A very good location and close to Barcelona; beach outside the hotel; lots of little shops. The hotel itself has some weird customs, for example, there are separate cards for food, card for drinks which is less practical than just having a wrist band like other hotels do. Shocking that coffee or tea is not available for free for all, just for all inclusive. A food card was a piece of paper which after a few days was worn out and the staff was very hot on checking every guest each time. Even though all inclusive has a special drink for each day, which was a nice touch, there were drinks for gold card holders which were not available when booking the holidays. There were queues to the dining room before meals; for some reason women in charge held up people outside even though there were tables inside available. The food was acceptable, although lacking much of choice, including puddings. More less the same food each day slightly changed. Only the Sunday menu was more exciting. Unlike other hotels I've been to, the portions are served on small plates, so there is no nice whole piece of meat you can cut slice for yourself or cake that you can cut a slice from. The room was ok, clean and comfortable bed and we had a sea view as booked. If you are a non smoker I'd not recommend this hotel as there are no areas for non smokers outside. There is a presumption that all guests are smokers which is so old fashioned and behind the rest of the world. The staff was friendly and professional especially housekeeping staff and reception staff; some staff at the main bar was less friendly but others might have different experiences.

Our stay at the Pineda Palace was great. Rooms were nice and clean. There is pool on the roof, with a really nice view! The location of the hotel is conveniently placed, you literally cross the road and you are the beach, if you wish to go to Barcelona, the station is 10 minutes walk, while there are shops and bars again within walking distance. The team themselves were very friendly, I requested to move rooms (our one was facing the beach & had a brilliant view) but we discovered that on some nights you could hear the music blasting from the bar on the beach across the road! The staff made no qualms and were totally understanding, within an hour we were in another room away from the music. The dining room team were great, the food was excellent and we were never tempted to eat out, the hotel has themed dining nights, surf and turf, hawaian luau, but also had a selection of tapas, terrines, salads, and a cooked in front of you section. Overall we were happy and fully satisfied with our stay. Many thanks to the team at Pineda Palace!

Excellent staff and service a great place to relax and enjoy yourself

Stayed here a week ago with my children and my friend… we found that the hotel was very clean, food was amazing apart from the snacks in between of meals. We had to ask to find out things as the staff didn’t provide any information when we came. The entertainment was poor as well. Overall it was a good stay, drinks were very nice. There was one particular staff that had an attitude towards the guest and found him shouting at some people.

We read all reviews before coming and were a little concerned.......but its a fantastic hotel...yes there are some pros and cons but so has every hotel....food is good, could be a little hotter but its a buffet! Pool could be a little bigger but it does the job and it's all about cooling down we're not Olympic swimmers after all.....yes you can only get 2 drinks at a time...but so what you all have passes....garbage about the only 2 cocktails a day as many as you like from you're menu....rooms are clean and spacious with a bath and a shower, staff are all excellent not a single problem all are willing to help....if I was to be picky all I would say is maybe a little more choice in the meals for kids under 10....but mines a picky so and so.....on a whole a great 4 star all inclusive holiday..its about the time spent together not nit picking on negatives!!!

Great value for money...you get what you pay for...this isn't a 4 star il rate it as a 2 star hotel. No way is it a 4 star. Had an OK time tho wasn't the best but wasn't the worst

Me & my sis have just returned home after a stay here. First impressions were good! Clean and modern room. Decent tv, lots of storage room, mini fridge and air conditioning. The Only criticism would be that the shower was awfully temperamental, it would switch from freezing cold to scolding hot! Our experience of the all inclusive dining was a positive one, lots of choice! Something for all! We were fascinated by the different dishes! Excellent if you're like me and enjoy colourful salads and being experimental with your taste buds. The lobby and reception was well kept and staff were polite. Pool was clean and not too busy. Overall we are happy with our stay and think the staff do an amazing job. Thank you

Amazing location right next to the beach and close to town centre and train station. Food was good. Pool is right on the roof . So lift all way to top. But don't worry the bar is open and the views are amazing.

