I have been a resident at Villas apartment for 2years going on 3. Having a garage is a plus. Im sadden by the experienced that I’ve had at Villas this current year. The management team does not give notice with renovations. Pest control is an issues because the grounds are not being sprayed and the water bugs comes up from the drain. Neighbors in the above unit are inconsiderate. If you get the floor level apartment prepare to deal with badly mannered neighbors who stomps all hours of the day. Management doesn’t care. Let’s not even get into hearing loud activities during the night time from careless lovers. I used to love this community but it has gone downhill. Currently trying to break my lease since no action has been taken to make sure I get some sense of peace.

I have been here for one month and I really like it. I was a little worried downsizing from a big house to a 751 sq.ft. apt. but it has plenty of space. A big closet, and storage for plenty of bins along with my car in the garage. My extra large capacity washer and dryer fit fine in the laundry space (you can rent them, but I brought mine). The bedroom is quite cozy, but I fit a king bed, nightstand, dresser and armoire in there. In the main living space I have a china hutch, table, couch and large desk and it still feels open and airy. My apartment is clean with all vinyl wood floors, new appliances and fresh paint. I am right next to the back gate and I thought that I might hear it opening and closing a lot, but this apartment is much quieter than the house that I moved out of. The landscaping is very nice, and the amenities are also great. The business center is great if you need free wi fi or a printer, the gym is small but clean and provides all I need for a workout, and the pool is a lovely resort style. I often see people using the grill. It is very pet friendly here and the residents are very nice. Everyone is respectful and responsible in public areas and with their pets. The staff are all friendly and always available to help. I like that they have food truck Wednesdays every other week too, it gives me an excuse not to cook and to try some of the local food vendors.

Beautiful apartments, great views, lovely neighbors & quiet grounds. The office staff is SO kind & professional- they do a wonderful job of taking care of their residents. The maintenance crew is top notch- they're ontop of things immediately! No bugs in the apartments/no fleas in the grass, the landscaping is always taken care of & theres never any trash or debris anywhere. Also love the parking stickers they provide & the pool. Definitely recommend.

I've been here 2 months. I live in the bottom apt with the attached garage but I wish I were on the top floor because the roaches are going to run me out of here. My upstairs neighbor likes to move furniture around about 12 every night. I'm going to try Orkin but I'm really thinking about breaking my lease. The apt is cute, however.

The walls are so thin that we hear our neighbors snoring while trying to get to sleep at night. Despite our best efforts it was the average of having between $300-$400 electric bill every month on a apartment. The one redeeming quality of the complex is the office staff are nice, and will nicely take $10,000.00 when you try and leave. Worst apartment experience I have had the displeasure of living at. Edit: Very insincere about answering my calls or emails. We no longer live at this awful complex.

Lived here for a couple years and just like the review below, this place has gone downhill. Having people above us up all hours at night stomping on the floors makes for not a good nights rest. You’re paying a lot monthly to not even get decent sleep. Walls are incredibly thin. Management doesn’t do anything for noise. The stairways are filthy and they do have a problem with bugs. It’s a shame because it used to be a nice place to live.

Melissa was such a pleasure. She is so helpful in explaining step by step the process. I felt no pressure at all, it was almost like a friend sharing why this could by my home. Her desk is organized and she takes her time. Did I mention that she is a resident there, that’s huge for me. She works in the office and she makes you feel as if your family as soon as you walk in the door. I really like the community. Very cute and clean. I love the little duckies by the pond.

Buildings are not well insulated from sound. You can clearly hear through walls and ceilings if you are on the middle or bottom floor. Property management does not communicate advance notice when making renovations, even when replacing flooring in the apartment directly above your own. Back gate does not have a call box and frequently malfunctions leading to it being stuck open for weeks at a time until repaired. Issues with plumbing lead to waste water running through parking lot. Maintenance staff are very friendly and professional.

I love these apartments they’re super clean , great amenities and at a great price with attached garages , Wayne at the front office was such a pleasure to work with ! I got there really late and he helped me way after hours with everything and was so patient and helpful every leasing agent should be like Wayne , thanks villas at gateway ❤️

I've been Nesting for 2 months and I can only think of great things to say. My view is fantastic I love to drink my coffee at the balcony. The pool area is great for games, reading a book, or having a meal without going out. There's lost of areas to walk around or run outdoors or you get the nice little gym. I do not have any bugs in my apartment. Looks like that is specific buildings that may have that problem. There are food trucks at least one day a week. Wawa is withing walking distance. For food delivery, if you specify with directions they will not leave your food at another apartment. The staff is very nice. You can pay for rent through the app without any extra charges by setting up echeck and saving yourself a trip to amscot/bank or save money on checks. There is a neighborhood app where they give updates about any changes, the pool closing for maintenance, neighbors can leave notes and communicate with each other. It was very hard to get approved but the front office helps a lot. I do not hear my neighbors, they may hear me singing but I don't ever get annoyed by anything they do. Garbage has been missed a couple of times but it gets picked up eventually the next day.

