We had a fantastic experience at QE Home Quilts. A BIG shout out to Andrea and Amie. I was beginning to think good customer service was dead until I met these wonderful ladies. We had never purchased proper linens for ourselves and were extremely overwhelmed. They walked us through the process, let us try out different pillows and gave us sheets and duvet covers recommendations and examples. They were so care and sweet with our 5 year old and empowered her to pick her own bedding as well. We were able to outfit our entire home with bedding because of their fantastic support. Highly recommend the Pickering store ask for Andrea and Amie! You won't be disappointed.

At the stores recommendation we purchased the Aruba bamboo cotton blend sheets. Very very disappointing. We purchased king sized sheets, I have to get up and pull the corners back down about 2 times a night. I called and complained and was told to not follow the washing instructions and wash them in warm water. So we did, sheets shrunk, same issue. So we purchased sheet corner straps and they keep the corners down but other issues with the fit. After making the bed with fresh washed sheets, they seem okay until you try sleeping. They stretch out over the night and the fitted sheet gets to the point that if you move your legs you feet get caught up in all the extra material. We measured the bed, we measured the sheets everything is correct. VERY VERY POOR QUALITY FOR THE CRAZY cost. We will never buy these again. We should have stuck with 100% cotton with high thread count. Poor recommendation from the sales person. So disappointed.