This hotel is located bang on the coast of Pineda de Mar - a small but beautiful and very clean locality. Was always served with a smile. The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel has a lot of amenities and daily entertainment. The breakfast and dinner are excellent with lots of variety to choose from. Food was delicious. Super clean and nice ambience.

Rooms were very clean..there's no mention of the train track opposite the hotel and the train hoots it's horn every time it passes. Evening meals are cold and bland and restaurant staff aren't polite. Breakfast on the other hand was really good if cooked fresh and the buffet selection is really good.

We spent 9 days at this hotel, rooms was clean, good location as well..but I do not recommend all inclusive ..every day was the same meals , very often not cooked meat and undercooked vegetables.We couldn't have taken stupid fruit out of the hotel near the swin pool for we paid for!! On the last day our stay in the hotel before departure they didn't want to give us coffee or meals in morning for we paid because is all inclusive !!! Don't RECOMMEND ALL INCLUSIVE AT THIS HOTEL!

All inclusive hotel with rooms that look over onto the sea. Near the train station so you can walk to the hotel from there. Nice lovely staff. I went there to escape the craziness of Barcelona when the riots were on back in 2019. Nice big pool and great for kids.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The food and service are excellent and very friendly and helpful staff. The big downside for me was the bed was too hard but my wife disagrees. There is a shower and a bath in the bedroom, however, the shower could only be used by a fairly small person. Not a problem though as there is also a shower attachment in the bath.

Nice clean hotel with great views and friendly staff, the pool was tiny but fantastic work by the photographer to make it look as big as he did. The food was borderline awful always cold but microwave ovens to warm food up in and the show cooking was exactly that show the food heat then serve it eg a chicken wing that was oozing red blood when cut into, Would I stay again yes but wouldn't eat at the hotel

We stayed for 11 nights at this hotel. Our flight arrived early so we couldn't get into our room until 2pm which was a bit frustrating at the time but understandable. The reception were very helpful and friendly even collecting our clothes for us that fell off the balcony 😁!!.A big thank you to the htop happiness included team ( Nuria , Adrian , Ericky and Miuosh ) You absolutely made our holiday , Fun , always smiling even though the weather was sooooo hot you made sure everyone was having a great time ! I really don't understand how such a hotel has four stars 🤷‍♀️the first problem was that the room was dirty 👎👎👎to my request to give me another room, the administrator answered that all the rooms are occupied 👎the hotel declares itself as a hotel where you can relax with children, but they haven’t game corner for kids in the hotel. In general, the hotel needs renovation, many years ago. the mood was spoiled, as well as the vacation. I definitely do not recommend it 👎👎👎

Just returned, no complaints. Welcomed by a wonderful manager who interacted with us all through the holiday. Staff pleasant and friendly. Adrian, Eriksay and Nuria always on the go with their happy vibes, kids loved them. Always a good selection of varied foods which we enjoyed. Rooms were adequate size for us and kept clean and fresh. Relaxed atmosphere. Pool area was super, no problems finding beds and umbrellas. Would return here.

The pool is small, its up to your knees. Restaurant has no windows and its crowded, you might need to wait in queue. Food is good but it lacks diversity. Its 2 minutes away from beach which is good, restaurants are nearby Walls are thin, you can head everything around.

Nice hotel, clean, located next to the beach, with swimming pool and bar on top and amazing sea view, good size rooms, nice staff, plenty to do around ( beach bars some having live music, market, restaurants, etc), clean and pleasant beach, 5 minutes walk to rail station, easy to get to Barcelona. The train line was a concern for us but, barely we noticed the train even when was seating on front terrace, can't be heard from rooms or restaurant. The down part: food is limited to fever options, not recommended for people with dietary requirements of any type, this includes food religious restrictions as chicken only eaters. Rooms, are nice and clean but are not noise insulated, you can clearly hear what other are talking in next room or when flashing the toilet. Day time rest is out of question, very noise as cleaning staff pulling-pushing beds around, squeaky doors at cleaning storages, etc.

Great location on the sea front near the train station. Good selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner. High standards of cleanliness throughout. However beds were never made nor sheets changed during our visit when the weather was so hot in July. Roof top terrace with a small pool.

