Very clean place and helpful staff yet I booked a bed in a female dorm as shown in the description and it turn out to be a mixed room. False advertisement. They didn't have lockers neither.

A real gem of a location! So close to everything and also very clean and tidy. Staff were helpful and polite too. The room itself was very worn and had drill holes in walls and tiles filled in everywhere and scrapes/cracks along the walls. It was very basic e.g no bedside tables etc. And they only gave us 1 bath sized towel for 3 people staying. The rest were handtowels. And when we asked for more they gave us another hand towel. We also had to go back downstairs to ask for the remote for the Aircon as it wasn't left in the room which was odd... But generally It was perfectly fine for our 1 night stay and for the cheaper price we had online. And was very clean. Just a bit worn down and sparse of furniture.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Smallest room I’ve ever had. Old and worn in general. Poor sound insulation. Very basic bed. The tall greying night shift receptionist was extremely confrontational and rude.

Average one. Location is super fine. Not suitable for kids with stroller and personal on wheelchairs. Extra 5 eur charged to keep the luggage at reception. Balcony doesn't fit one chair. Bathrooms were clean. Early check in was denied in my case.

Rooms are nice and clean with minimum furnitures. Supportive staff, allowed us for early storage of our goods before check-in time. WiFi is free and good. Location is excellent. Definitely a good choice if you want Madrid to be explored as local.

There's a reason it's this cheap. This place has bedbugs. Take extra precaution and only stay here if your only other option is to sleep outside for the night.

Great location by Plaza Mayor, easy-going staff, clean and tidy, nothing pretentious, met my needs!

Quiet and cozy environment with an easy reach. We got there before check in and were happy they even gave us a room that early. I think the room we stayed is the most economical one as such room was not explicitly displayed in the promotions. The staff were very helpful. Highly recommended.

Prices are adequate to the location. There’s everything you will need, clean towels and sheets, shower gel, cups. You can use the fridge or borrow hairdryer. Really recommend!
