Review 2 Giving this place another chance and still disappointing. Entire burger was an absolute waste. It was swimming in House sauce and hot sauce. Took 1 bite and it sucked. Threw it out in the trash. Should never have kids behind a grill Review 1 7people working here and nobody knows how to take an order. Came to pick up my food and it wasn't even made. The excuse the cashier said was the the order slip "fell". Whatever that means

It's one of the best burger places in Pickering, in my opinion. Their zesty fried chicken and just fried chicken burgers are my usual. Very simple burger that comes with tomatoes, onions, and sauces inside. Fried chicken in the burger is very tasty, crispy, and succulent too. At this price, I think it's one of the most affordable burgers that I know of. Recommendation My only suggestion is to improve the quality of the type of buns. If you dine in the restaurant, burger bun quality remains intact, however, if you pick up the order and would try to bring burgers home to eat, chances are the burgers might get soggy which always happens in my case since I live far from this shop. I hope they improve the quality of the bun to provide a better experience. Overall, a try burger at this price.

I always do my review based on three things 1 ) Food taste 2) customer service 3) Atmosphere bonus point for H&S 1 ) food, well not so impressive. The burger was ok on the best day. Small in size and wasn’t that impressive. There is not a lot of halal Burger options in town so I wanted to get a amazing burger 🍔 from them. I didn’t get that, I think the meat was frozen. It did not feel fresh. Disappointed !!!! 2) customer service, Good service. The person was polite and helpful. Place is very clean it’s brand new. Love it 3) clean cool and nice place to sit. Only thing I will say it’s too close to each other. There is no 6 feet between tables. Overall ok experience. Food was just “ok” nothing impressive. Decent burger chain that opened up near Brock and Delbrook. Went to take out a lunch which for the classic double cheeseburger. It was good. The guy at the reception initially charged for the regular price and then returned the balance which was nice of him. They also serve halal.

We order from here from time to time, and it's usually good. We get the chicken sandwiches and poutine. The poutine is so salty. We usually get the chicken sandwiches mild with everything on it. Today, there were no pickles, and we called to let them know. The employee told us some nonsense story about how mild doesn't get pickles, which hasn't been the case before. Either they changed their offerings or they forgot the pickles, but either way, we didn't appreciate his explanation. Ask for pickles if you want them.

Yesterday night i tried their Zesty Chicken Burger. Its Amazing. You can't get anywhere else. its simply the Best spicy fried Chicken Burger. its noon, i am craving for it. Ambiance and customer service is exceptional.

Mediocre burger, nothing too special. The place is quite clean, but can be a bit pricy. Employees are nice, but don’t offer any recommendations or inform you on their ongoing deals. Halal and fries are super crispy. Would recommend if you’re looking for a casual lunch.

I love their Scarborough location which is why we stopped here while passing by. It’s very clean and empty when we visited. I called in advance and waited extra to get my order. The food was good but I feel there is a difference in taste when I order from the Scarborough location. Other wise friendly staff and located in a popular plaza.

Great food! Was a bit (25 mins) of a wait but the food was worth waiting for! Their Zesty chicken sandwich was awesome along with their beef burgers!

Came to this B Boyz location having had such a memorable experience at the Scarborough location. I can’t say that I was as satisfied, it was good chicken but it didn’t come close to the Scarborough location. Perhaps that raised my bar/expectations however it’s still good not 5 stars but in comparison to all the fried chicken joints I’ve tried it comes close to Juicy Bird. Gladiator burger is ahead. Polite staff and good service tho!

Visited B Boyz Pickering and overall, it was a satisfying experience. I would give them 4 stars for their delicious burgers, with a special shoutout to their zesty fried chicken which was truly a standout. It lacked the expected flavor and left me wanting more. On the positive side, the staff were quite polite and attentive, creating a welcoming atmosphere. One area that could use improvement is the waiting time. It took nearly 30 minutes for our burgers to be prepared, which felt a bit too long for a fast-food joint. The interiors are simple, with just a few tables, and the place primarily caters to takeaways. On a brighter note, the fact that B Boyz Pickering offers halal options is a significant plus, catering to a diverse range of customers. Despite a few shortcomings, the highlight remains the amazing zesty fried chicken. If they can work on refining their other options and speed up the service, this place could easily become a top-notch dining spot.

