My ice cream never lasts long enough to get a photo, but I must say this is some of the best ice cream ever.

Bad customer service a girl with an Afro and glasses was super rude towards us and would always roll her eyes at us. When we were trying to pick our flavors she did not even give us the time to pick what we really wished for because she was so in a rush even though no one was in the store. For the first time in Dakar I am really disappointed.

Delicious and very reasonably priced ice cream in clean environment with friendly staff. I asked for a smaller portion in the picture below because i am on a “diet” lol.

This new gelato place is a welcome addition to the Dakar dessert scene. It's clean, modern, and the customer service is good. Prices comparable to competitors like N'ice Cream, and quality is at least as good. They also serve cakes, tea, coffee, and hot chocolate drinks. There is ample air-conditioned seating, and there are a few dedicated parking spots available in front. Currently not accepting credit cards, but may be working on it.

Customer service is outrageous. The lady with the afro was super rude, and impatient. My milkshake tasted like straight up milk, and when I asked if I could switch to something else, they said I’d need to pay for add on fees…It gave me a stomachache. I will absolutely not return. 0/10
