My husband has very high standards when it comes to coffee, so I was very happy to have found Nica Specialty Coffee in our neighbourhood. The beans are excellent quality and reasonably priced. We have tried the following types, Jaguar, Tucán and Colibrí Azul. They are all worth trying, but depending on if you prefer to drink with milk or without, the best for milk based coffee would be the Jaguar, as it is grown at lower altitude it is less acidic, whilst the others are better for espresso or americano.
