    Staff...particularly one single female employee...take some pride and responsibility for the items you serve! That's your job, you have one job! The worst experience is starting your day being served by miserable staff. Do it once, and do it right!

    I live on Liverpool so visit this Tim Hortons often !!! And it NEVER ceases to amaze me how they have yet to get an order right. From my $20 breakfast that turned from what was supposed to be wraps into 3 VERY expensive donuts to the black coffee served with cream! I hate being that person but check your order or enjoy your game of chance as the only guarantee is that it won't be what you ordered or paid for!

    Terrible customer service! Please don’t ruin your day going there to eat. The attitude when I asked for replacement for my steeped tea which was basically milk and sugar, the attitude of CSR was ridiculous. She was not apologetic at all. I will never go there again! Also, crispy chicken was like cardboard, couldn’t eat it.

    Very slow drive thru and order is often wrong or items are missing. Order this morning had 2 errors, as well an item completely missing. If you try to complain, you get wicked attitude from the staff, very argumentative as if you’re the one in the wrong.

    So this morning I decided to go to the Tim Horton at the gas station across the street from my work which I do almost everyday. Usually they are pretty quick and the employees that Were there were great. Unfortunately I went there today standing in line had to wait at least 15 minutes to get to the front of the line when there were only 2 people in front of me.. when I finally got to the front of the line the employee apologized and said thank you for being patient. I said no problem. I told her my order which was 2 coffee’s and one tea. Then I paid and stepped aside waiting for my order. Waited another 15 minutes then the lady asked me what was in one of the coffees and what was in the tea. At this point I was already annoyed and late for work as I only had a 15 minute break. I finally got my coffee and the tea. The lady once again said thank you for your patient. I took my drinks and walk away annoyed but didn’t say a thing. As I was walking away the hot tea was not covered properly and spilled all over my arm . Ended up burning my arm. Once again the lady that served me apologized and made another tea. I asked to speak to the manager.. as I told the manager she just smiled at me and said it’s the new lids. What do you want me to do and told me to wait and walked away. At this point I was so annoyed I went back to work. Once I got to work one of my co workers got me some burn cream and I applied it to my arm. Once the burn cooled down a little I called Tim Horton head office where they asked what happen gave me a reference number and said some one will be in contact with you. How ridiculous is this. I have never seen such poor service in my life. Just wanted to let people know.

    A very bad location, I ordered something and I got something else, once I went back there to explain to their manager, and there manger doesn’t agree with me there employees was wrong 😑 I’m very upset I never go there anymore, When you guys order make sure check your order if it’s correct

    The ice cap/smoothie machine at this location is always down. Literally over 10 times now, I've gone here and the machine is out of service. You mention this reoccurring problem to the staff and they just laugh about it. So unprofessional. Avoid this location if you're looking for any cold drink products.

    Worst location ever, always have a wait time, staff are rude and incompetent. Love listening to them yelling at customers and then complaining to other customers about it.

    It’s what you’d expect from any other Tim’s, nothing negative or overly positive to say! However staff are efficient and I have never had a problem with their service

    Just your average Tims! The drive thru has to be one of the weirdest, the customer service is normal, and the food items are normal. Never had a negative experience from this location

    Awful. Long waits. Rude staff (most likely as a result of too much business and not enough people being scheduled). You can choose any Tim's around any corner, so do yourself a favor and don't choose this one. You're welcome in advance.

    Service so bad, you won't ever want to go back. Just go to the one on the NW corner of Kingston & Liverpool instead which is much better and very close by.

    Waited 20 minutes for 2 of the new chicken bowls. Food was okay (but not as good as Wendy's or McDonald's salads), but the service was chaotic and not especially friendly.

    Terrible!! Had to wait for more than 10 minutes in drive thru with just 2 cars in front of me..... when I reached at the ordering screen, waited another 5 minutes before someone took my order. this is the slowest Tim hortons I’ve ever seen.

    Got a iced Capp from this location today and the cup was sliced at the bottom and it filled my new car with iced Capp once I was on the highway and noticed Horrible

    Worst customer service ever, the girl at the window was shouting in hostile tone at the workers behind her, and her demeanor was not professional at all. She looked at me like I am one of her workers, when I asked for the sleeve for my coffee cup she got offended and said," let us know before hand okay". Why do I have to even tell you to put a sleeve on a HOT COFFEE cup.

    Where do I start… from not cutting bagels to managing to get every order wrong and make us reverse in the drive through to reset there timer. Where is the 0 star rating.. yes it’s the guys in the white truck as we hear them often crying over the loud speaker when we order terrible service something needs to be done about these ungrateful workers ruined my morning yet again thanks for making me walk inside and have u fix my order again and complain… very unprofessional please have a team meeting or something you are representing a very well known franchise.Bad Looks.. 0 Star
