Friendly staff. Roaches on wall. No heat. Gave us a space heater to warm room then accused me of stealing it! Carpet is filthy. Bed is stained and nasty. First time I stayed it wasn't nearly as bad as this time. Then upon checking out he had a young boy come tell me it's time to check out five minutes after the manager came.

I was hesitant at first when we got there because the hotel was dark but the new owner goes out of his way to make your night pleasurable. He explained the situation that he had just bought into the hotel so its a fresh start for him. We had an issue with our fridge he immediately had it exchanged. He told us about all the nearest attractions that were within a few blocks. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Its very nice and its located right downtown.

This place isnt what the Web claims. Air conditioner broke, Indoor pool looks like Jed clampett pond or watering hole, Elevators broken, Big Building Extra Hot, Roaches greet you when you place card in door. Ceiling tiles, panels, etc incomplete. This place should have been a Big Prision😂🤣😂. Dont even want to know the breakfast menu. This was a Nightmare Hotel encounter....7/19/2018. Just dont book it, once you see facility for yourself you will see exactly Why not.... Book another Hotel... Youve been Warned😥!!¡!

The most horrible business man ever.... The new owner need a new attitude to go along with his new business then maybe just maybe it will be a great place to stay. Ohhhhh I forgot to mention how he will try to act as if you didn't make reservations then try to charge you again. Mmmmmm maybe he's trying to make up for all the empty rooms he have.... And yes it was hot as hell.... I guess that's why he got a devilish attitude!

Keep driving. Dirty, indoor pool was green, big burn spots in the carpet. Smells like stale cigarettes. No lights on in the building. The desk clerk turned them on when we came in. Desk guy said they were not officially open, that is why no other guests were there. It literally looked like a old haunted hotel. There was even a huge bird nest in the ceiling. It was supposed to be free cancellation and they ended up charging me $174 for cancelling three rooms. Oh, and no air conditioning on in the whole building, not sure it worked. It was July 1st. It was hot outside.

No air conditioning in foyer, pool wasn't working, every light they had was off to save energy, place stinks like a musty horse, not one person was the staying at the hotel, sketchy place to stay and leave you vehicle unattended, sign was falling off the hotel, front Windows looked to be busted, took fifteen minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was there, need I say more? I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

AVOID! Money hungry, tried to upsell a clearly posted lower rate. If I could give NO-STARS... Got there late for a job next day, $56 rate posted across the board and multiple sites. Clerk tells us it's $75/night with no explanation or documentation. We would've booked another hotel last night if we knew it would've sold out.. plus we were honestly on the fence about this one. Pics looked ok but we didn't get far enough to see a room. Granted rates change but there was no basis here. And YES, we were paying cash for once which we never do... go figure! Kinda glad we didn't use our card!!! Guy was very shady. Found another hotel. Will not consider this one again nor recommend. Bad first impression.

DO NOT STAY HERE... everything is false advertising. The elevator doesnt work. The ac/heat doesn’t work. The WiFi barely works. Fridge doesn’t work. They lock the SLIDE DOORS that doesn’t slide at 8 pm. So no leaving or coming back in. Rooms was dirty. And BED BUG INFESTATION... 0 stars

Was suppose to go to work for a week or two and was assured I'd have a place for $50 when I got off after being awake almost 25 hrs I tried to get my room it was then $100 a night. I feel like I got lied to and have the screen shots of trying to prebook my hotel room. At $50 a night was told they never ha e rooms for $50 not what my screen shots say. I had to drive home and get some sleep and didnt make it back to work after being awak 30hrs. So now you dont get any of my money and neither will I. Yall suck. I would have stayed probly 2 weeks smh

The worst experience of my life. Stained carpet, smoke smells throughout the lobby, young adults in out as I was checking in. Never made it to my room because of(smoke) smell in the elevator and stained carpet! Recommend Building Be Renovated or Condemned! Cheaper is not ALWAYS BETTER