I had an amazing time living here. Matt was my fav and he knew me on a first name basis which was important. He lived on the property an when you see him outside of the office he’d alway have a smile and wave. The maintenance team was awesome! Same day turnaround on most work orders- which I loved! I’ve since moved on, but often think about my time at Villas at Gateway ❤️. It was apart of the best two years of my life. Great location near i275, movies and restaurants. The traffic after 5 was a nightmare, but it’s something you get use to.

How many time can the SAME AC go out? 7 or 8 times in under 7 months? It’s Florida- our ONE BEDROOM gets to 85-90 when it goes out during the day- and yet it is continuously “fixed” and then goes out immediately again. I loved the apartment layouitself but not having any AC over and over again has gotten me frustrated to the point of being not so nice calling in today to report it AGAIN. The emergency maintenance guy is wonderful but regular weekday maintenance? Y’all need to do the job all the way not just do the quickest fix that’s going to last for a couple days and then go out again. Other than that neighborhood is ‘okay’ living in apartments you naturally get the worst neighbors directly above you 🤷🏻‍♀️. The apartment set up for a 1-1 is lovely and roomy, the garage option is great- but actual living has gone steadily more miserable in over a year we’ve been here with the heat creeping in so often.

I had a great experience getting set up at Villas at Gateway. Melissa was responsive and made the process very easy for me. I am moving from out of state and had to lease the apartment sight-unseen. She sent me community layouts, apartment dimensions so I could see what furniture will fit in my new apartment, and answered all my questions.

Melissa made our move to the Villas at Gateway very painless. I can't thank her enough for her kindness, honesty and compassion she showed us. We were in a hurry to rent since our house in PA sold fast. We rented the apt sight unseen. She did an amazing job and answered many questions that I had when I called from PA. If I left a message, she returned my calls immediately. How often does that happen? Melissa, you're the greatest!

My husband and I just moved in and Melissa was so kind, honest, helpful, and truly a wonderful human. She made the process so easy! From touring the property to move in we are extremely with our choice! The property is well kept, neighbors are friendly and quiet, lots of doggos for our dog to make friends, we are in love with our unit and the location awesome is well!

Management is perfect! The community is safe and friendly! I have lived here almost two years. Yes, the rent is a little bit higher than average, but you get what you pay for! The residents here are all mostly white collar, very friendly. I've never had any problems here. It is quiet the entire day and even at night. When we moved in, we had brand new appliances, everything is so clean and tidy. There is beautiful crown molding and everything is wonderful. If you want a SAFE, CLEAN, and HAPPY place, you should rent here. The neighborhood and surrounding areas are wonderful. There are ZERO crack heads, ZERO thugs, just happy and friendly hard-working residents! Beautiful pool, excellent grill, wonderful and amazing staff! I love this place!!

Super satisfied living here! Apartments are nice and very peaceful, nice pool, the dog park is very convenient, Management is awesome! Plenty of stores around within 5min. No Complaints!

Didn't end up renting here due to personal circumstances, but the apartments were nice from my tour and Melissa in the front was super helpful!

I’ve been here since 2021, I think? It’s an alright place. Management is nice. Maintenance is very quick to respond. The apartments are cute. My rent is $1950/mth. I don’t think my place is worth that, though. Just plug up your drains. Palmetto bugs come through there.

Touring the property with Melissa has been great. The property is clean and well landscaped. 5 Stars!

We just moved in last week and couldn’t be happier, especially with Wayne as our leasing agent. He went above and beyond helping us find the perfect apartment. Having lived at our previous apartment for 8 years, we were hesitant about moving to the area. Wayne’s positive attitude and friendliness definitely had an influence on us selecting Villas at Gateway as our new home. The grounds and buildings are well kept. The community is quiet and and neighbors are friendly. We rarely hear anything from the other apartments. Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and it is conveniently located to many stores and restaurants. We look forward to calling Villas at Gateway our home for many years to come. Living here was a very great experience thanks to the wonderful staff and especially thanks to the outstanding maintenance team. If you experience any bumps while living here (typical to anything you might experience at any apartment complex), not only will they take care of it in a very timely manner, but they will also complete it perfectly all while being the kindest people. While I had to move for my own reasons, I am incredibly grateful for the unwaivering kindness of the entire team at villas at gateway. You won’t regret making the move here. Plus the amenities are superb. I just want to express one final thanks to every single person who I have interacted with during my time here plus the staff I didn’t have the pleasure of meeting.

My husband and I moved in not too long ago. Villas has a very friendly neighborhood and a lovely layout view. I would definitely recommend anyone to seek out Melissa Mittereder if you're interested in a quick tour around the property, and want more leasing info. Honestly, we were driving past and randomly came across Villas at Gateway unexpectedly. Melissa was so kind, warm and welcoming when we decided to stop by to take a quick look around. She pretty much sold us on the place when we were looking for a new apartment. She was very professional, helpful & knowledgeable from start to finish. Definitely made our transition move very smooth & simple as can be! Very pleased with the staff, location and our gated community! :)