The excellent staff & rooftop pool and terrace make this hotel good! Otherwise, it's quite old & tired and in need of a revamp. There's a good variety of food and it is quite good.

This is our second year back from England. The staff are very friendly and even go above there duty to help. The hotel is spotless the rooms are cleaned every day by the housekeeping. A great selection of food and.drink each day. The beach is just a second walk from the hotel. A fantastic town just to the left. We look forward to coming back for the 3rd year

Me and my partner here now and it's fantastic food good staff friendly I don't post many reviews but this hotel is so good I feel like sharing our experience .

Just finished a week away with my friends. Hotel was great value for money with a good choice of quality food items and generous measures in every drink. The facilities the hotel had to offer were good but as a avid swimmer I have to say the pool was a little small. The entertainment however was where this hotel excelled. The 3 entertainers Ericky, Adrian and Nuria always kept us amused and provided a variety of activities throughout the day. Ericky gave us great advice on the local area and never failed to make our day more enjoyable. Thank you very much guys!!

We had the best time, and love tapas so the food was perfect for us. We asked to move rooms and they did it within a couple of hours. The staff looked after us so well which was so reassuring as a single mumma. Thank you for such a lovely experience see you next year x

Not bad at all talking about the hotel facilities. The so called "beach" is strip with not more than 5m width and rough sand looking as pebbles.

We loved our stay! The staff was very nice. Food was astonishing, everything was so tasty with a huge variety and options for gluten-free and lactose-free, which I absolutely appreciated. Also, it was linked with the Spanish cuisine so the tourists could try the different dishes. The pool was very clean and super cool place with a view, to relax. Thanks to the whole staff, we felt great during our stay. The Houskeeping ladies were cleaning every day and refreshing the rooms. The only disadvantage was that the fridge in the room 111 was not working. It was sent immediately a person to fix it, however unsuccessfully. Another inconvenience was that the walls were very thin and we could hear the smallest noise from the other rooms. Nevertheless, anything else was immaculate. Thank you very much. It is visible that all the employees work very hard. Even though, the building was old, it was WELL maintained and shining. PS: there was lots of trash above the balconies, which was very disgusting. However, luckily it was all cleaned the next day.

Not a special location. Food is, as everyone said cold! Workers, I respect them with breakfast, lunch and dinner. One b*** was standing as gestapo near door, force employees work harder and be the big chief. Quite a annoying lady! Room airco was dirty and full of dust, seems like no cleaning for ages. I believe this airco make people sick for sure! They have also 3 menu's where everyone was stuck on. Normal, premium and gold. But in normal, it said coca cost 2euro for premium. In premium said it's free. Many people get confused with there all inclusive. Don't expect to much drinks or (what out page said 24hrs snacks) snacks. After bar closing, no coffee or whatever can be taken. The only activities here is kids club. Nothing for adults at all. Kids club seems nice in the evening and night. But by day it's just easy drawing and painting. Quite bored. This hotel is not good for young couples or couples with kids from 13year or older. The Costa Brava itself is quite bored. Be aware of that...

I love this hotel. All the staff are so friendly! They make sure your stay is enjoyable. I have stayed at the hotel 6 times with my family. So relaxing and so clean. Alex at the pool bar is brilliant! Jose in the downstairs bar is so lovely, he is so friendly and the manager does everything he can to make our stay perfect!! Also I have to mention the chef, Seyoud is absolutely amazing!!

Terrible area for breakfast, high volume and disturbing noise. Furniture and decorations from 90’s. Total standard and experience was a total mess!

Waste of money, definitely! All inclusive is not all inclusive after all, tasteless food ( plenty but nothing that could be called tasty food ) and so called cocktails that have nothing to do with the recipe. Something that was supposed to contain kiwi, lime and lemon was made with 7up! The waiter's explication was that lime and lemon are 7up in Spain😬😬😄😄 No water in the rooms, you have to buy it yourself! So, if you need cheap food and drinks this is the ideal place to spend your money, paying at least double of what you should.

I should start by saying, the staff were amazing and very friendly. However the hotel itself was so dated and in need of a major overhaul, especially the air conditioning! I'm struggling to think of anything positive to add........
