If
we
could
rate
zero
stars
I
would
do
so,
I'm
so
disappointed.
I
can't
understand
how
someone
can
be
subjected
to
this
kind
of
treatment.
Already
from
the
moment
someone
travels
to
go
to
a
hospital
their
case
already
worries
them
enough
to
make
this
trip,
in
this
case
they
should
have
a
minimum
of
respect
towards
this
person.
I
went
to
the
station
on
Monday
September
12
for
a
gynecological
consultation,
I
was
made
to
understand
that
the
doctor
is
only
there
on
Tuesdays
so
I
had
to
come
back
the
next
day.
I
asked
as
a
precaution
if
I
would
need
an
appointment
and
if
there
was
a
specific
time
I
was
told
that
no
for
the
appointment
I
would
not
need
it
and
that
consultations
take
place
between
8
and
3
p.m.
Tuesday
August
13
I
went
there
with
all
the
trouble
in
the
world,
I
went
straight
to
the
counter
and
that's
where
the
lady
told
me
that
gynecological
consultations
only
take
place
on
Mondays
and
that
you
have
to
make
an
appointment.
At
that
moment
what
I
felt,
no
words
can
describe
this
disappointment
knowing
that
I
was
already
there
the
day
before.
I
still
take
it
upon
myself
to
go
again
to
the
secretary
to
whom
I
complained
about
not
having
given
me
the
right
information
the
day
before.
She
apologized
and
I
made
an
appointment
for
Monday
September
19,
that
is
to
say
today,
I
left
them
my
number
and
asked
them
for
theirs.
And
it
is
with
a
lot
of
anger,
rage
and
disappointment
that
today
when
I
went
there
again
I
was
told
that
the
gynecologist
only
does
consultations
on
Wednesdays.
While
knowing
that
they
had
my
number
and
that
they
had
given
me
an
appointment
this
Monday,
they
did
not
even
find
it
necessary
to
inform
me
of
their
change
of
program,
plus
I
called
them
before
traveling
again
but
in
vain.
Lack
of
consideration
for
the
patient,
lack
of
empathy
for
their
pain,
zero
organization
are
the
characteristics
that
I
remember
from
this
health
post.
Very
very
disappointed!
