    Average Best Buy Mobile. You can come here and get a phone and service set up. Some accessories too. Not a very big store, so don't expect it to have everything, and treat employees with understanding.

    Great store. Great staff. Got a solid deal on my new phone after comparing all the carriers' plans. My only complaint? This high tech shop carrying high-end gear has the worst phone system on the planet. You call them, and if they answer, you'll be shocked at how terrible their phone is.

    NIGHTMARE!! I went to get the Virgin $30/20GB Cyber Monday phone deal and had my phone disconnected from my Bell account AND THEN was told I could not get that deal, so I said I will just go over to the Virgin Booth. Virgin booth could give me the plan, but could not access my Bell account because it was disconnected by this store. Had to go back here and after THREE HOURS got back on my old Bell plan. When I got home I noticed on the bill I would be charged a $50 connection fee! Could not phone the store (policy won't allow) so now I have to drive back, or spend precious more time on the phone with Bell. What a complete disaster. STAY AWAY!

    Went to Best Buy in Ajax for a cell phone. No inventory due to Covid and chip shortages. Was advised I could get one in Pickering Mall Best Buy Mobile. I was purchasing a Google Pixle 6 Pro out right and not on a plan. Big box Ajax store would sell me the phone but they had none in stock. They told me Best Buy Mobile had 10 in stock and would sell one to me. Wrong. They had them in stick but would not sell it to me unless I was on a plan with a wireless carrier. Too bad. I bought directly from Google instead. Poor customer service. Poor sales. Poor Management. After contacting customer service support, I was informed of device allocation for wireless carriers versus buying phone without a carrier. Makes sense now. Wish this was explained in the store by someone.

    Worst customer service, no value of customers time. Told they have iPhone 13pro in stock, but when reached there they said they have only iphone 13 pro 256gb and they can give only on hardware upgrade. Really don't like their customer service... stay away from that location.

    Horrible customer service, to the point of insulting its customers. The store manager told me to go and do whatever you can we will not do anything for you. I spent $2500 purchasing a bike online from this company assuming it is a good brand name and will sell quality product. Within juts 1.5 month its motor stopped working and since then it has been 3 months and I am just doing back and forth between Best Buy and Manufacturer. Best Buy says since 30 days have passed we will not do anything and manufacturer is just not responding to any mails and calls. I am stuck with a $2500 garbage sitting in my garage doing nothing. I am never going to buy anything in my life from Best Buy and will advise everyone I know to do the same. This company should be named as WORSTBUY.

    MIKE was extremely helpful! After spending way too much time on-line reviewing specs I went to Best Buy Mobile to choose between the two models at the top of my list. I explained to MIKE I wanted to replace my dying Nexus 5 with a straight purchase. MIKE recommended the Essentials PH-1, currently a Telus exclusive, and explained that it was unlocked and would work with my carrier. He was right about the phone, and I am very happy with it. Thank you MIKE!

    This is the only place my family and I ever used to come to get new phones, and I'll never be back. I had the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any retailer approx. a month ago. I highly caution risking being stuck for 2.5+ hours (including past closing), and being hit with hidden fees, incorrect credits, and lied to about resolution, confirmed upon receiving the still incorrect charges a month later. I have never written a negative review before and I try not to ever "blame the messenger/customer service rep.". In this case, the entire team (both Best Buy Mobile and Telus) was unhelpful, rude, and truly terrible, unable to resolve an issue that they caused. I really hope I'm saving someone else from having so much of their time wasted, and money incorrectly spent by a retailer.

    I went there to buy an earbus (I wouldn't mention the brand), I asked the guy if they do price matching and he said yes I showed him the flyer, then he asked to check the other retail website and I showed him too, then he said oh we can't price matching, and was keep trying to say nonsense stuff I wouldn't go to that store again

    The staff went above and beyond to help me with my phone. When I first purchased the staff were really helpful and knowledgeable. A week later I returned because my phone was causing issues. They made the exchange seamless and when I had to register a new sim card they helped me with each step of the process. So thankful for this team!
