I
bought
a
tablet
and
SPECIFICALLY
asked
for
accidental
coverage,
which
the
associate
assured
me
I
had
paid
for.
Sadly,
the
associate
is
terrible
at
his
job
and
did
not
sell
me
accidental
coverage,
and
only
sold
me
hardware
software
coverage
which
is
completely
USELESS.
I
called
the
store
and
the
manager
says
he
cannot
help
me,
but
can
refund
my
money
for
the
warranty.
Um,
how
is
that
helpful????
I
asked
if
I
could
just
pay
whatever
the
difference
is
(which
turns
out
is
literally
$24)
and
that
would
resolve
THEIR
mistake.
Nope,
sorry,
he
just
can't
do
that.
Apparently,
Staples
cannot
absorb
$200
to
fix
issue
they
caused.
If
I
was
an
expert
I
would
not
rely
on
advice
from
these
associates.
I
would
strongly
urge
everyone
to
avoid
Staples
or
at
least
this
location
as
customer
service
is
not
part
of
their
mandate.
A
disappointing
trend
that
seems
to
only
be
getting
worse.
Not
only
do
you
have
to
give
them
ridiculous
amounts
of
money
(inflation
my
foot!),
you
have
to
provide
a
babysitting
service
as
well.
Looks
like
I
am
out
a
tablet.
Thanks
to
all
of
the
wonderful
staples
crew,
and
for
the
record,
that
is
the
least
deserving
star
ever
given.
Can
google
allow
for
zero
stars
or
would
that
not
be
in
line
with
the
orange
slice
and
no
scorekeeping
generation???
We
aren't
all
winners.
In
fact,
I
am
the
biggest
loser
for
trusting
these
clowns.

YOU.
