pizza from here and can honestly say my family and I are never disappointed. Always good, everyone satisfied, great service and price.😄

$50 bucks for 2 medium regular pizzas, 1 10 piece chicken and dipping sauce. Since when are “regular” pizzas thin? Paper thin like cardboard thin! There is a regular, thin and thick option 🤨 if this is “regular” then what is thin? I’m appalled 🤯. They’re stingy with the pizza bread, sauce, cheese and toppings. Not happy at all.

The pizza here is not if the brand “pizza Nova” quality. I went here hoping to get what I usually get from pizza Nova and it was garbage. Dried out pizza limited toppings barely any cheese. Was not pizza Nova quality I’m use to. First time at this location and definitely the last.

I would have given this location a 2.5 star, if I could have. I was ordered a pizza with pesto, spinach, broccoli and black olives, which was not very good, at all. The crust was very thin and very chewy and the pesto was almost nonexistent. It did have a good amount of toppings, but, was very dry as there was very little pesto. My husband said the meat pizza was, also, not very tasty and light on the tomato sauce, as well. The other guests seemed indifferent to the pizza. They didn't say they didn't like it, but, to be honest, nor, did they say that they like it. Luckily, I live elsewhere and don't have to order from here and luckily, I didn't have to pay for this mediocre pizza, as I was a guest.

Pizzanova is one of my favourite pizza place but not this location. Ordered last night for the first time and that will be the last time too. So stingy on cheese and toppings. I wish pizzanova has a better quality control. It's not the first time I tried a new pizzanova location and got disappointed.

The sauce is what sets pizza nova apart from other fast food pizza. Also my pizza is always well done, but never burned. Order the party sized if you're like me and need to have the corner pièce of the rectangle. The crust is so good!!

Very good and fast service. The place was sparkling clean. Ordered Pizza Polo and it was amazing.

The girl working at the counter did greet me. But then proceeded to continue her work without asking me what I would like to order. Then a man walks in after me and she takes his order before me. Customer service is key, so this was the first time at this location and my last.

No ssues with my order. Had the 2 medium pizza special with 2 toppings, thick crust and well done. Pizza was delicious.

Came in last minute for a slice of pizza and they always have slices available. Staff is pleasant and polite. Great location, staff is amazing

Pizza was amazing as it has always been, friendly staff and in some ways the place reminded me of a TV series known as 'The Pizza Show'.

Amazing service. I had big order for my birthday and the delivered it to my house right on time. The pizza was 10/10 and I would definitely order from them again and again.

We have ordered multiple times from this location and EVERY time its disappointing. We ordered their bacon cheddar regular crust, that you would expect to be greasy but somehow they manage to make it bone dry. Crust was THIN with hardly any sauce. With less than 5km away for delivery, it showed up room temp, not even steamy even though they're so close. This is the last time we order from this location. Dominic would be very disappointed.

Ordered regular pizza and it came out thin as a paper. If you like salty pizza, order olives. I had to pick them off.. disappointed paying 20 bucks for medium pizza to not even enjoy it.

Location: Kingston & Altona, Pickering. We picked up a large 3 topping pizza today for a quick dinner. Gotta say I was surprised this was a Pizza Nova pizza. Pizza Nova is usually delicious. This pizza was a very disappointing dinner and purchase. The crust tasted like cardboard… like a pre made, frozen crust and at first I thought they had forgotten the sauce. It was there but scant. The cheese was scant also. Sad … was this a one-off bad pizza or a new formula for cutting costs?

I really enjoy Pizza Nova pizza...there's something about them that tastes better. The charcoal thin crust is one of my favorites now 👍 and I'm a big fan of their one topping specials. Never had a complaint about them so I'll keep coming back.

Bought BBQ chicken wings and garlic bread with cheese. They were cooked perfectly and not dry. Garlic was cooked properly as well. Location was clean and service friendly. Will definitely go back.
