Horrible service. While ordering, the young lady trying to hear me was getting pelleted with questions about the shift schedule by what I suspect was a manager …a young man who clearly has no regard for the client. I intervened and commended the girl who was trying to take my order. Then I waited…10 minutes later there were 8-10 people waiting to order and it was total chaos behind the counter…at least 6 people all scrambling to complete an UBER order …no one taking new orders and no one making my order…and the whole time that same guy yelling about who is working Monday and who wants a double shift ..:.it was ridiculous…I finally asked for my $$ back which was done without issue…and we went elsewhere for our dinner. I hope the leadership sees this and provides better training and leadership to the team.

This particular location SUCKS, do yourself a favor and skip this place... Food is horrible, service sucks, when placing big orders they always forget to make sure everything is there, and for some reason there is always HAIR in the food... CLOSE this location

The JFC/Taco Bell in Pickering Town Centre sucks. Remember this is Fast Food, so why do I have to wait 15 minutes for my meal after ordering and paying it. Every Uber and Door Dash orders are being prioritized ahead of mine. Get more staff or organize your team people!

Dry, overcooked, chewy skin and tiny AF.

Avoid this place at all cost, unless you don’t mind waiting 30 minutes for fast food. After such long wait, the fries were burnt to oblivion. The chicken wasn’t all that either. Such a big disappointment! Lots of staff working there, but they were all spinning in circles looking very dazed and confused. No apology for such slow service. Get your act together people!!🗣🗣🗣

It's clean.

This is a better location than the one on Kingston rd that closes at 7pm due to them being incompetent. The manager at this location is nice and she always makes sure your satisfied! The chicken is also cooked better here!

Meal was very good however, the coleslaw was terrible. They changed it. Glad had only bought the small size.

Quality has definitely taken a nosedive. Chicken was not fresh.Staff need to pay close attention to the order.. Green onions were missing on the fries supreme.. cheese on the cheesy fries was too little and the zinger was stale and hard, and I got a thigh and a wing. Not worth the $40 spent here. KFC get rid of the wings!!!.. nobody wants wings unless specified.

Important for everyone who plans to visit… I highly recommend paying cash because last week I paid with my credit card here and right away that same night, I saw two suspicious transactions made in India on my credit card. I know for sure this is the location that stole my card info because it was the only place that day I tapped my card. Not sure if it’ll do anything but I plan on reporting this issue to KFC as well because who knows how many others are affected?

Kfc normal long wait

I had a terrible experience again for the second time in this KFC food court Pickering town CENTER branch. People’s are sloppy, it seems like they don’t like what they are doing. My order number is 178 (time 5:59pm ticket no. 10147) but the staff (Abby cashier and the Host in the receipt is Bernard) served the order numbers 180 and 179 first before me. I asked the staff why she served the mentioned orders first before me where in fact my order comes first. She replied “their orders are easy to prepare” then turn her back on me. Other than waiting atleast 20mins for my order. It happened frequently, they added vegetables on my son Chicken burger.. which I repeated several times while ordering it to not put any vegetables on it. This branch always disappoints me and my family. I ordered for dine-in I don’t know why they punched my order as take out. Anyway it is not a big deal for me.
