    Location in bad need of some TLC. There is one photo showing a stone front and a nice clean location, that is NOT this place at all. There is garbage around, the right hand window drive thru is closed, damage to the menu boards and garbage everywhere around the building. Service was not that fast and they were serving people on foot at the drive thru window. My order was correct and the people were nice enough but this does not feel like a Tim Hortons, it is so run down and dirty. GROSS!

    August 11/23 ⭐️ I'm not sure why I keep going back. Maybe with the hope they would change and get things right. I mean, how hard can it be to make a coffee? I went around 10:30 am during the week. The lineup was very long and moved slowly, and it was crowded inside, which could be an indicator they are under staffed. I ordered two farmers wraps and one coffee. The staff at the window failed to scan my phone and ensure I got my offer. I ended up overpaying. I went inside to get the correction and found the place very messy. I quickly got my money back and left. This location really needs to make some changes in service, quality in food prepared, and cleanliness.

    I have changed the rating to an overall 4 stars .... mainly because of the promptness with which the owners responded to my review. "Just like any other Tim's" IMHO, as a company Tim's has lost it's aura and originality ... the coffee doesn't taste that good nor do the donuts. On top of that the prices have gone up considerably (way more than inflation dictates)

    This is one of the worst locations I've ever been to I stopped here every morning for an iced coffee and it tastes different every single time sometimes it's bitter sometimes it's sweet sometimes it's creamy. I went from drinking a double-double coffee in the mornings to an iced coffee because the coffee was never made correctly. The staff clearly does not care if your order is made correctly or not they are clearly they're only for a paycheck.

    The morning staff are just terrible. I am not a person to judge people or complain usually, but every morning that I have gone there which is almost every morning.. they are rude and/or mess up your order. I could be blamed to some extent of "why do i keep going". And my answer is because I want to grab breakfast or coffee quickly before heading out to work. However, I have sat down and thought recently that I am going to start boycotting businesses. If you as a consumer work hard for the money that you earn, then you should be very concerned where you are spending this money, and who you are supporting. They do not care when you make a complaint. They rudely rush you after giving you your food at the window. Every single morning it takes me probably 10 seconds to put my wallet away after paying and they stare at me in my car while saying next please probably 5 times in that 10 seconds. I have worked at mcdonalds in the past. I understand that you're trying to keep the drive thru moving. However, have some decency and respect for people. I just paid you for your product. Tim hortons.. fix your staff. They are completely demonstrating that this is not their business and that they do not care. They are here to collect a pay cheque and clearly have no repercussions of anything. My stance will be to boycott your business and hope that others follow suit to hit you where it hurt... loss of $$ because you are not a deserving business. There are many other places that I and other people can spend their hard earned money. All you big corporations need to FIX UP and provide a product or service that is actually worth the public spending their money on. CONSUMERS, SMARTEN UP AND CHOOSE WHICH BUSINESSES YOU SUPPORT AND SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. YOU DESERVE THE BEST FOR YOU BUCK AND THESE CORPORATIONS DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU. I hope that google does not remove this review because this is what a review is supposed to be. Someones honest opinion about how they felt about their experience. But they will shadow it because thats a new way of censoring for corporations. They hide and control things that will hurt their $. Unfair.

    I overheard of them talking about messing up my order. At first I didn't know what they were talking about but after I drove away and I checked, I see everything was wrong with my order and everything was sloppy. I think it was just who was working at the moment but yeah that was bad

    It depends on who is working there. Some staff never make my order wrong. Some never give me the right order. One time when i order coffee with cream only no suger. Found out my coffee have suger when I got home. Went back to exchange it. Came home and found out my replacement coffee still have suger. I gave up and just pour my coffee down the drain.

    I come here almost every morning before work and this location really seems to struggle any time before 6am. I’ve went the last three days and somehow they managed to mess something up on my order everyday. Wrong coffee the first day, no bacon on my English muffin that I paid for the second day an the third time was today where I specifically ask to toast my English muffin but they could not manage to do so. Very frustrating way to start my morning 3 days in a row. I’d also like to add that if it were after 5:30 I’d understand that’s when it gets busy…but I am their just after 5 and no more then 2 cars ahead of me..

    I ordered a medium regular coffee via drive-thru and ended up getting a cup of hot water yesterday The staff has a serious listening issue. They do not pay attention to the order at all. I would have never come to this location if I would not live closer.

    June 28, 2023 "If you want a sleeve for a coffee, tell us before coming to the window." This is how I was treated at 6:50 in the morning today by Tim hortons when I was given a tea biscuit and a croissant with butter, half hot chocolate half coffee, and a medium black coffee without a sleeve for both beverages. Upon asking a sleeve so it would be easier for me to hold the hot coffee and won't get burned or something, and I was honored by listening to "if you need a sleeve ask before coming to window. Do we really need to ask for a sleeve for a hot beverage? It's the beginning of the day, and imagine how they would treat if you'd go during the day. Anyways, we always have options to explore, but training is needed at this location.