Very good quality and customer service. I tried their burger, tornado potato, oreo milkshake and Vanilla Ice Cream. Everything was tasty and amazing. All meats are Halal and they have sitting arrangements.

For wings and fries this is my go to. I have tried their burgers and cakes too and everytime we eat there the taste is on point. Its yummy guys!

The inside of this place is very nice. The staff are really friendly. I was a bit disappointed with the Chicken Sandwich I got but it was still decent. Portion size was very good. I will give this place a try again sometime in the future!

OK little burger here. Not much in the way of seasoning. Cooked on the flat top and you can tell it’s fresh beef. The house sauce for burgers tasted like straight up mayo. My pet peeve is burger restaurants that use what taste like coated frozen fries and that’s the deal here. Doesn’t seem like you’re eating potatoes. On top of that they didn’t have pepper for the fries. The combo on a Monday when the burger is on sale for $4.79 came to just about $9. The young lady at the counter was very personable. Wouldn’t go out of my way to eat here again though.

Servers were very nice and helpful. Order to cook time was also fast. The chicken was crunchy & they separate the sauce for takeout so quality stays the same by the time you get home.

Food tasted great, got the cheesy steak sandwich and it was incredible. Soft bread, well cooked steak and amazing cheese. Would definitely come back. Nice late night spot to drop by at. Highly recommend!

We tried this place for the very first time today and we loved it. We tried their Cheesy Steak, Cheeseburger and BB classic along with poutine. Customer service was good and the place is clean. Above all it’s Halal!

Great food. Great value. It is the best burger spot in Pickering. They have a great selection of high quality beef and chicken burgers. The best of them are the zesty, classic double and heavenly cheese. I would also like to recommend the Ferraro Roche milkshake. Customer service is also great, employees provide recommendations and make sure all needs are met. Great place for families and they accommodate for small children👍

I just had their burger and wings and omg, everything was so delicious! The beef patty was so juicy and amazing, the chicken wings were hot and perfectly saucy! Defo recommend, 10/10!

I absolutely enjoyed the flavour and freshness of the burgers. I have tasted the majority of their burgers including the sides options such as the fries and onion rings and that were crispy and delicious. Also, the milkshakes and funnel cakes tasted incredibly satisfying. Overall, it was a splendid experience having lunch over there during school break alongside other schoolmates. I would definitely be coming back sometime to feast on their tasty burgers. 👌

Amazing experience. I dined in recently at the Pickering location of B Boyz, coming from a customer service background I can defiantly tell this location has The Best first in class customer service. I don’t normally write reviews, but this is definitely an exception. The food is great, the store is clean, the customer service & staff are Amazing. Definitely recommend, I will be visiting again as my family and I loved it. To the owner: your staff definitely deserves a praise, excellent service, please keep this type of service up. It’s rare to see a service this great, thank you for making my families dine out experience great this Ramadan 😊

Decent spot if you wanna go here for a quick burger. It’s nice to have new variety in the area however this was average at best. Portions are very small. I placed an order through DoorDash for the cheeseburger combo only to go pickup and receive maybe 7 small onion rings and a small burger. Taste wise it was okay. I was more taken back with the portions for something that was more than $15

I was a regular customer here at B Boyz but can no longer support this local business anymore after my most recent experience here. Their level of service has always been inconsistent. There are days where I have had to wait 25 minutes for a single fried chicken burger. Still, I would give them the benefit of the doubt and still come here. However, the dishonesty from the staff and their attempt to mislead/scam their customers and price gouge is something that will not be tolerated. The prices on the paper menu at the front and tv screens show one set of prices while their register shows a different price. Instead of acknowledging this and telling us their prices went up and properly explaining it, she tries to tell me that the price showing up is including tax. Last time I checked, your wings that cost $13.29 plus tax on the paper menu does not equal $14.29 (which was in reality the new price that showed up on the register). I understand inflation and rising food costs have led to increased prices at restaurants. However, it is the responsibility of the restaurant to clearly communicate these prices changes by doing their due diligence and actually changing the prices on their menu to reflect the new prices! Second, we tried ordering 12 wings and just wanted two separate sauces. She tried charging me two orders of 6 wings which is much more expensive just because I wanted to have two different sauces. I have done this in the past and was never charged but yet you try to scam your customers and charge double the price because we wanted two separate sauces for our order of 12 wings. Not only did they lose out on a $40 order on this day, they have lost a regular customer and all other future referrals to this place.
