    Strange, an office supplies store does not carry suction cups or laminating pouches. The service prices are very high. It was my favorite store and not anymore. I get most of them from Amazon for quality and pricing. Ease of doing business is good with Amazon than with staples. I walked in and walked out.

    I visited this store yesterday with my kids to get some school supplies. While checking out the cashier asked me if I wanted to make a donation - I'm actually not sure what the charity was. When I declined and said no thank you the cashier looked at me sternly and said "I thought you'd say yes". I said "pardon". And she repeated " I thought you'd say yes". I found this very odd and was caught completely off guard and did not reply. She then proceeded to finish the transaction while frowning at me and was clearly upset that I didn't make a donation. If I chose not to give a donation she had no right commenting or trying to shame me. Both of my kids were with me and they even thought this was a strange and rude thing to say. Needless to say I will never give this store my business again. If I chose not to give a donation to a charity at the checkout the cashier has no right to make comments or judgements, especially since she knows nothing about me or why I'm declining to give a donation!

    3 workers at desk chatting and laughing. Line up and many customers waiting at copy/Puralator section. Manager telling staff not to take new orders 30min before closing instead of helping alleviate the line up. Expected more.

    Very Poor Customer service! I took my Cross fountain pen, bought about a month ago from Staples, as the cap of the pen was not fitting properly on the back of the pen. It was loose. I GOT VERY POOR SERVICE FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATES. No one even bothered to check the pen and I was rudely told by one of associates that they do not have that pen and if I want I can go to isle 4 and see the stock. very poor service and the quality of merchandise!

    The people at this store including the managers need to realize that when there are options to purchase a product online. They can't have people wait for 10 minutes for someone to show up with a key to give a customer a product. 10 minutes for a key is a long time. It shows your potential customer that you don't value thier time or have any respect for them. It's also does not make sense that the $44 product is locked up when the $100 similar product is availabe on the shelf for pickup. So to the staff here good luck with Amazon delivery. Looking forward to some condos replacing your building.

    I printed business cards at this store. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing in almost all aspects. The cardstock was very thin and cheap, the ink was bleeding, and the colors were inaccurate (not the exact brand colors that I ordered). I decided not to use these cards and ordered other cards from a different company.

    We had a great experience at your Pickering location today. Nurfica (hopefully I spelt it right) was so polite and very helpful finding my daughter the perfect picture with a boarder for her volleyball coaches. Great service with a smile! I highly recommend the Pickering location for all your printing needs. Bert also helped us with a laptop computer and is now bringing me one from another location for us! Great night thanks to your staff for making my day and as a parent nothing is more satisfying than seeing your daughter get everything she needs! we’ll be back for all our tech & printing needs! Thanks again Nurfica & Bert!

    I was at staples today. A line of 8 people waiting at the print and shipping desk where one person was working. Three other staff member chatting around the cash register while we waited up to 20 minutes. They told us so sad too bad we can’t help you. Very sad.

    Run far, Run fast, go ANYWHERE else!!!! I bought a tablet and SPECIFICALLY asked for accidental coverage, which the associate assured me I had paid for. Sadly, the associate is terrible at his job and did not sell me accidental coverage, and only sold me hardware software coverage which is completely USELESS. I called the store and the manager says he cannot help me, but can refund my money for the warranty. Um, how is that helpful???? I asked if I could just pay whatever the difference is (which turns out is literally $24) and that would resolve THEIR mistake. Nope, sorry, he just can't do that. Apparently, Staples cannot absorb $200 to fix issue they caused. If I was an expert I would not rely on advice from these associates. I would strongly urge everyone to avoid Staples or at least this location as customer service is not part of their mandate. A disappointing trend that seems to only be getting worse. Not only do you have to give them ridiculous amounts of money (inflation my foot!), you have to provide a babysitting service as well. Looks like I am out a tablet. Thanks to all of the wonderful staples crew, and for the record, that is the least deserving star ever given. Can google allow for zero stars or would that not be in line with the orange slice and no scorekeeping generation??? We aren't all winners. In fact, I am the biggest loser for trusting these clowns. SHAME ON YOU.

    I had a pretty good experience there. I needed to scan signed documents and email them to myself to upload later to the Ontario government (OSAP). I got it done on one of their self service machines with my credit card. The I tire thing was 12 bucks. It ended up being 89 cents a page which I think is too much, however for the convenience of it, i found it incredibly fun and simple. The cashier when I got my highlighters was very cool and talkative in a good way. Stepled used to be Business Depot back in the day. The newer stuff they're about is selling laptops and Mac. Their apple set up is very clean as usual for the Apple branding. Also I saw a cell phone area where they sell Bell services. You have access to the best newer models there and a massive selection on phone cards and Sim card from everyone from Virgin, fido, Rogers and bell. Probably more. All in all the store has everything from business printing, scanning and copying needs to supplies I needed for school.

