The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a long stay. The washing machine with integrated dryer is a plus. Highly recommended for those looking to feel at home in Madrid.

The place is IMPRESSIVE, exactly like the photos, very elegant, the cleanliness is spectacular, I only missed a detergent dispenser and a sponge to wash the dishes. It's all very beautiful, practical and works well. The bed and pillows are 5 star hotel level or better, the bathroom is large and beautiful with 2 showers, the lighting is soft and intimate, there is Netflix which is essential, a detail that I found very important and wonderful to have was the division of the trash to recycle organic materials (plastic, metal, etc.), the place is small but has exactly everything you need and it was extremely well divided and used, I could live here for the rest of my life, it was the best place to spend the New Year after you ending a relationship and losing my best friend to Covid. I needed to be alone and this was the ideal place. The hostess was super helpful the day I arrived, I didn't meet her personally but she helped me with everything so I could check in alone without any problems. Everything was perfectly explained in the email she sent me. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Spectacular place where my partner and I stayed. Upon entering the first thing we saw was a swing hanging from the ceiling that we loved! The detail of the fortune cookies on top of the bed (a reference to Chinatown, where the apartment is located) was super special! The apartment was fully equipped for all comfort, we even had pillows of different hardness to choose from. The bathroom is amazing! Super big and where showering is quite an experience. Super close to the metro that connects directly to the center! Want to repeat!

I teleworked during my stay without any problems thanks to the high-speed Wifi. Plus, after a long day, coming back to an air-conditioned space was a luxury.

I stayed 5 nights, it couldn't be better, the apartment was very complete, super clean, impeccable treatment, the best of the Madrid Rio area, next to everything but very quiet to sleep, the Madrid Rio Park is impressive what they have done. I totally recommend it. Javier

As cozy and comfortable as sophisticated in its decoration. The location is great, it is near some fancy spots (Matadero Madrid), and you can reach any place at the core city centre within 15 minutes by tube. Excellent.

Nuestra estancia en el apartamento fue inmejorable, muy bonito y acogedor, la limpieza es óptima, perfecto para escapada romántica. Muy cerca de estación de metro para moverte fácilmente por Madrid y dejar el coche en un parking muy cercano y económica. Sin duda repetiré.

The truth is that I was surprised that this tourist apartment was so comfortable having direct access from the street and that it was also so quiet. We rented for days and we liked it a lot. The decoration and taste in details is exquisite. I had searched on temporary rental platforms such as Booking and Airbnb, where I first saw the photos, but in the end I made the reservation directly online for this vacation accommodation on Monederos Street on their page myself as an individual. I had to go for work and I checked in online in a few minutes, plus it was good for me that it was so well connected so I requested the parking they have arranged. The entire tourist apartment was very clean, the kitchen was basic but with everything you could need and the mattress was very comfortable. We really liked “Madrid Río” and El Matadero and we took advantage of the great position to go to the Prado Museum and the Reina Sofía. It gave me a lot of security that they had both an urban planning license and a tourist license. Furthermore, it is difficult to find homes for tourist use in the Center of Madrid that are so bright.

For me it is the first time in one of these tourist apartments in Madrid Río and I did not expect it to be better than in photography. Access to the tourist home with the keyboards was very convenient (they send you the codes after you have registered) and so you don't have to go anywhere to pick up the keys. The lighting is super adequate and a very beautiful atmosphere is created and an atmosphere that seems from another era. The next time we took the opportunity to have dinner in Chueca or Malasaña, but this time with the Chinatown that is next door, the gastronomy theme with top authentic Chinese restaurants was more than assured and so we continued with the oriental mood of the apartment We used a lot of kitchen utensils and everything was new. The mattress was one of those super comfortable ones and without a doubt it adapted very well to my body because between how comfortable the bed was and the curtains that obscured everything and didn't let anything from the street filter in, we slept wonderfully. I didn't know that this type of luxury tourist apartments existed in such discreet places in Madrid.

A gem in the heart of Madrid. The silence and tranquility of the area allowed me to rest after intense days of sightseeing. I will definitely return!
