The staff at this clinic are above and beyond amazing. They really care about their patients and walk you through every step. They really listen to you as a patient, and explain procedures thoroughly. They work well with anxious people like myself who have had previous trauma with dental treatments. From consultation through to my final filling I feel well cared for and welcomed by all of the staff. I cannot recommend this clinic enough.

Absolutely perfect! I popped into Bayly on the 11th of Dec, 2021. My last dentist was not seeing any patients due to COVID. My last check up was about a year ago and my teeth were due for a through once over. Since I moved to the Durham region recently, it made sense to change over my dentist as well. The clinic was clean. Up to date. The equipment was much less intrusive and than what I had been used to. Dr.Srivastava is a kind and generous man. Extremely patient and knowledgable. He introduced me to some new equipment he has in his clinic. What I found most striking was that he did not try to push any treatment that I did not require! My last dentist was always going on and on about removing my wisdom teeth. All my wisdom teeth and impacted, but they have not caused me any issues at all. My previous dentist would remind me every 6 months to schedule a removal. I refused each time. Dr.Srivastava at Bayly Dental mentioned my teeth once and stated that he'll only discuss it if they were to cause me issues. I had been going to my previous dentist for at least 9 years. He never mentioned that I was having bone loss in my lower jaw. I had been suffering from teeth sensitivity for a long time, and I had no idea why. I was only advised to use sensitivity toothpaste to fix the issue. Not once did my previous dentist mention that I am having a rather serious issue developing in my lower jaw. Dr.Srivastava scanned my bite and jaw and advised exactly why I was having the issues that I complained about. You have to come here! The clinic takes care of you! They don't treat you like a client, just to milk money from you. They treat you like a patient. They provide a service and they also keep you informed about the best way to proceed with treatment. This is what I expect from medical professionals. Bayly Dental provides that in heaps. I recommend this clinic strongly. My entirely family (5 people) will be coming here from now on.

I'm so happy I found this dentist. I had 30 days left of insurance. They have all new equipment, staff is accommodating and pleasant. Dr. Srivastava explained everything and was not in a rush. He even came in on a long weekend to finish before my insurance ran out.

I definitely recommend the team here at bayly dental! They are all about their clients and strive to only see them twice a year. One of my front teeth was rotted out and very decayed after 12 years of not getting it fixed, instead of pulling and replacing the doctor took his time to plan a surgery where he could keep the tooth and rebuild it via a second root canal and more. This came with a smaller bill, quicker healing time and less pain for myself. 10 out of 10 hands down.

Amazing service and the clinic was brand new, clean. hygenic and high tech. Dr. Bharwani is an excellent dentist and walked me through the entire examination step by step providing a lot of detail of what was going on with my teeth.

I had sensitivity in all my back teeth and I came in for a check-up. Dr.Bharwani did an amazing job with all my fillings and I have had no sensitivity since then. Excellent work with a very friendly staff! I highly recommend this place for all dental services.

I recently moved to the area and was in need of some serious dental care (haven't been to the dentist in many years since before covid). Everyone is so awesome and friendly here! Booking my appointment was quick and easy and the actual appointment was very thorough with the greatest care by both the dentist and hygienist. Every step was explained to me along with recommendations for further care. The billing was also explained to me in detail. I have sensitive teeth which makes me anxious about going to the dentist and I didn't even notice as I was really well taken care of by everyone! Highly recommend!!

I went to Bayly Dental Clinic for the first time recently. Ingoing I had the usual xrays done then a consultation with Dr. Srivastava. I am a VERY nervous dental patient and Dr. Srivastava was terrific from the get go. He was up front about everything that needed to be done and what could wait type of thing. I went today for the actual procedures and I am thoroughly pleased! I have been to a couple dentists in the area but was never satisfied. I fully trust Dr. Srivastava. He is more than accommodating and caring. I will no longer be on the hunt for a good dentist. I highly recommend going to Bayly Dental and wish the team much success. Welcome to the neighborhood!!

It is exactly 5 weeks today that I was given an initial first appointment with one of the dentists here. This appointment was scheduled days prior so it wasn’t a last minute scheduling. I opted for the first available appointment they had which was 8 am since that’s when they open which will in turn allow me enough time to be able to get to work afterwards. The receptionist promptly suggested 8.30am alluding the dentist travels from a far distance and might not be in for 8am. Anyways, fast forward to the date of my given appointment, I was there for 8.20 am and waited outside in the cold for another one hour (9.25am). No one showed up nor called me to advise they were going to be late. I ended up going to work late with nothing to show for it. Until today, no one from this establishment called to apologize or to explain why they were a no show to even open their clinic to let me in to be seated or something. Out in the freezing cold, I could see through their glass door that no one made it to work early enough yet I was given an appointment. I also called their phone lines severally while waiting outside in case someone was inside in a hidden room or something. For anyone attending this place, just make sure you’re not in a rush or have an important place to be afterwards in order not to get your personal schedule screwed up and precious time wasted like they did me.

Dr Srivastava was my wife's dentist. It was my first time at this clinic. Unfortunately it wasn't the best experience. She needed to get her teeth filled but he would not listen to how she wanted done. It wasnt done well either. For someone who gets anxious going to the dentist it wasn't pleasant. Will not be returning.

I just recently had my first round of root canals at Bayly Dental clinic. The receptionist was really kind and helpful. Dr. Chitresh took care of my root canals At first i was really nervous but after getting to know the doctor and talking to him,he made me feel more comfortable. Enough to feel safe. Overall, job well done I didn't feel any pain, and the price was fair. I highly recommend this clinic to my family and friends

Recently visited this place for my daughter. The place is awesome and latest equipment were used. Receptionist was polite and Dr.Gurnoor is good and explained the procedure in detail. There was very less wait times but I felt this place is too expensive. For few X-rays and cleaning, it costed me $640. Usually it is half the price where i use to go at another location. Forgot to mention, they are also giving Tim's coupon for 5 star reviews.

I can't say enough positive things regarding this dental clinic. The dentists and staff are so friendly and made my experience a positive one. Very professional and state of the art equipment. Definitely coming back!!! Mary
