Went
to
the
store
to
purchase
a
pair
of
sunglasses.
Was
assisted
by
Dawn,
I
believe
she's
the
in-store
supervisor.
Dawn
advised
they
don't
have
this
pair
any
more
in
the
store
but
she
can
place
an
order
for
me
and
have
it
shipped.
We
agreed,
processed
a
payment
via
credit
card.
Waited
few
days
and
get
an
email
from
sunglasses.ca
advising
the
order
was
cancelled
due
to
inventory.
I
still
have
not
received
my
refund.
I
went
to
the
store
and
the
rude
obnoxious
behavior
from
dawn
and
staff
told
me
to
call
customer
care.
Customer
care
said
they
will
issue
a
Cheque???
I
paid
by
credit
card
and
they
went
to
send
a
cheque
to
the
store.
Been
6
weeks
still
no
cheque
and
store
refuses
to
refund
my
credit
card
and
instead
giving
me
a
policy
run
down.
Completely
rude
unfriendly
zero
customer
service.
The
worst
location
and
staff
is
completely
useless.
I
made
a
payment
via
credit
card
and
expect
refund
same
method.
I
asked
if
a
customer
was
to
come
get
a
pair
of
sunglasses
and
decide
not
to
pay
for
6
weeks
is
it
acceptable?
Ridiculous.
Still
no
refund
