Very bad experience with this store. I went to Sunglass Hut in Vaughan Mills where I purchased a pair of Oakley sunglasses, the representative was putting it in a hard case until she noticed a scratch on the glasses, she advised me to order them online as they had no more stock. When the sunglasses arrived they came in a fabric string case (not ideal protection when you are paying $250 for a pair of sunglasses) at which time I called Sunglass Hut in Pickering as it is close to my house, the lady i spoke to told me to come in and she will give me a case, after driving all the way there, a new representative told me that I would have to pay $30 for the case!!!!!!!!!!! (i wish i got her name) basically i drove all the way there for nothing, not to mention she was extremely rude and unprofessional. Basically, the lady at Sunglass Hut in Vaughan Mills was going to give me a case, the lady I spoke to on the phone was going to give me a case, but for some reason I was being charged $30 the third time. Will never go back to this store.

Went to the store to purchase a pair of sunglasses. Was assisted by Dawn, I believe she's the in-store supervisor. Dawn advised they don't have this pair any more in the store but she can place an order for me and have it shipped. We agreed, processed a payment via credit card. Waited few days and get an email from sunglasses.ca advising the order was cancelled due to inventory. I still have not received my refund. I went to the store and the rude obnoxious behavior from dawn and staff told me to call customer care. Customer care said they will issue a Cheque??? I paid by credit card and they went to send a cheque to the store. Been 6 weeks still no cheque and store refuses to refund my credit card and instead giving me a policy run down. Completely rude unfriendly zero customer service. The worst location and staff is completely useless. I made a payment via credit card and expect refund same method. I asked if a customer was to come get a pair of sunglasses and decide not to pay for 6 weeks is it acceptable? Ridiculous. Still no refund

Dawn is the most knowledgeable staff person I have ever had when shipping for sun glasses. The consummate professional who listened to what I was looking for , asked the appropriate questions to enable her to truly find the ideal match for me. Never in a rush and gave me her undivided attention. A true Super Star salesperson I would highly recommend to anyone in search of the perfect sun glasses unique to you.

Had a great experience today at sunglasses hut, would recommend for everyone looking for a pair to add to the collection, Dina helped me out and was very knowledgeable about the glasses best suited for me with hypersensitive eyes. Definitely recommend checking them out!! Thanks!!

Very disappointed with the staff. The lady that works their charged our credit card the first time, and claimed she cancelled it by mistake (no cancelation receipt). After over 40 min trying to solve the problem, and calling tech, we left home to find out that she recharged our credit card manually without our permission.

The 2 young ladies working on Wednesday were absolutely wonderful. Super helpful and knowledgeable, very friendly and genuinely enjoyed finding me the right sunglasses to purchase. Those two awesome girls need a raise.

The manager was very kind and price matched. She actually listened to my concerns and ensured I was happy with my order by price matching the best deals and sending confirmations -same with the sales associate. They both tried their best to provide a pleasant shopping experience.

I've had nothing but great service from this location every time I've purchased sunglasses. The lady that helped me was very friendly and had no problem with me trying on various frames. She told me of the amazing sales going on at the time with no pressure to buy more then I was there for (even though I really wanted to)

Noelle at Pickering Town Centre Sunglass Hut went above and beyond to make sure I found the right glasses and was happy with my purchase. Her and the manager also did an excellent job entertaining my baby while I tried on different options. I’d definitely recommend going in store to get new sunglasses.

We came in with two pair of our ray ban sunglasses that needed adjustments for both me and my husband. The two sales girls helped us right away and they kept adjusting them for us, at no charge, until they were exactly right, no questions asked and they were very patient. My husband bought a new pair of sunglasses while we were there waiting for his older pair to be tightened. I was browsing also and trying on some ladies sunglasses while waiting for my older pair to be tightened as well, and they said they would honour the “buy a second pair at 50% off” deal for me, even though it was a different brand from the ones the sale applied to, so I bought a new pair too! We were both very happy with the service we received!

I had a pair of Oakley sunglasses that I had purchased last March and one of the arms broke off from the frame. I took the glasses to the store where I had purchased them and without any hassle they replaced them free of charge. The clerk (Dawn) was helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Great experience at the Pickering, Ontario store. A younger gentleman helped me on two occasions in the last week for two purchases....he did an awesome job. Very knowledgable and accommodating.

The store is a good size and a wide selection to chose from However the persons that were working (dec 29th 2022 3pm) made me feel extremely uncomfortable as soon as I walked in the conversation stopped, they both got very quiet and the thicker of the two hovered over me to the point where I couldn’t really even get close enough to the glasses on display. Honestly just get your designer glasses from Holt’s or Nordstrom etc. not worth it going to a sunglasses hut.

I shopped here over Christmas and the staff especially Dawn and Sydney were fantastic, so knowledgeable and friendly with me I would definitely shop here again, the staff really got what I was looking for and treated me like a person and not like some random customer like in every other store, they do that in garage and it’s great they don’t do it here it really made me feel special. They were so helpful in helping me find a gift that my sister loved and I ended up purchasing a pair for myself as well. Best store location EVER 5 stars

I picked up a pair of Oakley custom sunglasses and they were perfect. Zubir help me with the process and was very knowledgeable on the brand. If you're looking for a pair of Oakley sunglasses I would highly recommend going to see him. Great service.
