Been going to this subway for almost 7 years now and have been consistently impressed with the staff they have hired. Especially Sukhman every time I come in I’m greeted with a great smile (well as much as one can with a mask on) and am delivered an excellent quality sub that continues to beat my expectations.

In the fast food industry, it's rare to find someone who gives top notch service with a smile. I've been to this subway where it's a single person who runs the show and she is fantastic. Her name is Noori and she deserves kudos

My husband and I enjoy going to Subway at 1900 Dixie Road. Noori is always friendly and pleasant 😊..She greets us and makes us feel like family. Oh yes, she remembers our order everytime we go!!! Lol The SUBS are good too...The breads are fresh!!! The toppings look fresh also.

Wonderful place to eat. The guy Sukhman sanitized his hands before preparing my sandwich which not too many people do. I ordered 5 sandwiches and he dint let me get bored. Cheers

Went into this location today with my wife for a quick meal before an appointment. We ordered a 6 inch sub and a rice bowl. The sub was fine and no issues there. However, unfortunately the rice for the rice bowl was undercooked and crunchy. When we brought it up to the person there that it was not edible due to the rice been partially raw, they said they could cook more rice and add it to the bowl, meaning we still had to eat/pick through uncooked rice. We asked instead for a replacement or to just get a sub instead and were told that was not possible but they could offer us a 25% discount if we wanted to order something else. We told them that was ridiculous as we were unable to eat the first meal we were served and asked for our money back instead to which they also refused. They would not replace the inedible product, they would not remake for us, or offer us a different menu item, and instead stole our money for a meal that we could not eat. I would use extreme caution when coming to this location as they clearly have no standards and don’t care about their customers.

I went to grab a sandwich today at around 2 PM the girl working in the kitchen is extremely rude she doesn’t know anything about customer service I have been to this place once before and this was my 2nd time zero customer service and after waiting for too long she gave me the wrong order and throw my food on the table won’t recommend this location and I will never return there never

This is the THIRD time I’ve been to this location and they don’t have any bread! This is a sub shop… how can you sell subs without bread?

As far as Subways go this one is well run and we'll staffed. The bread is always fresh and the staff are pretty easy to talk to. Noori seems to always be in a great mood and happy to have a small chat while making quality food. I highly recommend this location to anyone.

I have an amazed experience at this Subway location. The Sub was really tasty and delicious. The sauces was perfectly added. The girl name Noori, she really understood customer's taste preference. This place serves the best fat sandwich. The girl seems noobie but they have good coordination. The young tall male seems manager, was quick to respond and helped her. They go to the extreme to help their customers.. Keep going !! Also the place is calm and shinning clean.

I walked in and the place smelled like strong manure and I saw flies around the lights and food area. Walked out immediately.

My past experiences at subway (1900 Dixie rd.) have always been good enough to keep me coming back. However, the last time I went, has been by far the best. This is thanks to Noori. Very polite, respectful, funny and kind. Great people skills! Overall just a delight.

This subway location is my favourite and there subs are proper 🤙 and the Manager is always in a good mood at that store and he’s a hard worker. Keep up the good work.