    This staples is quite a drive from my place, but the few times I have been here, the staff has been helpful. I called ahead to find out if they had shredding services at this location as the one near me had a full box. They actually pick up the phone! The gentleman I spoke to checked the shredding box to make sure it had space for my documents so I wouldn’t drive out there and not get the service I needed (yay for thinking ahead). When I got there, the staff was helpful and I was in and out quite quickly. I wish the locations closer to me had employees who had good customer service. The store seems to be stocked with all the basic things you would need. It’s clean and bright and large enough.

    Not a terribly busy location, but they never seem to have what I want. The staff is always very friendly and helpful though. I gave it a 3 because customer service is a big deal to me.

    Staples was AMAZING. The staff was welcoming and very very helpful. My daughter and I went in because she needed a lap top for school. We were first helped by the front desk staff Fiza whom was very helpful then by this young man Prince. It was not his department but he helped us and stayed with us through our whole purchase. Because he was very knowledgeable about computers and very friendly my daughter purchase an Apple laptop. Service like that should be rewarded and noticeable. I want to thank all staff for their help and undivided attention to our needs.

    Spent a long time looking for a place to take my infant’s passport photo and finally staples came through AND at a reasonable price! They were extremely nice about it and did a few takes to make sure it didn’t get rejected. The lady was nice enough to give us the copies that printed with a discoloured background instead of throwing them away. Don’t waste time going all around Durham come to this staples.

    I needed to pick up a print job today but was running late because it was almost closing time for this Staples location. Thankfully, Hamza went out of his way and offered to stay a couple minutes late at work to wait for me to arrive so I could pick up the important paperwork I needed for the next morning. He was amazing and kind, and I’m so glad that he was there to do that because he could have easily been like “we’re closed, come tomorrow.” Thank you again!! 🙂

    Add card stock to your self serve printing options. Couldn’t get a product this evening printed because they weren’t doing printing from the actual machines because there a smaller store. Don’t offer the option to have things printed if you cant deliver it.

    The employees at this store are amazing!! The help they provided to us in getting my dad in to get his passport pictures taken was amazing!!! Such compassion! This is what customer service is about. Thank you so very much for all the help. Will definitely be shopping at this store from now on. I will also be letting corporate know how amazing you all are!

    The only thing I loath is the price for lamination or printing. Other Services Offered are not horrible. No printers of quality but that's the same everywhere. Great for just about any gadgets or tech not printer related. Anything except printing needs is the best way to describe the missing star.

    One of the worst customer service that I have ever seen. I called them for an infant passport picture and I was asked to visit the store before 4:45pm as the store closes at 5Pm. I took my time to visit the store with the baby by 4:15. I had a wait time of 10 mins and I was asked to come back the next day as it takes time for an infant picture. I apparently feel like they have to mention this way before so that I wouldn't have had the difficulty to come back once again. Please be more specific next time.

    I usually don't bother with reviews but trust me the manager at this location is the worst. He yells and screams at his staff and does not want to deal with customers if there's an issue. I had an issue regarding a warranty and the store has not made a valued attempt to resolve it. I would strongly recommend customers not to buy an extended warranty nor shop at this location. When it comes to customers service don't expect to get it here, take your business elsewhere and don't waste your time nor money here. Its ashamed they don't have a 0 star so I had to go with 1 star. ISSUE STILL UNRESOLVED!

    I generally like using the staples online photo centre to order and print documents/ photos. The quality and pricing is good. However, the photocentre at this location is a disaster. If you try to do curbside pick-up , no one will ever answer the phone. I waited for a long time once, so I decided to go in the store and call for curbside pick up . I could hear the phone ringing in the store and staff standing around not answering it. Today - I ordered a same day product (paid more for this service) . I ordered well before noon, meaning it is a guaranteed ready pick up by 6pm. Well, I never got the 'ready to pick up email', and when I checked the order status online - it still days processing in store. So much for same-day-service. I have contacted the Staples support team - we'll see how that goes. So - i still LIKE staples print services, but I give up on this location.

    This location is not too busy. I enjoy going there early in the day. I get good customer service and usually find items I'm looking for. Last trip was for ink and had no problems finding it.

    I love the convenience of Staples - especially for the colour printing service. I always download maps before a big hike and this is the place to get high quality colour prints at a reasonable price. The machines are kind of slow - so bring your patience - but it's worth it.

    Friendly staffs but clueless knowledge about laptops. The one staff just looked at the info that was displayed. He did not even know whether the laptop I inquired about had backlights on the keyboard, which I found right on the keyboard when I brought it home.
