πŸ‘πŸ‘ I've been here several times. Plenty of parking in the area. Check in upon arrival and they will call you when they have a door. Usually ot will be close to your appointment time. Remember to bring your truck and trailer license plate number as well as your DOT #. They unload you quickly. People often mention time, unload, parking, truck, people, paperwork, guard, door, shack, check,

This place has people working here for the lumpers, Specifically a young black female who is very stremely rude and racist, I explained to her that my blood sugar was only 50 and it was dangerously low, I asked her if there was a place I could buy a drink to get my blood sugar raised higher, She told me we're not allowed to use their break Room drivers are not permitted, So I asked her to get her supervisor and her answer to me was well the supervisor is going to tell you the same thing!! My question I wanted to ask her was How do you know your supervisor is going to tell you the same thing, Do you speak for your supervisor ? These are a bunch Of selfish with no compassion for humanity, It is all about greediness and how much money they can make off a driver, Why is it that there Charging me $226 for 8 pallets, Why is it they wanted to charge me a $100 for 1 Palett, I believe that the lumper service used by us roods is money laundering a lot of cash, I'm going to call my brother who Works with the Justice department, I am also contacting us foods corporate headquarters this is not my 1st encounter with this situation one time they charged me over $450 to unload 1 trailer, I am also contacting us foods corporate headquarters this is not my 1st encounter with this situation one time they charged me over $450 to unload 1 trailer When that same load only cost me about $200, There is something strange going on with us foods and the lump or service, There will be a complete investigation into their financial doings, My suggestion is you never speak wrongly to people you always try to help them so what it would it took a few minutes of her time to walk to the break Room and help me out in my situation, Luckily there was the driver who overheard her you're yelling and screaming at me telling me if I want something to drink that back to walk to the store, No obviously if I am having a medical problem the last thing I'm going to be able to do is walk that far to a store, This is why believe she is racist, I was be also further speaking to my attorney.

Instructions for newcomers: Park your truck ( here is a starting area and other spaces) Bring your paperwork to guard shack with your dot #, truck trailer # Then go to your truck and wait for a call When you got a call bring your truck to gate and come to the shack again. She will write your door # Then dock you truck and bring your paperwork to the receiving office and wait When you got green light after that you will receive a text message from lumper service for payment But it doesn’t matter that you done you have to wait for a call to pick up you paperwork They start to check in at 4:30 am

These people will charge you for a restack even though your load does not need restacked. I will attach my pictures to this post. Not a single bag of onions were on the ground. They charged me for restack. 20 bucks says it’s because I’m white.

DRIVERS BEWARE....Very quick to unload, really slow to get paperwork back to you. I had 4 pallets to unload here. Took 5 minutes to unload me 3 hours to receive bills. I can't stand a lazy person. And I found one here.

Such horrible customer service and a place to deliver checked in at 6 checked out at 18:00 to get 6 pallets unloaded. appointment was scheduled for a 6 AM and checked in early than that. US food in general horrible company to deliver to but this one especially very bad one. People stop taking US food deliveries to have less frustration and headache, that is what I am going to do after this load. BAD VERY BAD COMPANY TO WORK WITH

This place is becoming a big joke. Got here last night. Stayed overnight parking. Checked in at 4:30. It is now 10:27. Still no paperwork. Nobody wants to check on the paperwork they overcharge on the price for unloading. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. This place can go to hell as far as I'm concerned

This is my first time at this US Foods and I gotta say it made up for the other ones. The guard was very nice and we had a good laugh this morning. Everyone was very professional I even got help with the electronic lumper fee. Thx, to the entire crew.

This place isn't too bad. All the people I came into contact with were pleasant. They are easy to find. There's plenty of room to maneuver in their lot. They do have parking before the guard shack and you can park overnight. DRIVERS....do yourself a favor....when you arrive nose in park in one of the spaces before the guard shack. Take your dot#, truck plate, and trailer plate with you when you go to check in at the guard shack. The only reason I docked one star is it took longer to get the paperwork back than it did to unload the trailer. Overall...I spent about two hours on their lot.

For the drivers: if your coming from Homles rd turn on bledose rd and then turn at the first left if your coming from hickory hill you can turn on grocery rd and keep straight. when you get here park in the staging area by the guard shack or they have a little circle drive that you can park. Walk to the guard shack to check in then you will have to check in again at the office in front of the staging area. I came her on 10/4 around 7am for the first time. The black lady with red hair that works in the guard shack is completely and utterly rude for no reason at all. I walk in smiling saying hello how are you doing then she looks at me and says "what you want" smh. I told her it's my first time here and i don't know we're to go. Her response was "well your company should have told you what to do before you got here". I told her all I need was to know were the shipping office is. She said it's at the corner of the building. Turns out the shipping office isn't at the corner of the building but in front. The people here are soooooo rude and unprofessional for no reason at all. If your doing a drop and hook it's a fairly easy in and out if your doing a live load/unload I'll pray for you lol. Check in office is by dock door 27, have to ring the bell to be let in. Public bathrooms available

Don’t come here unless your next load is pre-loaded. Booked this load to get to the money load, now they making me late for the load that matters. I don’t understand why warehouses like this want you to be on time, only to make you late for your next pickup. The other warehouse want me to be on time too.

Lady at the guard shack was very friendly, and polite, but them cap stone people are some of the ruddest SOBs. Whatever their name was don't explain anything, and then wants to get an attitude. Arrived early, and was able to chill in the holding area, then stayed in the door for an hour for like 4 pallets, and then charged $100+ makes no sense to me. But whatever I guess.

If your a trucker coming here for the first time just know you got to make a turn into E Holmes/Bledsoe Road. I went through a lot of stress to find the entrance for check-in for Semi's. The address listed is employee parking.

6 am appointment. Check in starts at 5:15. As others said you'll need truck and trailer licence plate numbers at guard shack for check in. Was in a dock by 5:30 and empty by 6:30. They said I should have my paperwork by 7:30. One note of concern. I was in door 12, they park there trucks just across from the docks. This makes it extremely hard to back in if trucks are already in the docks.

This place doesnt care about drivers time. I get that they have to sort and count product, but these people have been "counting 2 pallets" for over 4 hours. Bring your breakfast lunch and dinner if you plan on delivering here.
