Rough experience. Booked and paid for a a birthday massage for my wife. We showed up 5 min early and we’re told they made a mistake and ‘thought’ it was the day after. Somehow their only booking is not reliable. We were told we could only reschedule and not get a refund. MAKE SURE you call ahead and confirm if you’re booking online. — update… we were planning on giving them another chance with the rescheduled appointment today, but instead they cancelled and refunded. — try another spot if you’re looking for something reliable.
