great gym. they offer weekly passes for 15 something and monthly for 50 something, friendly staff

Not impressed. Expensive for no reason at all. No towels. No trials. No key fobs. There are better options.

Started about a month ago with this gym and having been a member of other fitness chains this is by far the best. The equipment are comparatively new and it's well equipped. Clean with i think round the clock cleaning. Various classes from yoga to zumba to body pump and boxing etc.. always full. Most importantly for non Spanish speakers this gym has excellent staff who are conversant in English and always ready to help. I'm hoping they bring in aerial yoga at some point.

The best gym I have ever been to. The instructors are a ten, they are always involved in all the classes that are a fantasy: boxing, body pump, hiit, pilates, bike... The brand new machines, correct capacity, it is not my second home. ♥️

I've been boxing for 3 weeks and there can't be a better teacher than super TOTE!! I love his passion, his dynamism, his way of explaining, his patience and how he brings out the best in you! You come out new, renewed and bringing out everything from within!! He knows how to motivate you and bring out your inner talent! You are amazing bro! Thank you ! I recommend it to everyone, it's pure therapy.

Good gym - friendly staff, nice equipment, a lot of classes- everything you need

Had everything we needed! Our gym of choice when we visit!

This gym had all that I needed as a visiting amateur powerlifter. I was able to complete all 3 power lifts (squat, bench, deadlift) with pretty standard equipment. My only struggle coming from US was the kilo/lbs conversion, which is pretty standard for lifting. The gym was clean, well maintained, and contained a variety of equipment so that you could get your standard resistance or cardio workout complete. I would recommend to anyone traveling through Madrid and this is like the equivalent to Club One in the US.

The staff is worth their weight in gold, they are technically impeccable and always care about creating the best environment. The machines are modern and new, I can't ask for more, but I can say thank you.

Gym with very good facilities, the boxing classes with Tote are very complete and the training is great.

I think it is one of the best gyms in the area but I don't agree that they constantly take experienced instructors from the room and bring you others who don't have it because there will be other gyms from the same chain. My room monitor has already changed 3 times in 2 years.

I'm not much of a gym person, but in Tote's boxing classes I have found one that motivates me to come back and train. Highly recommended

The best gym in the area and not as crowded as others. The boxing classes with Tote García are incredible and very spicy 🌶️, very dynamic and for all levels, doing technique days, sparring or classes more focused on the physical. 100% recommended 💪

Good material with TecnoGym machines, professional room monitors and it also has boxing...!! You can usually train without being overwhelmed by people 🙌🏼 You could improve weekend hours and a free weight area with more plates, to place bars, and a homogeneous floor 😜

The best gym I have ever been to, without a doubt you feel at home, they take care of you, they are friendly, there is a motivating atmosphere, and the machines are of very good quality, fully integrated.