    Terrible customer service. Ordered the candy cane ice capp. and there was very little candy cane sprinkles. They basically handed me a regular ice capp. When I asked if they can add more sprinkles they gave me attitude claiming there was plenty.

    literally the worst tim hortons to exist. every time i’ve gone here they have messed up my order some how, and it’s a pretty simple order. they do not listen properly when taking your order and then get annoyed at you when you tell them that they messed up your order. save your time and go to another tim hortons this one is awful. it shouldn’t take me 5 times repeating my order of 2 things for you to understand it.

    Terrible experience. I was there to order a ice coffee and one chipotle bowl. I was told to wait in the parking lot as they are busy and they would come deliver it to me. That is totally acceptable as they were busy. Fast forward 44 minutes I had to go to the drive through again to get my food, no apology no accountability.

    Only go here cause it’s on the way out, but since this promotion for espresso came for 2$ suddenly there machine is broken. The franchisees don’t want to lose money that’s why they took the machine away. I guess it’s 1coffees at McDonald’s. It’s Tim’s promotion sad I won’t be coming to this location anymore

    Skinny tall Indian girl at the drive thru today (Dec/15/2021 @ 1:55pm) doesn’t even wear gloves, doesn’t use the Covid tray to hand out the products, and hands coffee with her bare hand holding the lid after touching money from a bunch of other people. Good job protecting the community (I’m being sarcastic). Head office and management please correct this

    The worst place ever i went, every time their coffee machine is on washing in night, whenever you going to ask something they reply It’s on washing. They want to open 24hr but don’t want to sell anything 24hr only the leftover You going to get. They have medium cup but not even single time they fill properly. When you going to complaint employee’s you can do what you like , that’s the response they give.

    I am a regular at this location and go here basically everyday. I've had some experiences in the past with the employees but since giving them my 2 cents, I've never had the same issue repeat itself. They know my face and always give great customer service every time I go, which I why I am giving 5 stars.

    Our experiences has been very good with our night visits. One particular team member ( Diviya), has been super nice and very accurate with our order. Even when we visit at 11-12am at night, she has the best smile on her face!!. We always look forward to seeing her whenever we go there. She definitely does need a ride for having the right attitude at that time

    Just walked over as this location has always been open until 10 and they didn’t even come to door to tell us they were closed. I came with kids that were thirsty from park and they told us to go drive thru as if that was safe. Disappointed honestly

    went there in the middle of the day and the front door was locked because im guessing some of the workers decided not to show up for work so "short staffed"....the drive-thru was empty so i dont understand what their so busy with that they have the front door locked ?     Window staff are nice and friendly but the staff in the back need to be retrained, give you half of what you order a turkey bacon club doesn't come with just turkey or a ham and cheddar doesn't come with just ham, consistent through weeknights

    I am very disappointed with the customer service and listening skills in regards to the employees at this location. Many different times now I have sat at the speaker repeating my order 3+ times as well as driving to the window to have my order taken because they have put in the wrong items. Today my mother had stopped after work and decided to go to the closest Tim Hortons available to me and had ordered a French vanilla when she brought it home to me I had discovered that it was in fact a cappuccino and not a French vanilla as she ordered. I am extremely upset as I don't know how many times they have ruined a whole order and it is getting so very annoying as I do not have the time to constantly run back and forth between my home and this Tim Hortons.

    Their drive thru in the morning around 5:30-6am is the worst I have ever seen. Big line up with very few employees working. They need to hire more employees to get it going. It took me 10 minutes in total

    You're not Canadian if you don't go to Timmie's once in a while, true that they are not apex quality of food, but honestly that doesn't matter if you are there for fast filling breakfast. Farmers wrap and a double double (add a shot of chocolate syrup, really helps), maybe a donut or muffin and you're ready to go until lunch, hopefully. Usually clean, but the drive thru is always littered with customer garbage. Than again whose fault is that. If you don't go to Timmie's that's fine... Actually it's not and you need to atone for your sins.

    The location is in need of repair. Did not have the menu items posted on the board. The person at the window was rude, when she did speak to me it was hard to tell she was talking to me, except she was giving me heck for giving her the wrong card in the wrong order. She was angry that I was paying with a prepaid credit card. She did not hold the delivery tray far enough out for me to be able to reach it and when she realized I was having trouble reaching, her reply was a big groan. The coffee cup leaked. My wrap, however, was made correctly and tasted fresh. That's what got the 2nd star).

    Worst Timmies. I bought medium size ice cap from here. It seems like he made small size and transfer it to medium cup. When I inquire him, server said they are supposed to fill-up this much only. Never coming back. Avoid this if you can.
